I LOVE this pet store. The staff is always super helpful and kind and they have a huge selection. They carry the fish food I need and so much more. Not to mention I adore pet stores that have a “store pet”, such as theirs! Her name is Winter and she is so sweet, I can’t wait to go back and see her again!Side note, they’ve got majorly cute bandannas for pets that are $0.99!!

They are amazing! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. If they don't have it, they will find it for you. Also, we got our ferret there and she is just the sweetest thing. HIGHLY recommend.

I regret visiting Harrison Pet Center. The condition of the store is appalling, reminiscent of the worst pet shops here in Harrison. The cages are filthy, animals are poorly cared for, and the staff is treated unfairly. Some employees are even rude to customers. It's disheartening to see such negligence.

Tanks are all super clean with healthy active tropical fish,.....staff very helpful ,....my Neon Tetras are a great addition to my female Betta sorority tank . Thank you so much for them and advice on other species I can add in future .

This place has nothing bad about it I'm getting a rabbit there this week and the staff was very helpful the one thing is how they put the rats in the box they kinda do it aggressive or maybe it's just me best place to get a pet better than Petco or PetSmart would highly recommend it would be really helpful if u put more pictures and info about your rabbits and bunnies

Wish I could rate it 0. I visited the Delhi one and was shocked that it is *slightly* cleaner than this place. Dirty cages, poor animal conditions, false pet care, ETC. Employees are also treated unfair in this business and some employees are even rude to customers. I don’t recommend supporting.

Larger location than the Delhi store. Easier to maneuver through the aisles, too. They now have their dog food loyalty program on the computer so it doesn't matter which location you visit. This helps us a lot since we've moved closer to the Harrison location and didn't want the miss out of our dog food perks. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

We've been going here for several years now to get fish and small animals. We live about 45 minutes away, but it's well worth the time because the staff here is always very helpful and knowledgeable.The animals all seem healthy and well taken care of and we've never had any problems with things dying after we got them home (like happened a few times with fish from other stores).

Went in today to get some information on a bearded dragon and was surprised on the knowledge that Noah had. He took the time to talk with me and share everything he knew. I appreciate his time and love for the reptile. When we are ready to buy I will be looking for Noah to help me get everything we need for a healthy environment for the bearded dragon. Thank you!

Has slipped down since my last visit puppy was in a display case that needed cleaning.I understand that puppies are messy but not where they did number 2 four or 5 times is time for human intervention.wasn’t real impressed with the store’s condition.

We have recently brought albino guinea pig and it died a week later and Saturday we bought it albino baby rabbit and It died last night.. I just worning that's their watch there's something about them they don't last long .. we spent a lot of money just on Saturday

I wish I could give 6/5 stars. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Good store with reasonable prices. Got to educate a couple employees on scorpions and even showed them how to handle one for the first time! It's a little far from me but worth the trip <3

They are just wonderful. They don’t just sell. They are there for you when you need advice. And they are very informative about the animals etc that they have. Noah is wonderful. I had a sick Betta and with his recommendations my Betta is still with me. 😊😊😊

Love this place! Staff goes out of their way to help. Rewards program is awesome. Prices are competitive. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Selection is spot on. Grooming on site. Plenty of great things going on here. We come back again and again!

I stopped in here last minute & was just going to look around. I ended up talking to a younger female worker who was very helpful. My dog isn't like the average dog and she was such a great help in giving me ideas about several things to help my dog. She also gave me some samples for him. It's nice having an employee actually care about what's going to help my dog instead of pushing anything on me just to make a sale. She actually said something similiar about giving me samples for him to try out because she's here to help him not to always sell a product.

Where do I begin? Every last animal in there was either sick or stressed to the point of sickness, I just went to adopt a budgie and they all seemed as though they wouldn’t even survive till tomorrow. The budgies all had dirty vents from bad breeder habits and and improper care/sick. The cockatiels were constantly puffed, yawning and closing their eyes. The chinchilla I saw was so stressed and very aggressive, it huddled in the corner as I watched a child continue to poke at it.. same with the bunnies. All the pets were in horridly small cages. This is my second visit I’ve had and I thought it couldn’t get worse but it most certainly did. Only improvement I noticed was the fish were actually alive.. shocker.

If i was you i would stay away there is an older lady that is rude she acts as if you are bothering her then snaps at you with a smart response. She doesn't listen to you. If i was you go to the other place down the road friendly people who enjoy your business. I feel sorry for the other employees there

Theres an older lady with short hair that works there she is super unfriendly, very rude. Shes usually there weekdays during the day. I also feel sorry for the other staff. Pet valu and pet smart are great very friendly.

Owners PLEASE check your store ASAP!!! Everything so dirty. Animals not being taken care of. Kittens huddled in a corner with not a single thing to lie in other than a litter box spilling over with feces. Fish tanks and reptile aquariums look abandoned for over a month or longer. Meanwhile three teenagers stand around chatting non stop like they're just hanging out. Horrible smell in there. Awful to see. Place just needs to shut down honestly.

Love talking to Timmy and looking at the fish. Fish are healthy and I've never had one die. They also carry Tetra Spring and Fall food that helps my pond fish recover/prepare from/for winter.

Horrible customer service! I asked one of the younger workers if I could get some fish. She told me she would help me when she was finished getting crickets. Five minutes later she starts walking my direction and helps another customer that was there after me! What a joke I walked right out of the store and will never be back!
