Have been looking for ham boxes to make soup and a local source for Trail Bologna. So driving by, when I saw the sign I had to stop. A really unique shop. The processing is done right out in front so folks who are squeamish might have a problem. One large freezer and one small refrigerated display case. Lots of product to please a carnavor. Vegans, not so much. I bought some items but haven't tasted them yet. I'll save the fifth star for the taste test. Oh yeah, the Trail Bologna is not Troyer's. It is a Jones product. So it should be "Trail-style" Bologna. UPDATE 1/6/24: Ordered some beef shanks to pick up today. Somehow the order was lost and there were none to be had. The owner could see I was in a bind and he produced a fresh forshank that he cut for me to use for osso buco. Out standing customer service. They won my loyalty!

Don't let the small outside appearance fool you! They processed a 4-H goat we purchased at the Geauga County Fair. We never used them before but were referred by someone. It took awhile because the Gyro seasoning was on back order but it was worth the wait. They did a great job with the cuts and the gyro meat is awesome!!! We will definitely use them again!

We purchased a burger bundle for our 4th of July family picnic that we hosted yesterday and the burgers were absolutely delicious!! They were so much better than store bought meat! We also picked up ground sirloin for sloppy joes and again it made the best sloppy joes ever!

We get lots of meat processed with them. Also have great selection of items ready to grab in the store like chickens, cheese, bacon and more.

Great local butcher. Wife's from the area and whenever we come through, we stop by. We frequently get ground beef, kielbasa and breakfast sausage here. All are delicious. They have beef, pork and chicken here as well as a variety of cheeses. They also do deer processing. Higher quality than grocery and less expensive than most too. Definitely recommend.

The meats are all frozen in freezer wrap which is wonderful but I'd like to see what I'm buying. We've been purchasing all of our meats there for a few months now and honestly have NEVER been disappointed. All of the meats are proudly sold with no anti biotic, water added, & chance to be infected with other problems that arise from mass production. The meats are purchased from a local farmer and butchered at their location in Hartford Ohio. There is no orders in the store indicating it is super clean. The help is very accommodating, knowledgeable & friendly. You're welcomed to call your order ahead of time & it'll be ready for pick up. Custom orders gladly accepted. The process deer. Give them a try, you'll be sure to be pleased.

Wow, did they prices went way up on short loin. I been shopping there for years. I paid 7.49 a lb for steaks and buy were they little. Bought 2 short loins the same in Novof 2018 paid 5.99 lb. Will look elsewhere for steaks.

Jones processing is the best place in the area to get all types of meats and cheeses . There’s smoked hams and Bacon are the best I’ve ever eaten. Give them a try if you haven’t an already and you will go back for more.

Took 2 good sized deer to this place and got back 40 lbs of meet both times. If you are short on freezer space this is the place for you. Slim Jims taste good too bad I won't be going back.

My husband is from Bainbridge, and we cam down to visit. Stopped in Jones Market and I about lost my mind with all the goodness in there. We are currently living in Rochester Ny and am trying to get some of that goodness us here to surprise him. God bless

Called to see if they were still taking deer, the women who answered the phone was very short and acted like her job at answering the phone was beneath her. I couldn’t even get out a full sentence before her cutting me off. Very bad customer service! No wonder why people are going elsewhere, Jones used to be the go to spot. It costs nothing to smile through the phone!!

They are not to close to my house, but I've been taking my deer there for years to be processed. Very clean and professional. They had mine processed within 4 days during gun season.
