I love Big Lots.I have always been a fan of it.I did notice the prices of things seem a lot higher then they used to so going there to save a buck isn't my reason for going.All around I like this one except the staff could be a little more friendly.There are a few that are nice but a few that don't even really greet you coming in or when you come to the counter.I have always thought customer service is a very important part of any job.I still give it a 5 because there are a few that are great.

Erica at Harrison Ohio was Awesome! She helped us when my son was buying furniture for his first house ! She had everything ready when it was time to pick it all up ! Even called the Colerain store to hold the bed frame they were out of . Thanks so much!

I had been looking on Amazon and Marketplace for months for outdoor furniture cushions. I’m just a lil upset at myself for not remembering Big Lots sooner! Went in and found the cushions I needed for 40% off!! I will definitely look here first next time! The quality is good and the selection was as well!! Good job Harrison Big Lots, the store is clean, fully stocked and not as cluttered as others I’ve been in.

A lot of things i buy here dont seem to work or break kinda easy like a led strip didnt work at all but i didnt get the receipt or sent to my email so i was screwed on that , and a antenna that had really poor signal on it .The employees are great dont get me wrong and they do the best they can . But big lots prices seem a bit inflated as of lately even if they claim its a sale and the recliners are really high now in price , i bought one at one time for 280 total . Now cant seem to find one that is good under 500$ .

We always enjoy browsing Big Lots. They've improved so much over the past few years. Their stores are clean, friendly and they have quality merchandise. They even have a full line of P&G products!

Big store, a lot of stuff. There is always something going on all the time! Love the furniture and most of the people there! Good place to get furniture. Always good to shop there for the holidays and decorations! Tiffany Is an awesome person! Very Helpful, and respectful! She works very hard and is very patient! Love going here!

This store has the cutest things!! Great selection of solar garden decorations and lights. Their buyer does an awesome job stocking this store with really cool things. Definitely shopping there again!!

I really love the new Big Lots. I think it's bigger and has a lot of great deals, great prices, and products. Plus it's a little closer to my house. In my opinion this is one of my favorite Big Lots. Also they have a great staff working in the store. I would recommend shopping at this location.

Not the Big Lots I'm used to. The one in my hometown was dirty and disgusting. This is actually a nice store. Building is a bit run down (which I've heard they are working on), but the product is clean and well presented. Was pleasantly surprised by a store I've refused to shop the 7 years since I've moved.

The store itself is nice but the male cashiers aren't friendly at all...in fact downright rude. One employee did not tell me my total...I'm thinking it was up to me to guesstimate 🤷‍♀️

They had what I needed at a good price. If you are looking for discounted goods it's a good place to go. The quality of items aren't amazing but if you are just looking for something that you need to get a few uses out of this place is fine to go. This location was relatively clean today.

I always forget this store is here so I made it a point to go in twice in the last few weeks for certain things. Neither time did they have what I needed. They have almost no office supplies. Milk was double the price of other local stores. Plus I waited in a huge checkout line both times. Next time I'll pass on this store.

Always a clean store and friendly service. Sometimes have some great prices on unique items, at closeout pricing. Especially good for pet items. Plenty of available parking, and easy to find. Friendly staff to help load larger items, if needed.
