Renée has groomed our dog Elvis for years now. We travel full-time around the country and have groomers do our dog but absolutely nobody compares to Renée at Cozy Critters. She always gets us in when we are in town and has taken care of everyone else in our family with dogs. She is just the best! If you’re looking for the best groomer in central Ohio look no further!

The owner / operator is fabulous. Reasonably priced and you are greated with a smile. We have two Shitzus that we have groomed monthly; Bathing, hair cut, nails trimmed and glands addressed are included.

Great establishment. The staff is so nice and was extremely accommodating to me being from out of town and needing an appointment last minute. They bathed, cleaned his ears and clipped my pup tuckers nails. The pricing is also great and definitely a nice price point compared to others in the area. My family members also have friends who come here and love it. Will definitely be using them every time I’m in the Newark area.

The best grooming place around! Our dog is always happy and excited to spend the day here. She’s a goldendoodle so her coat can be cumbersome to deal with but having a regular cadence has been great and makes the time in between grooms very manageable. Worth the wait to get on the books!

Rene is great, I have a Shih Tzu. He is terrified of the groomers and vet office, she always does a great job with him. He's happy to see her just scared of the place in general. My price has always remained the same or even less if Rene thinks he just needs a good scrub and light trim. Price always seems to be all inclusive. I have never paid extra for any service such as nails etc. They do book up fast, sometimes a few weeks in advance. But, she has even managed to squeeze him in last minute. My pooch always looks adorable and smells great when he comes home. Check in and out is fast. If I take toys, blankets etc. for a long day she makes sure things get back home. Will also feed, water as well as take my dog out during the day.

Cozy Critters does a nice job with my little Bichon. Baby Doll looks so nice when she comes home, and it is nice to know that they look after her when she is being groomed with a Vet nearby. I just get a simple cut on Baby Doll as she is the most un frou frou dog around! Prices are reasonable, service is good, with my only problem being that occasionally it take a while to get an appointment- but that is not the norm. You would be pleased with their grooming I am certain.

Excelent staff, service, pricing. Can take take 3 to 6 weeks but it is well worth it. Make apts in advance. So thankful for this place. Renae treats my fur kid like one of her own.

I have a mini daushaund, with an attitude problem. The staff here is great with her. Only place I take my dog for grooming and only place my dog is willing to go!!
