This location has more options than a “non Marketplace” Kroger, but some of the other Marketplace locations seem less dated. Nonetheless, this spot has fresh sushi and a good selection of fruit and vegetables- also fresh flowers and a Starbucks inside.Easy to park. Store was clean with good service.

gets worse on each visit - stopped by at 6:00 am this morning to buy a couple things on the way to work. given the time of day, wouldn't expect have to wait in line for a self-serve checkout, but then they only had two up and running (a third wasn't working right but the dozen so others were just sitting there unavailable for whatever reason). guess we'll have to go over to Remke's next time we need something in the future....

It seems like each time I come to this location there is less availability of products that I buy on a consistent basis. It doesn't seem to matter if I come in early in the morning or later in the day I'm seeing more and more empty spaces on the shelves. The click list is a joke I've used it a few times and was the biggest waste of a service ever. Last time that I used the click list service, I was told that some of the items that I had selected were not available. Realize after checking my list that I had forgotten a couple items so I decided to run inside to get them, only to be greeted with my "unavailable item" sitting on the shelf. I don't know if this is laziness or just pure incompetence but more reasons why shopping here is becoming more of a bad idea no matter how close by it is.

It would be 5 if they didn't let the kids working there play around instead of work. I boy tonight was standing on a pallet jack like it was something you can ride on and almost ran me over. He didn't say excuse me or even acknowledge me at all. He was going extremely fast so it would have done damage if I didn't stop to keep from being ran over. It may be the same one who drops skids so they make a very loud bang on the floor. I've heard this on more than one occasion while in the store. Get them under control before someone gets hurt.

It would be unfair to hold the entire Kroger store responsible for one man's actions but let me tell you right now the little guy at the sushi kiosk is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life it literally seemed like he was trying to show off for the girl that he was working with at the kiosk and he felt powerful being in control of the sushi

Great store, friendly and hometown. Only thing I hate really is that I had the isle's memorized and they changed the whole story up. But it's ok it has most everything you'd need.

Huge grocery store with everything from fresh deli food, beer and wine to clothing. Great selection on everything and includes locally grown (Midwest) fresh produce. There is a lunch counters that features sushi, Asian and Mexican food. Store can be very busy on holidays even with all 23 checkout lanes going full tilt. Staff is efficient and small town friendly.

Not my "home" Kroger, but it's a really nice one. Harrison, Ohio, is a nice place to visit, and I make a point to stop here if I need a few things on the way home.

Wonderful grocery store and more. So big and so many offers. Huge Deli, bakery, Kitchen Place, Flower Shop, even a Starbucks. They have clothing and housewares.

It is the best place for quick shopping and you have people there to help you find things that you can't. There's alot of things you can choose from. So you dont have to be stuck with whatever usual stores.

Lots of options, always have everything I need for a family of four, with several pets! The only downside is the lines at checkout. They never seem to have enough open. They do bag your groceries for you most of the time. There's a Starbucks inside... coffee is always a plus when shopping!

The Krogers in Harrison, Ohio is filthy dirty and unsanitary. I have seen molding food for sale on the shelves. This store sells expired food. The food cabinets are nasty and are never cleaned. The workers provide poor service. They are rude and unapologetic. Avoid shopping at Krogers in Harrison, Ohio.

Lived here in Harrison since 2016. I don’t live very far from the Kroger so it’s very convenient, but always seems to be out of a lot of things on my list. Not just sale items but my every week to week items as well. And since I live so close I will go back regularly to later pick up the items they didn’t have when I did my weekly shopping and they still will not have it. I work in a restaurant so I understand about things being harder to get now a days but this was happening pre-Covid and just seems to continue

It s a nice store...they do run out of items. The bathrooms need hourly attention.Nothing more frustrating when you go to use the restroom only to find there is no tp or it is thrown all over the floor. This has happened twice.

This place is the pits. Super store. Not hardly they can't even stock their own products. I talked to a manager there and now I know why. Most incompetent manager.only 3 self checkouts out of 12 were open and there is a big line. They are so incompetent that they could not mange the other 3 SELF checkouts. There are other Krogers within a 5 mile radius so stay away from this mess

This is such a great Krogers to shop at.. I have never had a rude employee or even ran into a rude customer. It’s like people are so friendly they want to do their shopping and get home. So yes I will recommend this for anyone that is reliable.

this kroger provided me with yuengling. can't get that in illinois. also 7 dollar burger with 2 sides? heck yea! it was real good and the burger helper guy was really nice.

Beware of buying ipad/iphone chargers here. I bought an ipad/iphone charger here a few days ago and it stopped working after only a day and a half. Unfortunately, I had already thrown out the packaging and receipt for it. So, that was a huge waste of money.

Good kroger to shop at. However, kind of was wondering how on super bowl sunday, they do not have all the registers open, and expect shoppers to use self checkout. I would use self checkout IF there was an incentive. Also, it does not make sense to have employees bagging groceries at self checkout and not open registers, not to mention that there were CUSTOMERS bagging their own groceries at the regular checkout. Looks like management dropped the ball on this one.
