We take our German Shepard to the Hartville store to bathe her. The tub area is always clean and well equipped to get the job done. The employees are friendly and helpful. We were in the store the week leading up to Christmas and received a lovely gift bag with pet items and a very nice coffee mug; (pet owner remembered too!). Very thoughtful.

Nice place, friendly staff.. But don't ever go there. If you are on the hunt for any sort of poultry feed or anything like that. They stop at specialty birds. Was xn n ?

There were three cats that looked to be very worn out and couldn’t open their eyes, looked like they just got surgery though. All three cats had dry bowls of water and little food. We went inside the store and told the employees and they said it had probably flipped over yet the water was already dry and no wet spots anywhere. Cats seemed to be not very well cleaned. We went in again after 30 minutes and told them that after we saw that they had not refilled the water yet.

I always shop at the Hartville store. The last time I was in there, I purchased two bags of dog food. Today, when I went to open up the second bag, it was opened. I returned it to the store, indicating that I did not have a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for dog food? I sure don’t. I asked her to pull it up with my rewards card. She indicated to me that she could not find it anywhere in my account. I have bought food there so many times, so certainly there was a bag of food on my account, and the last time. Like I’m going to waste time going to the pet store to return a $20.00 five pound bag of dog food. I won’t shop here again.

Always has our order ready for PU.If low stock on sale items they order us more right away with no limits.They honor all our coupons and will do price matching.Has a great reward program that saves us a lot of money. The reward program gives you extra opportunities to watch short videos on how to care for your pet for various subjects; to earn points for a money reward for their store.

We took our elderly dog Echo to the groomer there Saturday. Can’t remember her name. She was amazing with our dog. Our Echo is a little sore as expected but she smells great and looks great. Will definitely be back!!!

if you live in or close to Hartville, this is the best place to get pet related things without having to drive out somewhere else. The store is clean, well staffed, and typically has just about everything you need, and if they don't they can help you find a good alternative.

Several employees and I walked right past them a couple different places in the store. No one asked if I needed help with anything. I couldn't find either item I was looking for, so I walked out the door and went to another pet store. Nice customer service PSP!

The Pet Supplies Plus in Hartville is still in the process of moving in, but what they have going so far is promising in the way of food and supplies. The store is clean and shaping up to be well-organized, the staff is friendly and informed. One nice feature is the dog washing stations. The location is convenient for Hartville and Uniontown residents who no longer have to drive all the way into Akron or Canton to shop for their pets. The coupons Pet Supplies Plus issues are great! UPDATE: Two team members helped me with a particularly large bag of dog food, and another carried it to my car. I'll continue to patronize this location over online supply chains because of its local-business feel.

Tonight I took my dog to get a bath and the bathing situation is horrible since you guys took over the water barley gets hot. This is horrible, my dog has been there since pet valu was there and never had this issue. She was shaking she was so cold. When a worker came up and asked if everything was ok and I explained he went straight back to figure out when the head person or manager pretty much told him to stop it wasn’t what he was supposed to do.
