Anyone had the new Home Chef fried chicken from the deli? Worst fried chicken I've ever had. Breading is tasteless and chunks of raw batter was underneath the fried part. I should've known by the 4 boxes left at 5:30 that there was a reason no one was buying it. Bring back the fried chicken you used to make! It was delicious seasoned, cooked right, and hard to get if you weren't there early. Whoever made this executive decision either didn't taste it or has no taste buds and should be fired!

I am so impressed with the employees at that store, nice and helpful! I do most of my grocery shopping there and truly enjoy my interactions with most of the employees. The store is usually well stocked with a good selection and nice sales. It pays to use the app for shopping and if there’s an issue CS can typically take care of it. The only negative I can think of is the personal shoppers and stockers (that used to happen more at night pre-covid) that seem to be in the way a lot but otherwise a good experience. Thanks Heath Kroger employees!

Customer service is below good quality, from the meat department all the way up to management in this particular store. I experienced Several issues and noticed poor service with other customers as well. I Highly recommend utilizing other resources for healthy eating.

7 staff members looked for Simple Truth Coconut Milk! No low calorie foods. App could not clip coupons. No double bagging. Other issues, wife very, very unhappy. Won't ever come back to this Krogers. We live 70 miles from Krogers.

Decent sized Kroger. A little of everything. Sushi, wine, Starbucks, plants, flowers, gifts, groceries. A one stop place.

Please open more checkouts. I will not do self checkout again. I will leave my full cart $400 worth of groceries sitting there and walk out.

It was a Friday evening about 7:00 and many of the customers were looking for milk, but the case was empty. We could clearly see the milk in the back. We ask an employee who said he wasn't aloud back there but he called a manager for us. Then tells us there is no manager. He said the owner was there but they didn't want to bother her. I found a employee on the floor stocking the cheese, he went back to check but said he couldn't find any 2%. But We could see the 2%. My question is, why wouldn't dairy have filled the milk before going home on a Friday night. Why was there no manager and why can't the Owner be bothered. I went ahead and bought what was in my cart ( I thought about just leaving it and walking out.) I then drove across the street to Walmart, who had lots of milk and well stocked. There I finished my grocery shopping. Kroger had Very Poor customer service! However, I will say the 2 young men at the check out (cashier and bagger) where very nice, and that is why you got a 2 star.

Overall a good store but still jammed up feeling at do it yourself check outs. If I have to ring it up and bag it shouldn't I get enough room. Though the store is older feeling.

Very Handy to my home base. Prices are better at Walmart but sometimes produce is better. Bread is much better quality here than Walmart.

Terrible produce doesn't matter what day you go. Out of things frequently and takes along time to restock. Ex : out of my creamer 3 weeks ago. . Today , still out of creamer. I like self checkout but not for a cart full of groceries and they rarely have more than one cashier

My wife used the bathroom there today and the toilet paper holder is broke off the wall. She said it has been like this for two weeks now. Not sure what the delay is. First sign of management decline in a retail store is lack of attention to customer areas. If those are bad I wonder what the areas you can’t see are like.

Be careful buying gift cards marked $10It's "clearly" marked $10x4, but in my hurry to get in/out, I thought I was buying a $10 gift card. I noticed the $40 charge as she rang it in and asked to have it taken off. Apparently that's not something they can/will do. Luckily I had just enough money to pay for my order. What was the option had I not had the money to pay for it??? I didn't want a confrontation so I paid and left.Just be more careful than I was this morning.

You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! You’re customer service hit an all time new low!!! You’re cashier refused to help lift 2 gallons of milk for a person who just had surgery and explained that to you. The cashier even said why can’t you lift it??? Even after explaining to them again. I refuse to give anymore details and I shouldn’t have too!!! I will never be back!!!

I usually review positive experiences at local businesses, but I'm making an exception to share an unacceptable curbside trip to Krogers on Hebron Rd. in Heath. I've been getting my groceries through curbside since  COVID made it unsafe to do in person shopping. I've been doing it for a few years now. When I went to pick up my groceries yesterday at 4:00, which was the time for my pick up, I called to let them know I was there. Robot said I was checked in. There were 2 other cars there waiting and after 20 minutes I called them to see where my order was ave she said can you come back in 4-6 hours? I only have 3 staff members and one picker. I said no, this was the time I was scheduled for pick uo and I got a message that fair time go pick up.. it's ready. The girl beside me said she'd already been waiting 40 minutes. There were only 3 cars there!! So, I waited and watched people pulling in behind me and both cars beside me got their groceries at the 4 o'clock time. Then I watched them deliver groceriesto the cars who just pulled in!I called again and the woman in charge was rude, confrontinrional and repeated she only has 3 workers and one picker. My order was placed the night before and I had a pick up time... this was becoming a purposeful delay on her part and totally unacceptable.  Clearly, my appointed time meant nothing and this unprofessional employee chose to punish me for calling and basically asking her to do her job! I had 3 lbs of meat and cheese I just bought from Ashery, so I had to leave my car running for an hour trying to keep it cool.  I used an eighth of a tank of gas to boot! I never experienced a disgruntled Kroger employee before,  and 21 street store is always an excellent experience.  They stick to their schedule and have more reliable inventory.  Their staff makes the Heayh staff look like a joke! If you have a choice, I recommend you go there!

I have used Kroger ClickList here many times. There have been several occasions where food I paid for was missing from my order, I was given moldy produce, and/or food was past the expiration date. Most times I have called in to Kroger’s and had the issues resolved...me having to drive 15 minutes back there to get a replacement, or getting my next pick up fee waived, or getting the amount applied to my next order. Well today I picked up an order, and while unpacking my food at home, I noticed they gave me moldy bread, and biscuits that expired in October of 2018. (I buy organic, so these items totaled around $11.) When I called in, I requested that the money be taken off of my order. After speaking with two managers at the store, the resolution was that I needed to bring my products back in so that they can see them, since they can’t seem to get my orders right. Not once was there an apology. Instead, I was treated as though I was a dishonest person trying to get stuff for free. So now I have to drive 30 minutes round trip with two young kids, for their screw up. I spend a lot of money there weekly. To say I’m dissatisfied and outraged by the way I was treated is a huge understatement. I highly recommend you choose another grocery store-there are plenty others.

Love the staff here. Clicklist had a few hiccups when they first started but that's to be expected. Much better now. Produce is always fresh and everyone that works there is always so courteous and friendly.

They messed up my daughter's 16th birthday cake. It was supposed to be decorated with a small road, as we were going to put a toy car on it. The entire top was black with black lettering. The GM didn't apologize, said that's what was ordered because that's what was written on the order form, and gave me no options. I asked for two small tubes of gel icing as I was buying another cake and was going to write on it myself, and his response was, 'I'm not just going to give that to you' as if I asked for the cake for free also. I've worked in customer service my entire career, and I would never respond that way to ANYONE. Totally inexcusable, and unprofessional behavior. Hire better people!

Will change to 5 stars when Tabitha is no longer employed there. The way she treats staff and customers is despicable. Shame on the people over her that allow it to continue. Want to know why staff and customers constantly leave?? Look no further than Tabitha Burford's abusive language and vindictive behavior while on the clock representing Kroger.

My concern is for cashiers not wearing mask. I mean like home made mask as I not other mask are hard to get . I heard that they are not allowed to wear them. Please let them wear them to help protect us as customers and them too . Thank you
