If they had 0 stars I would rate them a zero. I went to buy a safe tonight, they told me they had 3 in stock. I purchase the safe and finally my brother shows up with his truck to haul it they tell me to go around to the back dock after searching they now don't have any in stock. So I ask if they can call another store she tells me the hamilton store has one in stock but I would have to go tomorrow because the employees at the Hamilton store didn't want to mess with it tonight, when k say tonight I mean 6:30pm. I could understand If I arrived at closing time but seriously. So I asked for my money back and will go to another store who wants to sell their products. I didn't even get a sorry and when giving my money back she gives me $15 more than just paid so I tell her she gave me to much money back and again not a thank you for being honest and catching my mistake. Aggravating!

The store was a mess when I was there. Employees walk right past you. We were not greeted at all. Was in the store for 15 minutes. I will not come back to this location. 👎

Love tractor supply! I would definently recommend going here! They have a lot of things to buy and look at including clothing and things for your cat or dog.

Store was very clean, of course I had to look at the ducks! Their area was clean and they looked like they are cared for very well. The product I needed wasn't in the shelf, so I asked a cashier and she was super helpful. I explained my cats situation and she let me know what I actually need was at the register with her. While ringing me up, she wished my cats felt better soon. Great customer service!

I placed an online order to be picked up at the store. I do this every 5-6 days. Very rarely is there someone at the service counter. Today it took 20 mins for some one to get my order. I might as well go in and just buy the dog good there. It would be faster.

Some very good and some very bad. The regular employees are fantastic. They always seem busy and are happy to help you. The managers/supervisors either seem to be unaware they are in retail or that they are responsible for things. I have heard the manager/supervisor shout obscenities at each other across the store. (Both male)To the point that the poor cashier flinched because she knew I was standing there. There will be a line of 10 people and the poor cashier will be killing herself trying to get you rung out while the manager/supervisor stands at the back of the store clearly visible doing nothing to assist. God help those front end people if they should need assistance from a supervisor or manager you will stand there and wait quite some time before they get there with that line of people. If you ask one of the managers/supervisors for assistance you will likely get a blank stare as an answer. I have shopped here on a weekly basis for six months because it's where I buy my dog's food and I replenish it on a weekly basis. It has been the same routine this entire time. I suspect if they had any real competition in the area they would be in serious trouble. If you don't believe me go to the Tractor Supply on West Side of Hamilton directly next to Rural King and see how much nicer that store is managed. I gave it a 3-star because the front end staff and the girls who check you out are always fantastic and always polite. I would give them a 5, I would give the management a 1. Far as I'm concerned that evens out to a 3.

A great place last time i was there didn't get what i need. A couple days went back they have what i needed. I would say they run out of things. Like others. It happens. I got back there when I need something.

I used to love this store, but recently I tried to leave a review for TSC's PawsNClaws Clumping Litter a few times, a review, which, btw, was solicited by the company. Each time I tried, my review was "moderated" due to some bs reason and not posted, though I was invited to submit something else, lol. The litter is terrible, it has spread dust all over my house and my cats are sneezing and congested, which is what I stated in the review. I guess honesty was not what they were looking for. It really makes me wonder how many other reviews get "moderated." Like I said, this was my third attempt to leave a review for this product. I've never had an issue leaving a positive review. Screw you, TSC.

Love this place! We love in an urbanized rural area and live feeding the wildlife.This store has all the foods for feeding birds,squirrels, possom etc,as well as clothing and mechanical supplies. We are always greeted upon arriving, and the staff is very friendly

I visit this location twice a month. Their staff was very helpful in giving me a lower price on an item that I had previously purchased even though it was outside of the normal 30 day window. In general I've felt the staff here is friendly and eager to help.

I checked the website to see if they have Shell Rotella T6 for curbside pickup. So I go to the store to walk in and get the product. They tell me that it's on a pallet in the back room, I say I'll wait for you to get it. There response "we are not going to get it off the pallet" well I'll go somewhere else and buy it!

Terrible! Last 5 times I've been into this particular store the staff is rude/nasty, a poor selection of work cloths, or just weird odd end sizes of jeans and shirts. I've been going to this store for the last couple of years with good experiences, but here these last couple of months a complete 360. I won't be back anytime soon, I will just simply drive to Loveland or Hamilton stores.

My favorite store but bad customer service had to wait forever to get something from very top to where we finally got salt blocks to stand on to get it. Other than that it's clean and a great place to get what ur looking for. We got a wash tub for our new kitchen sink

They have BIG signs everywhere "WE MATCH ANY PRICE PLUS 5% IF YOU FIND A LOWER PRICE" refused to match Rural Kings price on basic hardware . I'll never be back and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of it too !

It's pretty cool in there. Laid back. Don't have someone asking you if you need help every 5 minutes you're in there either. Plus the prices on dog food is pretty fair priced..

I must have walked around for almost an hour inside and outside of store before someone asked me if i needed help.. I looked like a lost dog ☺. No one even asked if i needed help or assistants. If you want a place where no one will bother you this is the spot.

I bought a Blackstone table top grill. I have spinal stenosis and it was probably 20 pounds to loft. The girl at the register acted like it was a problem to ask for help to lift in my car and announced it on loud speaker that "lady needs HELP lifting SMALL grill". In front of customers 😅Little did she know I have a major back problem and it was just very rude of her. However, the little girl that helped loft it to my car was very nice and when we got in parking lot there was a man that seen us trying to lift the heavy grill in car and right away ran up to help us with the so called SMALL grill.

Was getting my AC repaired at my house. Tractor Supply advertised they had small tanks of acetylene for exchange. Went up with the AC guy and exchanged his tank and got what we thought was a full one. Got back and found it was empty. The AC guy went back and took his torch kit with him and everyone of their tanks was empty . Wouldn't recommend getting any tanks of anything from them. Staff had no idea what tanks were full and which ones were empty. Was a total waste of my afternoon.

Purchased seed potatoes and a few seeds cashier was polite. Husband bought a tractor mower we are very happy with the service provided to us in ordering selecting and the pick up of the mower. Tractor supply will have more of our business.

Worst customer service than any Tractor Supply I go to. Manager Damion was very rude (after we realized he was the mgr we asked to speak to after waiting for half hour and avoiding us knowing why we were there) and he cost the store the sale of a 7’ tiller. The tiller was marked wrong (not our fault), we questioned the price, was told the price was not right and there was nothing they were going to do about it. Rural King got our business today and in the future as I will not be going back to this store
