DO NOT BUY DOG FOOD FROM HAMILTON TRACTOR SUPPLY! Bought the normal dog food we always get from a different location and the are both outdated by a year plus and the one smells like chemicals and made my dog throw up. Very disappointed. Also wonder how long they have been on the shelf’s to be that outdated 😳 please check your dog food if you buy from them; date was May of 2021 and the other was November of 2021. Only got a 2 star review because staff was nice but also Taylor didn’t seem surprised that they were being returned for being so outdated.

We went here to get propane. Happy they offer it, because not all Tractor Supplies do -- but they need a better system for purchasing it. We had to wait in a long line in the store just to ask for propane fill, then got our tanks filled, and had to wait in another long line to pay for it. It's really not right.

The whole display of boots was in front of the sale sign for 16.99 . I went to cash out and they were 31 and some change, I mentioned they were on sale and was told not this style it was the other ones. And that these must have been in the wrong spot, I said well then they are all in the wrong spot then, the lady was rude and ripped the sign down and walked away. Normally I would have went ahead and bought them since it was a gift for someone else but because of the way the young lady handled it I just walked out.Rural king is only a couple hundred feet away, they will get ALL of my business from now on !

Fantastic people work here.Always exceed in outstanding customer service.Just recently I had a last minute propane tank that needed filled to use for heat.No problem, your employee had no problem filling my tank right before closing.Thank you!

Ordered some merchandise to be shipped to store. After the warehouse lost the order, somewhere between labeling and shipping, the sales associates went all out to help us. One found the exact order, same items, in stock, and on sale for about 30% less than what we'd already paid corporate for the lost order. Another then spent literally over an hour working with us, the manager, corporate, shipping and the warehouse to fix the mistake made by the warehouse to get our full purchase price refunded on the lost order.The gal working with us was patient, and listened to our concerns. Their refund policy states the items must be delivered to be refunded. There was no precedent for this mess as the order was lost. It was an odd mistake, they said it hadn't ever happened before, and there was no company policy to deal with the problem.They fixed it anyway. We received the email stating the full price would be refunded in 3-5 days, while we were still in the storeAnd, we saved $32.Even though it took a long time to sort the whole thing out, she handled it as quickly as possible given the circumstance. All sales associates were involved, friendly, funny, considerate, and were all "brought up to speed" on how to handle this situation if it ever happens again.That speaks well of the training of sales staff and leadership styles of management. A rare thing in the world of big box stores where the rule is minimal employee engagement.I prefer to shop where people know what they're doing. It's effective and efficient. Professional. Like this Tractor Supply location.I'd absolutely recommend this store location for pricing, overall quality and concern for customer satisfaction.They are committed to getting it right. I'd give more stars if I could.Updated to add we did receive the full refund.Because of the excellent service, I've been back to look at what else I could use that is sold here, now, it's the only place I'll come for pet food. Better prices than anyone else in the area for the specific food I need for my little fur guys.I'm a permanent customer now.

I always have a great experience at Tractor Supply. I think I know their variety of merchandise but time after time I find a greater and greater selection across-the-board. I personally do not have the opportunity to buy the larger-sized equipment, but my husband indicates that the quality of the mechanics are top-notch. I find the shoes and clothing of high value and great variety. The store is always well stocked, clean and has attractive displays. A great shopping experience.

Great store for all my farm and pet needs, I love their dog food brand 4-Health it keeps my dogs coat shiny and helps her maintain her weight. I also got a beehive kit from them that came broken and they immediately ordered a new one for me and expedited the shipping free.

Needed a new lawn mower so we stopped at TSC first. Went several other places but the staff here was so helpful that we came back. There was less variety here but the products looked better and were at a great price point.Would recommend.

Tractor supply had heat lamps and bulbs wich rural king did not. Tractor supply has a really good dog food too.

Went in looking for the tack straw I had purchased there before. Headed towards the area it had been and the display racking was gone and seasonal was in its place. After walking the entire floor, even passing 2 women working in clothing and a guy stocking another shelf area (Not one of them even acknowledged hat I was even in the store, no Hello, nothing). I walked the store again before finally going to the cash register and asking that girl where it might be, she directed me to the feed area, Nope none there. I told her that what I was looking for was typically used for grass seeding and she replied "Oh well I guess we dont have any". Umm ok. Great Thanks for the awesome customer service.

They did not have what we were looking for; however, the staff was very helpful and was able to order what I needed online. The store was very clean and organized. They also had a lot of really good sales going on.

People are always helpful and there's generally somebody around help you, not like the box stores . I'm not sure how they're merchandise stacks up against other retailers like the box stores but it's certainly a better experience shopping there. Now that we own a farm I'm able to get a lot of my needs filled here.

Hannah (team lead) was on register when we entered the location where she greeted us, we went to get the feed we needed for our horse only to discover it loaded down with feed mites. When brought to her attention, she was not at all worried about leaving the items on the shelf. They were the only 3 bags they had and with how tightly packed together the feed is - I didn't trust getting the other feed we needed fearing it, too would be infested. The lack of concern from the staff about their products being infested is worrisome and makes me rethink the idea of switching to a feed brand that someone else carries.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. We get our wood pellets here every year. We order in July and pick them up in September. We also get our organic chicken feed at this store.

Love tractor supply always thought they have quality things. But I as a pellet stove user I am soooo DISSATISFIED with the brand that they sell of pellets. Burns so fast and so much ash. I bought a skid of " premium wood pellets hardwood". With the blue writing on bags. Tractor supply you need to check into this product. Will not come back to purchase pellets until they get some quality HARDWOOD pellets. Me and neighbor buy from there as well and she said same thing. I usually buy 4 skids a year as she does to. TRACTOR SUPPLY F I X THIS.

My hubby bought a item from them and under inspection he didn't accept it,because he felt it had been dropped. They told him that it would be under warranty, he felt he didn't want to chance it. We went to the other tractor supply company. And got the item.

Tractor Supply Co. isn't a Store for the Casual Shopper by any means but for those Shoppers in which this Store is Geared it's a Great Place. Don't let the name fool You either because it would be more aptly named Farm Supply as it generalizes in selling Farm/Rural based living Equipment and Supply but it also carries a lot of specialized items. From Tools to Clothes to Pet and Livestock Feeds, Medicines, etc it's a Solid Choice.

No help and lack of care. Employees acted like it was a bother to help find anything. We went there to spend a several hundred dollars and did not just walked out due to lack of care. Really sad we love tsc.

Fill grill size bottles of propane for $2.69 per gallon. Exchanging one anywhere else cost $22 and you only get 15 pounds of fuel.$12.10 for a full 20 pounds of propane!!! Excellent!!

It was great what I went for was on sale and with an extra 40% off the sale price I had stopped at Rural King before that and the same items were not marked down at all so from now on I will stop at Tractor Supply first
