They were great until the pandemic, my dogs have been on the waiting list twice since March due to not being able to find their spot on the waiting list from the first time I called to add it, and they are still waiting almost over a year to get in apparently assuming their names are still on the list of course. Stinks, because I really enjoyed their services, and my dogs always looked super nice after, my boys had been going since day one of them opening, and for them to never have a spot for them now, just isn't good customer service. I hope in the future they can get some of their older clients in, that helped them get their business started!

Our dogs could not be more excited to see Jen and the crew at spaw. Each time we bring them here, they're beyond happy and treated with such love and care. All of the employees here are extremely gentle, sweet and conscientious. They truly care for our dogs and we're so appreciative. Excellent business!

I've used this groomer for years before the pandemic. They cancelled my appointment when they closed during the pandemic just like everyone had to. After the pandemic, I have called 10 times trying to get my dog a new appointment. No one answers the phone, you leave a message asking to be added to the wait list but you still never get a confirmation call or an appointment. I understand most groomers are not taking new customers but I have been going here for years and now they just ignore me.

I never leave my dog with anyone. First experience at a groomer and it was amazing. The women working were so nice and they did a great job of explaining everything to me. It was quick and affordable. I would recommend to any of you, like me, who think of your pet as your child.

The staff is amazing and seems to love animals. We had no thought of leaving them with our pet while we went and shopped. When we came back our little Chihuahua Paquita what's freshly clipped, bathed and smelled so fresh and had a little cute bandana around her neck. She even Wags her tail when we tell her we are going to take her for a bath. The staff does a great job!

We take our dog Wyatt to spaw pet grooming. Jen is very easy to work with when it comes to getting an appointment scheduled. Her prices are very good and the dog smells great when I pick him up.I have tried to groom him at home and found that it was not worth it.

I was very nervous about how they would act when I walked in the door with my pitbull but they were amazing . They treated blitz like he was their own dog. Amazing service very reasonably priced . Definitely found a groomer we will use over and over again.

Best place around for dog grooming. The only problem is getting IN there. Every one KNOWS they're awesome and it's hard to get an appointment.I usually book my next appointment while I'm there for the next time just to be able to get in there... You might want to do the same.

I just took both of my dogs to Spaw to get a nail trim. Spaw was recommended by two of my friends. One friend mentioned they have walk in nail trims and they’re closer to our new house. My friend also mentioned they’re good with anxious dogs (which one of mine is) so I was sold! There was a curly, red-headed woman that greeted us and was very sweet. She trimmed Cole’s nails. She did cut one too short that it ended up bleeding. I know mistakes happen. He’s just never had an issue with his nails being cut that short so I was a little surprised. Jenny cut Luna’s nails (anxious dog) and, unfortunately, it didn’t go very well. I informed her Luna has anxiety and that my husband had cut one of her nails too short in the past so she’s timid. Our previous groomer said Luna had false quicks. Therefore, only minimal amounts of the nail can be trimmed at one time so it would take awhile to get her nails short again (that groomer is now 30 min away from our new house.) Jenny started cutting Luna’s nails and she whined on almost every single nail (which has never happened before). None of Luna’s nails bled but I’m guessing her false quicks we’re being cut and that’s what led to her whining. I also asked to have their nails filed and I feel like Jenny looked very impatient/was over having to deal with Luna being anxious. She also had the table Luna was on pretty high. When Luna was initially trying to get situated one of her legs came off the table and I was nervous she was going to fall backwards off of it. Unfortunately, I just didn’t get that warm and fuzzy feeling about wanting to bring my dogs back here.

I love Spaw Pet and (more importantly) my dogs love Spaw Pet! Doodle practically pounces into the shop to see Jen every visit and he's never been a fan of going to the groomers. We make the drive from Florence because the service and price are worth the drive. I've used Spaw to groom my cat and several foster dogs. It's just a wonderful place!
