It's Walmart..... sometimes you can find it here, sometimes you can't, sometimes it's busy here, sometimes it isn't. But rest assured, there are never enough registers open, and only half of the self check-out registers will work. So be here early in the morning or late in the evening... and be prepared to be stopped at the door so they can check your receipt (if they don't trust me to self check-out, then open up more damn registers!)

This Walmart is actually a pretty decent one compared to all the other ones I've been to in Ohio. Very well kept. Items are placed in the sections they're supposed to be in and the employees are always very friendly. There is one older lady that hovers over top of me at the self check out.She makes me extremely anxious. She leans on the little fridge that holds the bottles of pop by the registers watching every item I scan. Even when all the other self check outs have customers. They could be stealing and she wouldn't know because she's too busy watching my hands. She even makes my kids feel uneasy like they're doing something wrong. I bought something for 300.00 dollars and she said "make sure you actually scan everything in your cart" .....that was my first interaction with her...I'm not sure what it is about me. My tattoos, my short hair, or my good manners, but she doesn't like me. I don't want to say it offends me, because I sleep just fine at night. But if she is doing that to other people, that might bother them and Walmart could lose customers because of her rudeness.I like the store though, and the other employees. ❤️

Not sure how to better rate the experience when I have the feeling they scammed me, maybe not on purpose but it happened that the cashier scanned twice an item, I had that feeling but could only see it once the bill was handed to me as there is no way to see what the cashier is scanning (different from other places where the customers can see the register's monitor and "live" realize what they are charged with). Immediately I made the cashier note the double charging and they said I had to go to the customer service desk, where, after 20 minutes of waiting, I was told the receipt is not in their system yet and I have to come back later.Clearly I left and am not going back because it is not really convenient for me, but this really feels like a scam.

Great store for one stop shopping... from food to electronics to pet supplies and personal care and home goods. Pharmacy is the best! Fast and friendly service. They will even text you when prescriptions are ready and provide $$ amount so no surprises when you walk up to counter. I recently had prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy to Walmart by calling in and asking if they could transfer and if i could get them in next couple days when they had a chance... not only did they get it handled, I got a text less than 2 hrs later that they had them ready and this was on a busy Saturday!Only draw back I have had is sometimes the grocery side has empty shelves for some items, but in all fairness I'm sure I'm not the only one wanting the items. I can usually get the majority of the items I'm after, and sometimes even all!The fried chicken from the deli area is wonderful, I've even used it for parties, freezing whatever is left over. They have several quantities available in their boxes of chicken.

At least they've backed off on treating all of their customers like criminals. I was asked to show my receipt for the first time in ages just the other day. My wife and I said no thanks and kept walking. If they're that worried about making sure customers paid for everything then perhaps they could open more lanes and stop relying so heavily on self check out. Just a thought.I feel for the employees. Most of them look miserable and based on some of the stories I've heard about what it's like to work there, I get why.I had broken free from shopping at Walmart and it was lovely. Now that food prices seem like they're never coming back down I find myself having to come here more and more to stretch my dollar and I hate every minute of it.

Okay dude straight up this is a pretty nice walmart! It's clean and the staff was friendly and honestly it's pretty big with a wide variety of selections. Especially in there cold foods I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. But the thing that kind of stuff is apart for me was was the Wendy's Burger stand in their food court. Because that was awesome! They had strawberry frosties, jalapeño cheddar nuggets and a bunch of other items I never heard of wendys having before it was wild! And it was delicious! That strawberry frosty slapps and those nuggets tasted amazing I'd go back for those alone! Idk if this is there permanently or not but while it's there I highly recommend you giving them a visit because it wss well worth it.

We often shop here for sundries and other needs. The prices are reasonable and off hours shopping works best to see a cashier.

I Tried to return a product that was completely wrong from what was ordered, the process was started online, and due to time constraints I was unable to complete the return process by dropping it off with Fedex. I happen to be in the area and was able to take the product into the store for my refund. They then tell me it was not possible ( this was a Walmart filled order)... we are talking a whopping 40$ refund... while helping me ( and I use the term helping loosely) the associate kept answering the phone, nothing says I'm not paying any attention to what your saying quite like that... I've tried to call 1800Walmart and now i get about 10-15 calls a day about medical insurance. This has been going on since mid March all because I tried to return a stupid product..Walmart keep your trash and your 40$, I'll keep shopping at Target...Heath, Ohio Walmart YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL and NO HELP

Horrible customer service. It’s the same old lady with short brunette hair and glasses on the self checkout side every time that’s hostile and accuses you of not scanning things while you’re standing there and scanning things, NOT even done with your transaction yet. Acts like it’s the end of the world when she is called over to do her job. Look at my receipt if you’re worried about fruit theft so badly.

Would not let me exchange or return an item purchased from 21st St Walmart that was a faulty product. They told me to go to 21st St Walmart, but I came to Heaths store. I think that was the only mistake I made.

Not enough floor customer service. Other than that it was good . Need to keep lids for the storage container in stock . But I liked shopping there . I used to work for this store for 8 yrs . Before it became a super center . I helped get it to what it has become . Then went on to work for the 21st. Store for 11 yrs . Thanks chuck.

If you choose to use the self checkout, since there’s only 2 cashiers working, make sure you take all your purchases at that time. I forgot an item, went back the next day with my receipt and was told since I used the self checkout they have no responsibility to replace forgotten item.

Was disappointed. I looked up these Fisherman's Friend cough drops (cherry)They were supposed to have them at this store for pickup. I figured I just drive over and buy them inside. They didn't have them and don't carry the cherry. They only had original extra strong.

I can't say enough positive remarks about this store.i live here everything I want or need I find here...The only thing negative...wish all walmarts were back to 24 hrs...store is clean...employees r friendly...n helpful...always..some cashiers I've grown to know personally over the last 9+ years..For me it's my 1 stop store for clothes..food..pet supplies n even meds...glad it's only bout a mile away...Thanx walmart..u guys rock...

Although it was busy during the rush I found it enjoyable shopping with most people.being nice and friendly. Did not feel awkward here! Many kid friendly shoppers and people eager to help! Highly recommend this place!!

This is by far one of the better Wal-Mart stores to visit in Central Ohio. The only downside is the overabundance of self checkout over having an option for cashier. That, to me makes the 21st St. Wal-Mart preferred.

Always have the items I'm looking for in stock and available online for local pickup. The pickup team is fast and courteous. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my order to be brought out and loaded into my car.

Their Stars get lower and lower because of the check-outs hardly ever any open Lanes with actual people, what happens to all those people they no longer need? Why you open that early in the morning and have no coffee or breakfast anything? You got the friggin deli area smh get it together Walmart

This is by far the best Walmart I’ve ever been to. It has every department you need including guns and fabric. The store was very organized and easy to get around. Even the bathrooms were very clean. We barely had to wait to check out which is a welcomed relief from Columbus Walmarts.

I'm not thrilled with the pickup here they always say out of stock but I go in and see what I needed. My last order had Donuts smashed like they fell on the floor or something. But I know I can't be too picky since I didn't go to the store myself. I'm still grateful for whomever picked the items so I didn't have too!
