I had a good experience this was my first visit to this location and I was in abd out pretty quickly, knowing exactly the one thin I needed and was there for. But with that said the customer service was good they were polite and friendly and prompt. From the short time I was there the store seemed to have a lot of different products available and also was a clean environment. And the best part that I saw was they had 2 dog washing stations or dog washing machines which seems very nice and convenient that you have the option to wash ur dog there instead of at home , I just didn't get to see how much they costs for it. I will be returning there soon and will update my review after I get to spend more time there and see their prices and stuff.

Great pet store! They have a lot of variety of things for your pet! Love they have raised bath tubs for your dog. Great price to. The people work here are very friendly & helpful.The only thing I wished they had RX food for dogs.

Shopping for an XL Dog crate. Item was on sale. Associates were busy helping other customers. I waited a couple minutes for the cashier to ring out 2 customers. She then helped me locate the item I was there for. It was empty on shelf but additional product was in another location.

Mariah is the amazing dog groomer who has groomed my girl Lola for about a year now. Lola is a Shih Tzu who definitely can be challenging to groom because she has a mind of her own.When I pick 😁🐾🐾🐾up Lola she is happy and looks great every time. When I picked her up this last time she had her nails painted. Lola is so girly and loves to be pampered.Thanks Mariah for taking care of MY girl Lola. 🐾❤️

Nice pet store. A great dog washing station for dogs of all sizes. Plenty of dog food options and cat food options. If you are considering getting a reptile this place has a lot of great terrariums and various tanks of all sizes. Also a great place for small fish. There are a few small creatures like gerbils, guinea pigs, and hamsters but honestly I didn't pay too much attention to those little guys. Proximity to the interstate is nice. Staff is great. Highly recommend.

Love our local Pet Supplies Plus. Great staff! True animal lovers, all of them, it's not just a job for them. They care about their customers' human, furry, feathered, and scaled alike. My oldest cat has terrible anxiety, and I rely on them heavily for what I need to keep her calm and happy!

Clean store and polite staff but they are always out of the reptile supplies I need or they don't sell certain things so I've had to change so much for my snake and my fish and had to order off Amazon for my gecko because they didn't have what I needed.They always have frozen nice and live crickets though so that's a plus.

I was helped very quickly by staff recently while looking for aquarium plants. Staff also gave me some future set up advice for my Betta rescues that I do . The fish and small animal habitats looked amazing and well kept .......

Best experience at a pet store. The younger lady employee went above & beyond her job. She was amazingly patient, kind hearted, & understanding when it came to our pitbull. Our pitbull is no way vicious towards people/strangers. He does tend to bark at them. Which he was doing at her. Instead of her reacting negative toward him, she took the time to gain his trust (with beef liver treats of course). She patiently let him get used to her & even sat on the floor while doing so. She answered any & all questions we had. Even showed us the good ingredient beef liver treats. Great deals & promotions on toys. Wide variety of treats & toys. All around awesome experience.
