Clean store and I enjoy the way it is laid out. 25¢ to use a cart and bring your own bags (helps the environment and keeps costs down) unless you want to pay for them. My favorite thing about this Aldi location is the self checkout! There are 4 self checkouts with scanner guns and a couple other self checkouts without them.

Always clean. Close to home. Prices here are higher than other Aldi, such as the Ravenna one. Some staff is awesome, one of the managers (woman who has dark hair and wears a bandana) not so much. Also seems like this Aldi doesn't get the limited special things until way after other stores get it. As an example the jalapeno, Himalayan sea salt and Asiago Everything Bagel Seasoning I bought when we were in Florida on vacation last year. Hartville finally just got it.

Getting a shopping basket for first-time visitors can be interesting. Who carries loose change these days? But a truly good overall shopping experience with helpful employees and efficient checkout.Also, be sure to either bring your own bags or consider how many bags you will need prior to checkout. It will save time.Great prices and product selection with great value. Love love love the jams, preserves, and salsa choices here.

This store is okay if you come on a day that the shelves are stocked, however I don't think they get shipments very often, I go there several times a week to get a particular item, and am often disappointed.

Not impressed with this location & will not be back. First time going to this location was Wednesday March 15th. Couldn’t find a few items so I went to find an employee to ask, came across 3 standing in a circle chatting & was ignored until they finished their conversation (wasn’t work related talk either). The three girls ( all had Burnett colored hair) working the floor had a poor attitudes and were the snootiest employees I’ve ever came across! Instead of taking me to the item I was looking for the girl pointed then immediately went back to chatting. Again I couldn’t find it & went back to ask again, rolled her eyes and then was taken to it! Then I go to checkout, and start trying to ask a question and get ignored! That happened twice then once again when the manager was right there! I will NEVER shop at this location again.

We shop Aldi's all the time. Can't beat the prices or the quality of there products and most of them now have self-service checkout. Always clean and most are well stocked which is hard to find now a day's.

Absolutely love this place. It has amazing prices and good quality food. Some people look down on shopping here, but that is only cause they have gone in. You can save $1,000s a year in food. Store is clean and customer service is great. Highly recommend.

I am used to the Belden Village Aldi, so this was just such a better overall experience. Not as hectic. Customers here were not as rude during my visit. The Aldi self checkout is new to me and I took advantage of it. They weren't out of the products that I normally get which seems to be a common trend now in Belden.

Aldi had everything I came to pick up. The German Chocolate always brings me back. Lobster macncheese is delicious! Good deal on grapes and they were really good, my chickens loved them too. Friendly staff every trip!

So disappointed in the self check-outs. I was in Aldi's on Saturday and had to leave because way too many people waiting to checkout and shop. I did put my food back but really wanted to just leave the cart as is. Wasted my day.

Hard to find what you're looking for, but plenty of selection. Some things are just located in odd spots and things you'd think would be in the same area are spread out. Example: a frozen chocolate cream cake isn't located in the desserts with an almost identical chocolate cream pie. The desserts that aren't located under the desserts sign are not grouped together, they're randomly placed among other frozen foods that aren't desserts. A chicken parmesan meal is located right between the cake and some apple desserts. Good clearance, I found an SD card for 4 bucks (128gb). Very large limited items selection.

Store has pretty decent prices but the selection is limited and as annoying as it is that they provide no bagging of any sorts, the least they could do is provide boxes like Costco does. So if you forget your own bag you're going to have a trunk full of loose groceries.

Switched over to Aldi's a couple years ago as our primary grocery store and have not looked back. Still go to other stores for a few name brand items but we save a ton of money and are impressed with most of there selections. My wife loves the Aldi Finds section of one time items.

Although off brand Dodds are available there, they are some of the better quality and tasting, products. Not to mention great prices.No more quarter to get a cart, and don't forget to bring your own bags!

Absolutely the worst shopping experiences I have had, happened not once not twice but 3 times in an Aldis store. You can't even call them, it's part of their "business model" worst shopping experience ever. They seem to break every customer service rule ever created

The renovations just done are wonderful! It’s a pleasing and calm environment for grocery shopping with a lot more selection.Our cashier, Lauren, was a bit apathetic and careless with our purchases during the checkout process. I understand that Aldi cashiers are quick with their jobs but dropping glass olive oil bottles, amount by other items, into the bottom of the cart is a bit much.

Troy is a GREAT manager of the store. He treats his customers very well and his employees as well. I can tell he pays close attention to his employees needs and always does what he can to make sure everyone is happy. Troy deserves a raise or bonus, I'm always so impressed with his service. Hartville aldi employees are much nicer than any other aldi I've been to. I definitely recommend shopping at this location over the others in the area.

This location is a relatively newer store for Aldi (less than 5 years old) and was also just expanded and remodeled in the summer of 2018. It is very easy to get in and out it, and conveniently located for the greater Hartville area. The store's layout is easy to navigate, just watch out for other people not paying attention. The staff is always friendly and personable and does their best to accommodate the sudden lines to move customers on to their next errand. I typically shop here on my lunch break, or on my way home and always found the pace of the line, acceptable or efficient. The only reason I did not give this location 5 stars, is the store is so popular it is very common to go in and the store be out of something you need due to its popularity. So additional trips are sometimes required.
