This is by far the best dollar tree I’ve ever shopped out and believe me I’ve been to dozens of them. Cleanest one, best cashiers and the best variety.

This store is a disaster , highly unorganized and what employees they do have simply can't keep up with the demand . Every time I walk in I make a bet that a employee will be complaining about something and I am spot on everytime . I get what they go through as did I have been through it . But if you don't like it simply find another job it's easier and less insanity .This store is declining under pressure , and they have the audacity to open another one close by when they can't even keep this store in check or stocked .The solution would be definitely pay the employees a better rate and you could keep a staff and not be cheap . This is simply the most unorganized store I've ever witnessed . I've had to move things around just to get something off a shelf , this place is turning into a fire hazard .This review is not by the entirety fault of the employees all though they don't help the situation with constantly complaining openly in the store . But on dollar tree itself , it needs to do better by it employees and the same will return but hey , can't expect a corporation to care now when they never have before .

Not too bad. This store goes through a large volume of items. I don't know how their small crew keeps up with the demand. I know people who worked at this location and they would even work on their off time too help their coworkers/friends. I appreciate the hard working people who keep the world going. 👍

New dollar tree is amazing, so organized and lots of items!! Pls keep it this way!! I’m in love!! 200.00 spent in the store because it was so organized!! Times like these people will be wanting to shop there

I used to absolutely love this store. Would visit at least once a week. I got stuff for the house as well as alot of my crafting supplies not to mention many trinkets and things I didn't really need. Within the past year ive watch the store steadily decline. It's unorganized, dirty nothing is stocked, shelves are empty. The employees are lazy and not helpful. Last time I was the the cashier called for help 4 times with 16 people standing in line, her being the only cashier doing any work. There were 3 other employees in the store. I have been driving an hour away to go to a different store. I really wish someone would get this store back together. I sure do miss it. It was the biggest one around!!!

Just cannot believe the savings on certain items at this store. Truly a value for the price paid on common every day used items. Always well stocked with plenty of selections. Especially nice for party items. Store in easy access location with plenty of parking, and spotlessly clean. Friendly help and service if needed.

This store is a mess and definitely needs a good cleaning! Boxes that haven't been unpacked are blocking the isles most every time I've been in and there are items laying all over the floor, (dirty windows too just like most Dollar Trees). If it weren't for the decent prices I wouldn't go through the hassle.The prices keep me from giving them a zero.

I love the dollar tree. You have to be careful though. Some products aren't worth a dollar. Just be aware. There are loads of things, though, that ARE. I got a little personal address and phone number book that I use for passwords and I use another one for budgeting. I also LOVE their makeup. Just go there!

This location was always the best one to go to. Cleaner than others near me and better selection. However, today was a different story. 12/26/20. My wife, youngest daughter and myself went to pick up a couple things. All three of use need to use the restroom. Both restrooms we're occupied. We waited a good 15min before one was available. No biggie. Until my wife and daughter went in and came right back out. No toilet paper and no hand soap. There was paper towel peices all over the floor and just absolutely disgusting. So we have to wear masks in the store but you don't refill at least the hand soap? We are in a pandemic and one of the number 1 rules to follow is wash your hands!? How are the employees washing? Just water? Not to mention the entire store floor was cover with pieces of paper and boxes. It looked like a twister blew through the store.

UPDATE - Dropped my 3 stars to 1. The place is simply more disgusting every time I go in there. Not just cluttered but simply becoming gross and unkempt.Dollar Tree is good for quick grab and go for miscellaneous items. However, the Harrison store is a mess and seems to get worse every day. They have so much stock taking up floor space it's hard to walk thru some aisles. Unfortunately if you let the place be a mess people are going to treat it like a mess and the cycle continues. Other than that, especially since we dont have a kmart, it's a good deal for random odds and end. The few cashiers they ever have (even on the busiest days) are friendly and do their best to keep things moving. But good gosh, ease up on the ordering.

Just went after months away. Tons of customers, only one cashier. A male employee reported by another customer to be the manager just disappeared in the back ignoring the problem. My cashier was very pleasant, she should have backup!

The only reason I gave them one star was to do the review. I was charged for three of my items I bought, twice. I caught it after paying and looking at my receipt. When I brought it to their attention, I was then told they do not give refunds. Are you kidding me?!? I wasn't the one that rang up three items twice! So its ok to just take my money for free????

Amazing what you can buy for a dollar. Just bought a travel trailer and didn't want to shuttle stuff from the house to the trailer and back. Cleaning tools and supplies at dollar tree were perfect. Cheap enough that you can just throw them out at end of season.

Lot's of Thanksgiving & Christmas items already out on the sales floor. Went to pick up some cleaning supplies and other non edible items for $1 and ended up spending $60 on items I was planning on getting at my local grocery store for Thanksgiving that would have cost me 2 to 3 times more which saved me about $80!!! I left happy!!!

Skinny kid longer hair send me setting in the car outside the store and brought me a water. He was an employee at dollar tree i have never in my life had a stranger ever do something like that for me. So thank you you have alot to look forward to in life when you do things like that for people you dont even know. He should get employee of the month

The one employee who rang me out was friendly and apologized for the wait. He called twice for help because the line was getting very long, but no employees came to help because they were helping each other do something?Dollar Tree needs to hire more people and have people overnight, after close, or before opening stocking the shelves. I haven't been to a store where there are not just boxes in the middle of the aisles with no employee currently working on it.

Not enough people as cashiers. Line is about to the back of the store until,a cashier came to help the only cashier at the front. That doesn't make sense to let people wait so long.Some customers got tired of waiting and left what they were going to purchase and left the store. I almost left but I stayed.

I go here at least twice a month. I get greeting cards, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, holiday decorations,... I always find something I need. The staff is always nice.

Nastiest place in Harrison, boxes setting around for day's, I observed a employee complaining about another employee, he went in the woman's bathroom and never came out, boxes everywhere! Never put away. The nastiest carpet you have ever seen in your life !!!!

They have beautiful plastic flowers and many craft item s:wooden numbers; wreath forms:some ribbons. Wooden boxes, paints in small qualitys. etc.it is a treasure chest for me.
