After calling three times to speak with electronics no one answered. So I in person came into the store. After searching for an associate in electronics and not locating one I gave up and went up front. Well I'm going out front they said they would walkie talkie a person back there. I laughed. So I proceeded to ask him the question in hand. Of course he had no clue. The management standing nearby pretending not to hear or see what was going on. So I politely said you have a nice day sir I will spend my money elsewhere. I guess as long as you don't need help the store is great!

Went to this target at 3:15 p.m. on March 26th. I found a hot wheels premium fast and furious 1/64 scale car on the peg that I wanted to buy. At check out it would not scan. The store manager had told me the only price she can find online for a different fast and furious car was $13.99 I informed her that was more than double the actual price for a hot wheel premium car. Went back to where I got the car, picked up a different fast and furious car and it scanned for $6.49 I brought this to the attention of the store manager and she still would not honor the price on the peg. How did this product even make it onto the peg if unable to scan.? I spent 20 minutes in the store trying to buy one item but only left empty-handed and disappointed. Unfortunately I do expect better service from target which I have received in the past. I didn't want it free, I only wanted to pay the fair retail price.

Disaster of a shopping experience. Carts of boxes all over the store in the way in the afternoon looks like they couldn’t fit in the back. I left with nothing I came for and it was a total disappointment. Pictures show how messy this store has become. Walmart here I come.

Even though it's the holiday season, everything is in good order, and employees are accessible when you have a question.The only thing, of course, is that there are empty spots on the shelves of items that are not available.

I love shopping here and sometimes I like to find food here thats different but you need to go through your food department its got a ton of expired items the oldest I have found is from December 2022 please fix this

If I could give 0 I would. Completely unacceptable customer service. I had a drive up order that was not completed yet (1.5hrs waiting) I went inside to grab the items myself and brought them to the counter. I was told I need to cancel my items that they can’t help me or I have to wait the full two hours. When I was refused assistance I checked the items out myself and cancelled the drive up order. I had to pay an extra $6 for my items … how does that make sense ?? I will never be using this target again.

Me and my boyfriend were shopping in this store doing nothing wrong and there was a guy following us around acting really weird peeking his head around aisle corners and then we seen him he would run off this was going on for about 20 minutes we couldn’t even shop in peace because we were being watched so hard. When we tried to confront him he ran into the office. I feel very profiled as being a shoplifter & as I’m still a minor I will be getting cops involved for harassment. If that is your security they need to do better and watch the people who are actually committing crimes. And when we mentioned it to an actual worker she did not care about how we felt. Would not recommend. Very uncomfortable if I could this a 0 star rating I would.

Checking out left a lot to be desired. I felt as if I should have gotten paid since I had to do self checkout and had a large amount of merchandise. No other options were available sine the two girls standing talking at the self checkout could tear themselves away to open a regular lane.

I would strongly suggest to future buyers that are purchasing an item online with Target a third party may be selling the product of which Target sells thru them but is not their product. Doing a return is not allowed to the store unless there is proof of purchase which provides the item number and purchase details. No where that I could find discloses this very important piece of information so you can make a good decision to buy or not. There was no receipt in the bag and never receive an email confirming the purchase. BEWARE

When it comes to large chain stores it is easy to see a lack or care from staff. However after coming to this Target in Heath Ohio- we have have never seen this to be the case. They have a wide selection of what you need from food to home decor to clothing. This is our main store for anything we are looking for. Staff has always to be kind and helpful. It has always been pretty clean for a large public use store.

Employees kept talking about my daughter who used to work there. Kept on looking at her funny and talking about her. Especially Emily and Julie, who aren’t kind or welcoming at all. Focus on training on your associates instead of talking about your customers in a bad manner.

Overall nice store with a CVS Pharmacy. But no drive thru. Just had surgery and would have made it easier to pick up a prescription. Side note the Bathrooms are a complete disaster. And in need of an overhaul. Paper towel dispenser was destroyed and none of the sinks automated sinks worked or worked properly.

Well, irony struck again. A day after giving a 5 star glowing review, tried using the pickup again. Apparently I made the worst mistake known to humankind; I accidentally ordered Mt Dew, not Diet Dew. I noticed when they were loading my car the mistake I made. I work 14 hour nights, so I did this afternoon pickup immediately after waking up, not dressed for public. But I was told I had to go inside and exchange. I went inside, but was told that they couldn't return/exchange, because IT HAD NOT BEEN LONG ENOUGH!?! They told me to go home and come back some other time to get it corrected. I went home, changed clothes, called the manager and told him to be waiting for me. I just went ahead and returned my entire order. I will not be an enabler of ineptitude. Even with the manager, the return process is the worst I have ever experienced. There is a barcode to make it easier, but they still have to type every number on the receipt to complete the refund. The refund probably took a solid 15 minutes, completely defeating the purpose of using pickup (aside from all the other ridiculousness). I have a feeling the young kids (including the manager) are just lazy and incompetent, that Target actually has a very simple and nice system. 25 is the average age of when the human brain is fully developed ... I did not encounter a fully developed brain while I was there.

Such a bummer. This store has went downhill badly. Always a mess, everywhere. I have actually started going into Walmart.Plus how are you not going to except cash in the do it yourself check out line?
