Was able to make an appointment in a weeks time (and I think they do walks in as well)!! They did a great job on my girls summer cuts! And the staff is super sweet and listen/ask what kind of cut you want and the price is perfect!!! Highly recommend for your grooming needs!!

Staff member stole my wallet and ran in July 2023. Owner did not refund me, didn't offer a free cut and my dog had fleas after. The owner never offered anything to make amends for what her employee did. After that grooming, my dog bites and refuses to allow clippers near him. The groomer also didn't cut his hair as I preferred, but at that point, I was obviously done dealing with this place. It smells HORRIBLY of smoke and is dirty inside. Please reconsider taking your pet here.

I brought my dog in for the first and last time. Upon entering, there was a very strong smell of marijuana and air freshener. I was only asked for my last name, dogs name and my phone number. I guess no other information about him is needed or relevant.He was bathed, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Although the price is extremely reasonable, the lack of genuine interest or affection is lacking.My dog is a shelter rescue and has trust issues. The technician also refers to the dogs as angry. When I questioned this, I was told that most dogs hate baths. Since she’s the one who bathes them, they are all angry with her.Just an overall disappointing experience.He has been to other groomers, and he’s never acted traumatized after being there.Sadly, that was his behavior the entire day/night after being there.

I think Precious Pups does an excellent job on our Yorkie. They do the bath, style cut, clean stain eyes, clean the teeth, clean ears and file nails. The best of all they're reasonably priced.

I took my Bearded Collie, Rafferty there a few months ago and he came out looking handsome as ever. I never smelled any bad smells like one person said. The place was busy and the groomers are excellent. I plan to take both of Beardies, Whisper and Rafferty again next week. I am so pleased I found them. They have been in business a long while so they must be doing something right! These photos are not after a groom. I will post photos of their grooms next week. Thank you ladies! Sharon Hammond. I think they do wonderful job of grooming my dog. I don't worry a bit about leaving him there because I feel that he's in great hands and he comes home smelling wonderful. I plan on taking him there much more often!

took my dog to get groomed for the first time and he came home with what they called to be a “knick” but a whole chuck was taken out of his elbow. we will NOT be going back. the place smells like cigarettes and is disgusting!! my dog is 13 years old and i amDISGUSTED with this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!

I have used this business for 9 years . The staff is very competent. I feel my little"Precious Pup" is in great hands. They usually have different breeds of loveable puppies for sale that need a good home. My dog, Andy, agrees with me. He is always excited when we get there .Let your dog be as beautiful as he should be and have peace of mind knowing the owner and her staff love animals as much as we do.

Been going here for years, they're the only place I've found that will do nails only on a walk in basis....love all the girls there....they get on the floor with my timid 120lb lab and gently talk to him while trimming his little feet.....had 2 chihuahuas nails done here too before both passed away.... big or small doggies...... they are the kindest ladies ever

My Cat happened to jump up on the Table and got some Wax all over her back legs on her Fur. The Ladys helped me out today with getting the Wax off and was very helpful on tips for the rest. We will be back to get our other cats Groomed and nails and ears cleaned! Thank you

By far the best groomers around. Everyone complaining about the cleanliness has obviously never been to a groomer before. It's not dirty. They are busy and still do an amazing job. Best prices around too! Very friendly as well.

My cat looks and smells nice and clean, however, his claws were cut poorly, and are now torn up. I had asked them to cut a certain duclaw and they had not, but after seeing his other claws, I'm thankful they missed it.
