Went to pick up a few items for the house, when I noticed the D.A.V. /Veteran parking was gone. I did my shopping and asked the customer service what happened to the D.A.V. / Veterans parking spots? She called and found out they corporate made the decision to get rid of it. I told them I was a veteran and in Harrison Ohio, there are disabled vets and veterans from WWII, Afghanistan, Gulf War, Persian Gulf, and much more. It was only 2 spots, not sure why they got rid of them. Also, there are 3 spots for people to just walk up and put their stuff in their cars, also in the front of the building says we love our Veterans. I kinda chuckled when I read that, especially since they took the parking away from them. I called corporate and wrote them a letter ✉️. Not sure it'll help, some of you may not care about this, but I do. If no one speaks up then nothing will change. We have to at least try. They do still give a veterans discount at least right now when this review was posted. UPDATE: Home Depot in Harrison, put up new DAV/VET signs and poles. And the sign by the door still says we support our veterans. The voice has been heard. We have our parking spots back. Thank you Home Depot for listening and caring. 5 stars.

This is my local Home Depot, and I have always received good service here. It's got all the things that you would expect from a Home Depot. They grant discounts for vets. Easy product returns.

I used to shop at Home Depot regularly for projects. Then I moved and only had Lowe's and smaller hardware stores available. I visited HD again recently and forgot how much more there is. Better pricing, more options, and more in store vs having to order it online. There were also cashiers available.

Normally good customer service here, but the halloween decorations at this store are just downright demonic. It's entirely unacceptable to have this level of occult darkness AT ALL, let alone on such large display right at the front and center of the store.We'll shop at Gillman till these are removed, and likely thereafter as Gillman never has such sickening displays.I'd add photos, but that would defeat the point of standing against these visages.We stand for goodness and light, Home Depot, you used to also.

My husband and I were looking for a small freezer for our garage. We shopped several stores and online with no luck. We stopped into Home Depot in Harrison, OH where we met Appliance Specialist Bradley Howington. He was the most helpful person we have come across in years. He was knowledgeable about garage ready freezers and even though he didn't have the size we needed, he checked online. When nothing showed up, he checked Amazon and actually found what we were looking for. Although we didn't purchase one from Home Depot, we will remember the great customer service at Harrison, Home Depot. Even though it is not the most convenient store for us, we will be coming back here for our future home needs. Thank you, Bradley.

The lady that works at the paint counter was extremely kind and helpful! I don't know much about paint, but the lady behind the counter was more than happy to take time helping me pick out a quality paint. She actually helped me choose a color also since I'm color blind. There's a night and day difference between Home Depot and Lowe's. The staff at Lowe's didn't want to help like the employees here. This is where I'll spend my money from now on.

It's Home Depot.. I haven't had any issues, I believe we were greeted as we walked in?. Just last week my daughter and I visited this location and purchased a plant it was the last one of it's kind. In a rush... After getting home looked at the soil very very dry...This was a gift for my Gmaw that turned 92. Anyways the flowers are blooming and lush after a little TLC.It's a warehouse if you look confused someone will help you I'm sure. Can't say that I've used the restroom there though......... yet. ....to be continued....

Manager Jodie is excellent at customer service I had a nightmare with online order 1st one never shipped had to return which means will get your money back to you in a few days reorder will take more money now well 2nd never shipped got run around no fixes no communication no call back on hold til cut off I had all I could take called the store got Jodie she went to work she offer a sulation whi h I refused do to it already failing before she then found another way which got the job done had my item 2 days later she called back each step to confirm progress and delivery the way she handled my issue is the only reason I will continue to do business with homedepot

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to walk to when I'm out and about. It frustrates me that they have to lock so many of their products up to prevent theft, but I certainly understand the problem. I love their Halloween and Christmas displays this time of year!

Bought a Christmas present for my husband on December 12th. It was delivered December 16th. I try to return the unopened item 31 days from purchase (30 days and 9 hours if you want to get technical), 27 days from delivery, and they wouldn't do so. Not too many companies around that don't extend their policy during Christmas BUT also count the purchase date instead of the delivery date. What if the delivery was delayed and took several extra days? Mine was delayed and took 2 extra. Paying my card off asap and closing my account. This isn't the first issue I've had with Home Depot and their horrible service, but it WILL be the last! Trust me, stick with Lowes!

All these people complaining that there's not enough people working, knowing darn well that it's like that everywhere! Then people want to complain the lumber is bent and twisted. Well I'm here to tell everyone it's not just GONE DEPOT! Lowes has the same problem and so does Menard's. And as far as the deliveries goes, I know that Home Depot has tried to get new people to make these deliveries. But with this woken attitude that people are adopting, it really makes it hard for these retailers to do their job properly. And as a customer of Home Depot in Harrison, I wholeheartedly feel that this location has been trying to do a great job. Especially the short handed mangers...So next time all you people want to complain, think about how hard it may be on the Home Depot workers that's really just trying to help you.Thank you,Mr.Prepared.

This is a really decent Home Depot serving a modest population. I used to work for a busier Home Depot and I know the quality customer service of which we aim for would often get lost in the crowd but not here, every person in their department knows enough to inform a layman and help them with their projects. As long as you know you’re asking the right person there are no problems. Please just don’t ask the cashier about anything technical because cashiers at Home Depot’s are just cashiers. We aren’t trained in other stuff

I would say having your people running your cash registers would be really nice because no one brags about how great Walmart is when you get to ring yourself out and no one will brag about this place if you have to ring yourself out and it's not the little girl's fault at the cash registersssss trying to keep people happy because they have to ring themselves out I wouldn't want to have her job.
