This is my favorite Walmart. love that they have this little game area, tons of fun for my kids. They have a decent sized gluten free section. Gf pastas, breads, cookies. They also started selling Violife vegan cheese a while back which is nice, it’s my favorite vegan cheese. There’s an employee there, I wish I knew her name, who helped me decide on a gift and is always so kind. One time I was scanning and bagging my items and my kids were crying, I was overwhelmed, and two employees came over and started putting my bags in my cart for me.My only complaint is that there have been many times where only the self checkouts and one lane are open, and the lines are very long.

How can one not like Walmart? They have everything! Very reasonable prices! It seems they have something new every time I come here then I start browsing and don't want to leave. I'm glad they are getting more cashier's! Since I don't like the self checkout's very much. They make me nervous. I don't remember her name but the cashier with the beautiful long nails is a sweetheart. She is very personable, and shoot..I forgot the other lady's name but she is usually in the same Aisle with the same cashier. They are both so friendly and deserve a raise! Very pleased with this store

Very large store with a lot of very useful items but there was only one register open and one self checkout lane was open. Both lanes had lines that turn down the main aisle. Who approves this lack of customer service. I don’t have two hours to wait in line so I returned my items and left. Can I rate -3 stars.

The one in Hamilton Ohio was awful!! 3 lanes open PERIOD!! The place was pretty busy considering it was really nice out. I seen a man on the phone with probably corporate going off about just how bad it was and THEN they opened up 4 of the self checkouts. Just no reason for it.

Rude employees and got blurry glasses. Instead of offering to make it right they immediately gave me a refund. I did not get offered an exchange. A huge employee came over too and I felt threatened when he kep standing there. I couldn't hear what he said. I hate Walmart. Going elsewhere!

The pharmacy here is outstanding!! The pharmacy technicians are super friendly and efficient. No longs waits and annoyance! I am switching all my prescriptions to this location! Thank you Walmart!!

Last year or so, stock on almost everything is low! Need to carry 4xlt shirts, fat people need clothing to! Bathrooms disgusting. Store is a little dirty. NEVER NEVER NEVER Enough Cashiers, I hate self check out. Staff is always friendly.

This walmart like pretty much every other walmart showing all of us that running a register is a hard job and finding employees that can figure out how to use them is hard to find. The self checkout that doesn't need people must always have problems also they don't work either.

All the scan and goes are never working when in here. I've heard 3 different employees cussing horribly infront of kids. Herd 2 people threatening to quit and walk out. This whole system is a joke needs to get strained out. Just go to kroger or mijer

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I WAS IN THIS LOCATION TODAY AND THERE WERE TONS OF PEOPLE AND ALL THE CHECKOUTS WERE CLOSED AND IT WAS GETTING INSANE AND NOTHING WAS BEING DONE THIS PLACE EVERYTIME I GO INVENTORY IS NEVER RIGHT THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO ONLINE THE STAFF IS A BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE WHO HAVE 0 DESIRE TO PROGRESS IN LIFE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS WHOEVER YOUR STORE MANAGER IS AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS FIRED BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS OUT OF CONTROL WITH HOW PISS POORLY MANAGED IT IS ITS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE

I like Walmart in general. However, there are more greeters than cashiers at registers or employees on the floor. I have waited 40 minutes for someone to come help me in the paint department, and when someone finally did, he was from the automotive department. It was discovered that the paint department person called in sick and the other was on break. Also, Walmart has handled my painting needs for years. Now, I'm being told that Walmart no longer can make all Glidden paint colors. They only have certain colors they can make. So if you pick a color online, you either have to choose something close to it that Walmart does carry or you need to go to a different place that carries Glidden. Not to mention that online, it tells you that a certain product is in the store, but you get there, and it's not there. I was told that this happens often. It is not good for me to check first, drive to the store, and then return home empty-handed. What a waste of my time and effort.

Love the products and usualy reasonable, staff is mostly incredible, and for the most part the store decent in being tidy and clean , bathrooms are always well kept but beware thieves they seem to have a on it kinda security team!

I will NEVER go back to this Walmart again! The fake “manager” Kim was cursing in front of my children. I will be escalating this situation further as well. Manager or not no EMPLOYEE should be talking that way while they are at WORK especially when there are CHILDREN around!

I placed a delivery order and the dasher who delivered my items sat them in front of my door to take the picture and then stole all of it. Walmart refuses to do anything about it.

I keep getting harassed verbally by different people every single time I’ve came in that store the last four times, and it just recently started happening in the last six weeks and it makes my shopping experience very agitating and there’s no reason I should be agitated shopping minding my own business so I’m wondering if I should say something back or just keep staying aggravated every time I shop in the store I don’t treat nobody else like that so there’s no reason I should be treated like that and I am Feeling uncomfortable every single time I walk in that store the last four times I’ve walked in there it’s a safety issue. It’s almost like a security breach of some sort with people coming at me like that in the medicine aisle. We definitely got to stay out of that aisle. She’s in that aisle no dimension how childish and immature. This behavior is that I’m experiencing while I’m shopping from people. I’ve tried to call human resources at the store multiple times, and every time no answer. Requested to be transferred to Customer Service so someone to relay a message. Still no answer. How is anything supposed to ever get resolved if nobody ever answers to resolve it there’s not even an option for a voicemail to leave a message for someone to call me back. That’s also an issue every time I come in for OTC here lately, it’s not covering anything I’m grabbing and agitates me and the worker happened to delete it. I’m backtracking like that there should be a list and each isle of what each insurance covers. He gets aggravated shopping with their insurance card because a lot of people are older. And I’m sure it aggravates them to we live in a crushing economy let’s try add to the crushing part of it. We’re all adults here let’s show each other, love and respect.

I truly hate this place, I only shop there due to the fact that they have eliminated the small businesses (that would be of very little, if any competition at all.) So trying to buy an item that would be found at a more specific and focused business!

Their shelves are always stocked well and when I need help getting my cats food from up high, they are always willing to help. Any time I come here they have what I need. Greeters are always super nice. Especially Michael. I've talked to him a few times and he's a genuine good guy! Thanks for always making me feel welcome 🙏

Go to Oxford for a much better shopping experience. No cashiers. You will spend 30 to 45 minutes just waiting to check out. Where is upper management??? Sitting in the office!

This store is faster to get in and out of faster than most Wal-Mart's. They seem to keep the same staff who are good at their jobs and super helpful.Today we went to the Auto center for a new tire. We had made the appointment. They were punctual and got the job done quickly. Very polite and courteous staff back there too
