I love heading out and browsing the local Big Lots here in Hartville from time to time. There's a great selection of holiday decorations for every holiday, a great seelction of accent furniture, kitchen accessories, gardening supplies and accessories - and the prices are always excellent! I'd definitely recommend stopping by and checking out this store. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Rude workers and not helpful on there on products...go to Marc's it's a better store. Plus there is some heavy set guy that works there that I've caught staring at young girls. Rather disturbing you'd put people in that position.

Big "nots," as in I'm not shopping here ever again. It's 86° outside, and Big Lots has turned their AC off. It's 80° in store. Don't buy their spiel or being "green." They're just cheap. I feel bad for their employees.

I like their prices I like what they offer but it's a hard pill to swallow when they sold me a phone which immediately the company was out of service and was unable to get minutes for the phone not this one but the one in Alliance Ohio the store is okay I just can't forget that they sold me a very expensive phone and then it went out of service and I wasn't able to get the minutes for my phone so sad

I always like looking at all the new stuff theyr coming out with. However, their prices r no longer 'big lots' prices. They r more along lines of walmart & target & such. Sometimes i can still find bargains, but mostly just different items, same price as big stores. I still like going here & looking tho!😊

Store was very neat & clean. Variety of merchandise with low prices. We stopped in late February & great lawn & garden items were out - heavy flower/shrub pots, patio furnishings & replacement cushions & gazebos, outdoor string lights, faux shrub, beach decor, artificial flowers, canvas art & signs, pet supplies, grocery items, housewares, furniture, so many items. We wanted to spend more time there. We purchased Epsom salt, bag of candy, birdseed, bookcase & kids each bought a toy and one body pillow.

Great store-great people! They didn't have an item in store, (sold out) so they tracked it down at their other stores! Always helpful and smiling! Even during the Christmas rushes!!

Completely unprofessional and incompetent workers. The cashier who was supposed to be ringing us out walked away from the register without addressing us, and was replaced with another worker out of uniform who also ignored the customers. Then, another cashier who stared at us the entire time we were in line started ringing us out from an entire separate register without asking us to move, leaning over the counter to scan our items. She had the audacity to insult both of us, and call my girlfriend's name "weird." The store manager watched all of this happen without saying anything to his workers or the insulted customers. This is absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable behavior, and the fact that it was allowed to happen in front of the store manager says a lot about the management of this location. Do not waste your time coming here if you have any sort of self respect, as the employees certainly will not treat you with any.

Terrible experience. The gentlemen and I were minding our business, testing out the whoopie cushions, when a cranky employee approached us and said “You guys might as well just get out!!!??!” We saw this as age discrimination as the employee figured we weren’t buying anything as we’re high schoolers. After we left the store, the same employee stared us down, trying to intimidate us as we peacefully exited the premises. Seconds after our unnecessary ejection from the store, we made a telephone call to Big Lots, simply asking if they had whoopie cushions in stock. The employee hung up on us immediately. Terrible customer service. None of us will ever go back. Hope you’re happy.

They have more like Walgreens items..small outdoor goods section not much..large bedding,dish, indoor decor isle..Make up, hygiene,they had tons both for his,n her..Furniture,coaches,beds,chairs,Night stands tables..large selection for a big lots..no paint of any kind.reason for stopping..o well
