I own a design and renovation business called Eco Eclectic Spaces LLC Hartville hardware helps keep my bids Competitive. I love adding Wood trim into my designs. The lumber department goes above and beyond to help me get the most efficient cuts for my jobs and Load my truck. Today I worked with Steve Yoder, and he went above and beyond, I had some unique requests And he double checked everything to make sure it was done just the way I wanted. I’ll include a few photos from my last flip house where I used Hartville hardware flooring, Kitchen appliances, and, of course, an abundance of wood. Keep in mind as you look at the photos the only wood in the house prior to my work was the ceiling beams on the main level.

My husband and I have ordered many appliances from Hartville and have never had an issue. If a problem did arise, they were prompt in returning phone calls and having an issue fixed. This review is geared towards the service we’ve received with issues arising with our carpet.The initial process was great and we had no complaints. We were told the padding would be like walking on a memory foam. Once the carpet was installed, it did not take long to realize the padding was not what we were told it would be like. We would go to other individuals homes and their padding was way better from other places than what we received. We also started to have our carpet have a crunchy sound as if we were walking on plastic bags. I called in mid-February and still have yet to have this resolved. We have officially passed the two year installation warranty mark and are hoping they still work with us as this issue was started prior to the two year mark.I recommend Hartville for appliances but will be looking elsewhere for flooring from now on.

Wow, what a hardware store. They have every type of hardware you could ever imagine. The store is clean, well stocked and modern. The customer service was totally exceptional. I had numerous encounters with employees and everyone went out of their way to help. If you are in this area you definitely need to check out Hartville Hardware.

Bought myself a Traeger grill here. I love the thing. The sales rep was super knowledgeable about the different models and what the difference is and if they make a difference. I could easily spend 2-3 hours in the store.

Great place to visit. Online experience was bad. Placed an order online (I called to check if they had in stock and they did have plenty) 11 days after placing the order I received an email saying sorry one of the two items is out of stock so we canceled your order. No details on what item was “out of stock “ both were on sale at the time of order. I needed both but would have still taken the one in stock. So now I have nothing. For online shopping I will stick with toolnut and acme for now on.

A mega-DIY store. Extraordinary helpful staff who are happy to pass on their knowledge and opinions. Large selections of items with plenty of literature to take away. Prices seemed on the high side but there were many package deals that were super values. This is a great source for anyone doing a build or renovation.

I ordered three 2.5 gallon jugs of tractor hydraulic oil and they were the least expensive and free shipping. And only took 4 days to get them, I will use them again.

It has the best selection of tools, outdoor furnishings and item, and home improvement materials that I have ever experienced. There are literally FIVE actual homes constructed inside the facility. The staff is well trained, helpful, and friendly, and the facility is very well maintained.

It is the Mother-Ship of hardware stores. They have a very large variety of items. Everything from yard, home, clothing, and seasonal. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The property is well kept and attractive. I will be visiting there again soon.

What a great place to shop. They carry a large selection of products from tools and lumber to household items. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can easily find someone to assist you. Multiple staff members are present in every department. We have bought replacement windows and doors as well as flooring and appliances. Installation teams have all been excellent. It’s a destination!

Terrible customer service!!!!I ordered a $100+ toy truck as a special Christmas gift. Was in stock when ordered on December 6th.Received confirmation of order and then message your order is being picked for shipping. Then no word no tracking.Called today as time running out and was told the item was out of stock and cancelled!!!I had emailed customer service a week ago with no response and then today the customer service for online sales person hung up on me when I nicely said the Customer service was not right and I should have been contacted.Now I have no special gift for my Grsndson.And they are still showing taking orders on Amazon with 8 in stock.Poor poor poor Customer service.Buyers beware!!!

absolute garbage company. ordered an item from them thru Amazon and they chose to require a signature for delivery without notifying me of this...the item I ordered was not even that expensive at all, under $1000.. I have received many things worth much more than this without needing to be home to sign for it. so instead of receiving what I really needed as soon as possible I came home to find a note form FedX on my door saying the only option I had was to be home and sign for it...I work long hours every day I can not sit at home waiting for a package, this just shows this company is cheap and does not care about customers at all. they want no possible liability and make sure of that by wildly inconveniencing customers. if I happen to be home when fed x trys again I will refuse to sign for it. I am not going to accept it now and I will not take the time to drop it off to be returned either, if they want to inconvenience me I will turn that right back around at them. I will be getting a refund on this and just purchase it somewhere else.no sale for you Hartville Hardware, you are trash.

Don't bother ordering anything online from here even through Amazon. They require a signature because apparently they think people spending 1500 dollars are just sitting on there rears at home all day waiting for packages. Then you have to pay thier shippers extra to schedule a delivery window so you can actually receive the product. Clearly you have put your customers first. No bogus meaningless response is required. I will never buy another item from this seller.

Very knowledgeable personnel to answer your questions. Instead of waiting to be asked a question they approach you and ask if you need assistance. Also, they don't rely on self service but have sufficient checkout personnel. Can't say enough good things about the store!

We just purchased a stove at Hartville Hardware. It was delivered today and the delivery men were excellent. They hooked it up and removed my old one and gave my husband suggestions on how to use it, etc. Best service and price!!

Traveled here to pick up some supplies. There is everything here that you need and plenty that you don't need. 😃. Great to just walk through and check out the amazing amount of supplies, tools, appliances, and home remodeling ideas. Plan on a couple of hours if you like to browse.

Have dealt with hartville hardware for appliances over the past 20 years and NEVER a disappointment,especially service under warranty. Always purchased extended warranties which gives total of 6 years of coverage and no internet warranties can touch both as far as price and time length. Just called this past week for possible burner issue on electric range and cracked door bin in fridge. Tech was out the day after initial call and replacement parts recieved at the house 2 days later,no questions asked. Range only had 1 week of warranty left. Again,no questions asked. Try THAT from a big box store! Will not purchase anywhere else and appliance prices same as big box stores or will price match. This place is unbelievable in today's competitive environment. A heart felt thank you to this business!

Maintenance: David P and his assistant came out to service my GE Profile washer dryer combo. David was very knowledgeable, skilled, helpful and professional. It's good to know that Hartville Hardware has some high quality technicians to maintain their products.Shop: I love Hartville Hardware, because they have everything and it's a pleasant place to shop.

Great place to go with the family. Indoor vendors have a great selection of some old and new gift items. Outdoor vendors sell fruits and vegetables and other unique items.Massive hardware store that has almost anything and everything under the sun. And the restaurant serves a variety of some of the most delicious foods. 😃😃😊🤗

Visited Friday during their annual tool sale and as a woman, women were ignored by the vendors. Such a shame, because of this, I didn't bother spending my money on tools. I did get the one item from your flyer that I wanted, but was send all over the store by your employees. Hardware said it was downstairs. A downstairs employee had no idea. I said it is in your flyer & showed him. He did take the time to look the item up, & lo & behold it is located in hardware! Back up the stairs hobbling with my cane on my bad knee & back, because your elevator was out of order. Then the cashier rang it up as a quantity of 3. I only had one of that item, & a total of 2 items that I was purchasing. Good thing I paid attention! I wonder how many other times your cashiers rang items up more than what was actually being bought! Also since I was ignored in lawn & garden area, I did not buy the toro snowthrower that I wanted. I will purchase that elsewhere.
