I went in there today to buy some pet supplies and the poor betas in there were all sitting in filth! Some were even dead! I wish I would’ve had my phone on me to take a picture but that is ridiculous! Petco never has their betas living in filth like that! They deserve better!

We always love bring our baby doggie Kai in to either just shop or get him a new favorite friend,we also take him in for grooming and pedicures and he just loves the ladies back there in grooming and we will continue to bring our fur baby in!! Awesome service period

Store is very friendly and ALWAYS well stocked with my 3 cat’s food Nulo! There’s a lot of variety at this store and the store leader and assistant are always so lovely and willing to help! If I could give more stars I would!

I went into the store today looking to purchase a parakeet. I walked around looking for the birds and not one employee asked if they could help me. The store was not busy at the time either. I found the parakeets that were for sale and saw an employee right next to them putting some items on the shelf and told her that I would like to purchase one of the parakeets and asked her if someone could help me. She said “ you want to purchase a parakeet and need someone to help you?” I told her “yes please”. She never moved but called someone and told them I wanted to purchase a parakeet and needed help. I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and get the bird for me and no one came. I picked up a couple of other items that I saw there next to the birds that I was going to purchase as well and again waited for someone to help me. The woman that I originally asked knew I was still waiting but never offered help or said anything about it. I watched a few other employees walking around but they all ignored me. When I saw other people come in and they received help with no problem while I was still waiting after all that time I put the items that I was going to purchase back on the shelf and walked out and not one person said anything to me. The woman who was supposed to have called for help never said a word to anyone that I was still waiting for help and didn’t care if I left or not. I feel like I was treated rudely and will never go there again and waste my time like that. Very poor customer service to say the least!

The store itself:Alway clean and stalked. Staff is always friendly.Grooming:Sarah is literally amazing. I’m extremely picky on who handles my cat and Allie loves her! Sarah is great with her and handles with care. I drive an extra 40 mins just so Allie can see her rather than my local Petsmart.Petsmart,Please add a tip feature in the grooming department for cards, I never carry cash!

I went on this stores site and was reading through the comments when I came to one where the patron, to myself, seemed very mean and hurtful. I’ve been in hospitality before and was reading the response from the management. That individual apologized for something they really had no control over. But in that message they said they were more than welcome to call or message them if they had any issues or questions in the future. I thought, wow people who actually respond to their reviews. So I jumped on Facebook sent them a message and got a response. I had a question about harness’ for my husky who’s about a year and a half old or so. Since we’ve had her I have bought numerous harness’ for her because she eats them and escapes. They responded back to me as soon as they could considering the current circumstances in the world. They asked what her measurements was and said they’d send me a harness for her, for free. That was awesome, because my dog has forced me to pay a lot for her antics lol. They also sent her some treats and other goodies. In a time that we are forced to not work in some circumstances (my job being one where I have to work) and companies not making much money, there are some people and businesses out there who do actually care. I wouldn’t have been able right now to buy everything they gave her, but I know where I will be going for now on. Thank you very much. It means a lot.

Never been a fan of these big pet stores but Pet Smart in heath has been most pleasant and great with grooming our Denali, and the prices are well below the amounts I ever imagined. Download there app and it's the best I've ever saved with anything. I have occasionally in my lifetime shopped different locations and also other stores not being pet smart leaving not feeling good enough to return and especially leaving any animal in the care of them. But this one gets my 💯% best rating and referral.

Prices on stuff are ok, employees were mostly at the front of the store talking and nobody was really around to help or answer questions. I was interested in getting fish but it was very disappointing to see a bag with a large number of dead fish in it, just sitting out on a cart with no employee in sight.

Went to this store today to get a glow shark to replace the one we just lost, was very disappointed when we picked one out and she asked us the size of our tank then told us she would NOT sell us the fish because we had a 25 gallon tank (even thought the one we just lost lived in it for 3 years and did just fine) she said we would have to have a 50 gallon tank before she would sell it to us I don't know if this was her own personal rule or a new store policy but either way since they don't want my money I won't be back

My daughter bought a couple fish, no one offered her the transitional phase or introductory info including tank care or conditioning water for fish so they died.. but easily returned. Still had to seek the right person to answer questions on our own to get guidelines, but the lady in the aquatics department was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had an appointment at 7am and realized we forgot our shot records on the way there. We called and they said as long as we were there by 7:15, we were good. We got there at 7:14 and no one would open the door for 5 minutes. Then, they let us in and tell us we are late and can't be seen. Had a total attutude about it too!

The grooming at this location is good so far, at least Natalie is good, and the ladies I have met. They treat my Belgian Tervuren pup nicely, he is clean, smells great, and was happy to come back for a second visit.

Scheduled an appointment close to a month ahead of time (just before a long road trip). Mine is an outside dog. He gets groomed a couple of times a year. I checked in online this morning, but got caught in traffic on the way. I called ahead thinking that I would be about 5 minutes late. I looped through the automated phone system about 5 times hearing how important my call was to them before someone finally answered. They assured me that as long as I wasn't more than 15 minutes late they would take my dog. I reached their counter only three mintues late. The groomer seemed nice enough, but came out and "checked my dog over" before taking him back. This was my third visit, and I never remember anything like that happening before. She complained that he had dry skin, seemed displeased that he was dirty (as I said, he is an outside dog), and finally said that she could not take him because his dew claws were so long fearing they might have caused an infection. There was no sign of infection. The claws had not penetrated the skin. He didn't even seem bothered by her messing with them. I could get my fingernail under the tips. She called her supervisor for a second opinion, and I got the same story. I got the distinct impression that they were overbooked and wanted to get one of their appointments off the schedule. Being Thanksgiving week, I expected that it would be impossible to find an appointment elsewhere but was pleasantly surprised. I called Brittany at Petco in Heath. Ten minutes later, she started grooming him. She had no problem with his dew claws. They look great, and he seems very happy.

Took in our Miniature Australian Shepherd to be groomed and trimmed. Sydney was awesome and took care of our pup like he was her own. Helped us pick out the best package to suite our breed and was very great with customer service. Definitely will be booking with her again!

We always like this store. We brought out 2 dogs in for pictures with Santa. Staff were happy and helpful as always. We even picked up a few new toys for the pups. Everything was clean and straight. Clearance items were clearly marked and displayed. Big kudos to the staff of this store. They really care about their work.

Took my puppy for a nail grind. I had called on Friday and made an appointment for Sunday. Got there and they had no appointment scheduled for me. That being said they still made time and did an amazing job!!! I've always been happy w them!

Enjoy going in and giving some attention to the cats and kittens up for adoption. We've adopted a couple this way. Prices for items seem a bit higher than other stores, but they always have a more varied selection of foods than most stores. Selection of the different cat food brands has increased compared to the variety available during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
