Head technician is rude. When questioned they are not truthful and do not take responsibility. Told me that I am always a problem. I questioned why a prescription wasn't filled, she said due to my insurance, so I call my insurance and they explain a claim was never filed. She then told me it was always a problem with me. I question when something isn't done and I question money issues. I would not recommend this pharmacy. Convenient but I will walk into Giant Eagle now.
