This is a review of grooming only, and unfortunately I have the name of only one groomer. The groomers here that I had interaction with today, are extremely unprofessional and small minded. The finished groom was fine, but the groomer, Noey, had the audacity to complain about my sweet tempered 6lb dog who has NEVER received a complaint. I had to pay up front at checkout (not in the grooming area) therefore I could not just add the tip on, so I explained I would bring the cash tip back. The three groomers that were there were bad mouthing me because they thought I was not going to return with Noey's tip (yes small minded girls, I heard you). Then, when I tipped Noey a $10 for a 6lb dog (my point here, she was not poorly tipped) she did not thank me. No class. Sometimes you just have to shake your head and walk away. 🤷‍♀️

Went to buy a goldfish with my daughter. Was told I could not buy the ONE goldfish because I did not have a 30 plus gallon tank. She told me this while I'm looking at 50 goldfish swimming around in their tank. My 10 gallon tank is more than enough for ONE goldfish to live comfortably. It must not matter that people buy goldfish to feed to other fish. Do better PetSmart. My daughter seriously wondered what was wrong with your employee.

Every time I go to the PetSmart on Princeton Road in Hamilton, OH I am greeted and taken care of by a wonderful person names Sierra. She is so kind, helpful, understanding and professional. Arrived at my dog's scheduled appointment 9/12 for grooming and after arrival they decided to cancel my appointment & proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't have another one for two weeks. I booked a bath & brush but, because my dog had all of 2 hair knots on his legs they said they could not take him a bath like that. So i said i would be more than happy to pay for a cut as well, but the employee who was doing this service simply did not have time, and i mean 5 MINUTES. Instead of taking 5 minutes to do 2 snips (i had recently cut all my dogs hair off) she thought the better option would be to wait 2 weeks. NO remorse and horrible customer service.

Thought being a large company as they are, that I could find a special harness for dogs with IVDD spinal disease. They only carry regular harnesses. Very Disappointed in limited harness selection. Therefore I purchased IVDD harness from another company. Was even more disappointed that I could not locate an associate to assist me during my 25 min. in store. So walked out.

Andrea and her entire team are all amazing people. This is by far the best PetSmart I’ve ever been to. They are so organized and quick to assist. Anytime I go in they are always hard at work. Andrea isn’t only a great store manager, she truly is a great leader and I can tell her staff respect and look up to her. Anytime I have questions about a product or my pets are sick or have an issue they seem to know so much and always directed me in the right direction. I can’t remember all the names, but Dylan, Jessica, Kelli, and the entire staff are highly knowledgeable and know their stuff. Thank you all so much for always being great.

Love this location, ever since I moved to this area, this location is the reason I started shopping at PetSmart. Before I never really shopped at PetSmart and now I am there all the time because the staff are so helpful and nice! They have great prices! And every now and then they have great sales! Shout out to Andrea and her staff they know a lot about the products they carry, very knowledgeable! I believe she’s the store manager, but honestly you walk in and she’s hard at work with her team and you see a store leader. Thank you all! I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name, but Dylan, Jessica, Kelli, ugh and like 4 others are always awesome and helpful. I see how they are with other customers and just quick to help and get things done! PetSmart give these guys a promo or paid vacation!

I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 and have never been to this location. Their address takes you to the center of the road because it’s in a shopping center. I drove an hour after scheduling this appointment online. It took me roughly 10 minutes to find because like I said maps takes you to the center of the main road and it’s in a shopping center. After arriving 10 minutes behind schedule and driving an hour I was told they could not groom my dog because I was late. I scheduled the appointment with Darcy. Horrible customer service and do not recommend this location to anyone. I will not be back. Mind you I scheduled a $90 appointment. You would think a company would want your business when you spend almost $100 before walking in the door.

Very clean, I wish the betta's were cared for better. The reptiles also need more care. The Budgies need a ton of toys, and there's only a few. Make sure that the animals are healthy, happy, and safe.

We rented a shampooer yesterday, and the manager, Andrea, made the whole process unpleasant. We walked up to a friendly employee running the register, said we wanted to rent it, and she asked Andrea what to do. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and condescending to the friendly employee about the process. She talked at us not to us, and seems to genuinely dislike her job, employees, and customers. The other employees we interacted with were very pleasant and nice. We weren’t instructed to bring our receipt/paperwork back with the shampooer, but have a rewards account, and when we returned the machine Andrea very obviously was displeased with the fact that she had to manually check the binder for the store copy of the rental paperwork. She made several comments about us not having our receipt or paperwork, even though she easily found it in their binder within 60 seconds. Overall, we felt very unwelcome and don’t want to return because of our interactions with Andrea.

I had to go here to get my dog some medicine. I was impressed with the selection, and they had what I needed . I would say they are on the higher price range compared to other places but have stuff no other place sells.

Pretty cool place... I really love how they got the animals in this place to look at the girls had fun. Of course they wanted every animal Haha. Anyways I think how much they have the cats for is little crazy but yes!

This place always has a problem when purchasing our pups prescription dog food. My doctors script is not good enough and when I get one of thier cards the printer isn't good enough. Customer service has been lost at all the petsmart locations in the tri state area and like all corporations this review will not change anything.

Went to petsmart for African frogs 🐸 for my daughter's fish tank. They were all sold out. Bought her more fish 🐟 instead. The young gentleman that helped us was very patient and kind. Very good customer care ❤

Groomers were great except that I couldn't pay without going back to the checkout and wait again. But the manager was rude and dismissive when I "bothered" her to ask where to find the carpet cleaner that the app said they had. She insisted that they only were rented and refused to look up the item, as did the checker. Eventually she still rudely checked and found the item. It seems they only go by memory of what they have personality have sold since everyone refused to simply check the computer for the item. I will try to avoid this store in the future.

The store is always clean and the staff friendly. I haven't had any real issues with this location. My only complaint are the prices. They're higher than you'd pay from other retailers. I get my pet groomed at this location and they always do a wonderful job. They don't carry my pet food in store and I have to buy it from their website.

Being a first time reptile owner, one of the sales associates were super nice, friendly, and helpful in answering all of my questions. However, I did not get that same respect from one of the cashiers. When I payed with Apple Pay and had a bit of trouble, the older lady seemed to have an attitude with me for some reason, and I even apologize for the trouble I caused while she rolled her eyes and walked away. Most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen, and this is coming from someone who grew up coming to this PetSmart and will not be returning back.

I was really happy with my experience! One of the young ladies was able to help me find some CBD and HEMP medicine for my dogs, one of whom is older and struggles with her hips and knees and the other who needs some calming medicine. They both work great and my older dog is doing SO WELL!! THANK YOU PETSMART!

My 8 year old son called with a list of questions to ask about hamsters because he wants one. The lady on the phone immediately got an attitude with my son, A child. She put him on hold then came back to the phone and rudely answered his first question. Then she hung up on him without asking him if he had any other questions or needed any other help. Pet supplied plus did the opposite. Was very polite to him on the phone and very helpful to make it a positive experience for an 8 year old learning how to communicate over the phone with people.

Very clean friendly and knowledgeable. I have a full blooded Saint Bernard and they were very willing to accommodate the space we needed for her to be comfortable especially with not being a big fan of people coming close to me as for she doesn't like the whole face mask situation we are all in
