Cincinnati Ohio Harrison Ave Absolutely horrible customer service on the management team! My item shows in stock, they sold part of my combo unit to a customer but refused to sell me just the unit that was left (floor model) at all or at a discount. Their website gave a price for just the unit but they wouldn’t even sell it to me for the stated price. I was not rude at any time but I will never recommend or support this chain ever again. It was like amateur hour !!!! ✌🏻❤️💩Update: called the customer service line. They had zero clue how to help me about my experience I had. I called them because of this stores reply to my feedback. So wasted additional time to find out that they may send my complaint to the store itself for the manager to review. She didn’t care about me the first time why would she care this time. I’ve spent a lot of money at this store in the past but won’t anymore. I’m buying a safe soon and will spending my $1000 elsewhere ! Customer service isn’t important at these stores.

If I could I would give no stars went there Sunday around 5 pm and only stayed 10-15 minutes and was uncomfortable walked in and a worker followed me everywhere I went then I left she followed me out to the door and was staring at me and didn't say anything then another girl comes out and walks in front of my truck took a picture then walked behind my truck and took a picture beside a car then when I asked that worker if I could help her she said she forgot her keys and had to go in and get and kept pushing carts in and never went to get her keys to unlock her car if that was even her car

First time at Tractor Supply Co. Was in Harrison Ohio and received a text for something my son needed that night. Called and spoke to the kindest person, i believe Sharon, who found what I needed and put at front desk for me to pick up. Excellent customer service and when I got to the store she and Ralph were happy to help. I asked about Tractor Supply and what they had to offer and they sold me on why I would add Tractor Supply to one of new favorite stores. Thank you for your kindness and for the service!!! In times where folks can't be bothered, this WAS NOT the case and I truly appreciate your help as did my son.

Ralph was very helpful! We realized we were out of propane and didn't get to the store until 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. We know he could of turned us away, but he didn’t he took care of us and was happy to do it for us!

I was at TS getting propane. It was almost time to close but no one showed any problems with me filling my tank. The guy helping me(I forgot to get his name) was very easy going and authentically friendly. He took more time to explain something to me about a tool I was buying so I would know what to get if I needed to purchase anymore in the future. Then as I was leaving I accidently set off the loudest alarm known to man. And he handled it without any signs of annoyance. And as I was leaving he was carrying an elderly woman's purchase to her car and told her to be careful and watch her step as she held onto his arm. He seemed as if that's just who he is as a person. But so many times I'm in a store and the best you get is someone not being outright offensive. And that's on a good day. Not too many people are willing to do any extra for customers or their job. But this guy was busy from the moment I walked in. And never seemed rushed or bothered. Stopped to help any time he was needed. People are always quick to point out something bad they experienced at stores. And I think it's just as important to mention when someone makes a positive impression on you as well.

Really like this location. Staff always seems friendly & helpful. Rarely are they out of what we need & the store is kept clean and organized! It's become one of my favorite places to make impulse buys 😁

I really like this location. Staff is generally friendly and storage is usually clean and well-stocked. It's chicken duckling season though. I told the cashier that the water container in one of the duckling bins was empty and they were trying to get water. Her reaction was an eye roll and a comment that "if they would quit throwing the water"... I was there for several minutes waiting for her to call for someone to refill the container. Hopefully the store is a little more attentive during the chick/duckling season.

We really depend upon this place for our horse supplies. But I can't give 5 stars because they are often out of the very thing we drive the 16 miles to get. I really need to remember to call ahead EVERY time!

I can get a big variety of things at tractor supply. And usually I can not get out of this place without spending a couple hundred dollars but I get a lot more than I'm there to get . I love this place

The guy in tire department was not helpful at all. We called first to c if they had lawn mower tire and they said yes but did not have what we needed. I dont like it when i feel like im a bother to the people working there. And iv always liked tractor supply.

Tsc is a great place, they always have what I need at the best prices in town. Pet stuff, feed and seed, automotive supplies, trailering, and all your farm would ever need. Stop on in sometime, I'm sure you'll be pleased. HARRISON FOOTBALL RULES!

Delivered a load of Somerset wood pellets to tsc in Harrison Ohio forklift driver unloading wasn't friendly at all complained about truck coming in 2nd truck today well his job to unload them if not happy with it find another job I just drive and deliver. They order it unload it stop complaining

Ripoff pricing!I was looking at a champion inverter generator at Tractor supply and gathering my money when the regular price went from $499.95 to $529.95 and then to $599.95 in a period of just two weeks! The generator was not on sale. This was from Jan 15th to Jan 31. The last jump was on Jan 31 the height of the polar vortex storm that is setting record low temps. A little profiteering going on here Tractor supply?? Shame.

This is my first time at Tractor Suppy in Harrison, Ohio. I was impressed by the quanity and quality of product being sold at this store. The exterior of the bulilding housed utility/farm trailers, motorized vehichles, kayaks, large tractor mowers, large farm/driveway gates, wooden fence posts, large and small galvanized feed and water barrels, enormous plastic water containers and farm yard fencing. All of the large-sized equipment was fascinating. The interior of Tractor Supply was as impressive as well as interesting. The back of the store hold all types of livestock feed. Within the store you can find clothing, boots, chicken coops (all sizes) and live chicks and baby ducklings. Dog and cat food, plus supplies like animal collars and medicines. The interior of the store has all products for the local farmer including motors, replacement hardware, hitches, seats, tires, bee hive equipment, ramps, tool boxes and thousands of items that I can't identify but is used in farming. The store is chockfull of delightful, farm fresh equipment. The store's isles are a bit tight but clean and well organized. Nice store, fun trip. I can't wait for my next trip to Tractor Supply Harrison OH.
