I love the dog wash!! Super convenient and it's only $10 to wash your dog yourself. They provide shampoo and towels and there is a dryer too! We go here often!! 🐶❤

Everything was pretty $$$ but they have always been very helpful & friendly sorry to see them go but it's nice to know there is another pet store moving in in their place. I love the idea of doggie wash. Never got to use it though. Hopefully this new company will keep them & I will be able to try it out.

I really appreciate having a pet store in Hamilton so close to me and you can find deals and sales regularly which is huge! What I really live is the do it yourself dog baths stations. I have a large dog that my tub is just not as good as those stations and for 10$ with soap and towels... perfect! 👍🏼

The customer service and cleanliness are great, but I have never been so disappointed and upset about how my standard poodle was groomed and the price was outrageous. My poor boy was traumatized and had diarrhea the entire next day. Never again!

Really great place for any animal good and supplies with friendly, knowledgeable staff! Went here for self dog wash of my 3 dogs! You supply the dog and yourself...they supply various special shampoos, towels, rubber aprons, gated wash tiled tubs, extension hose faucets, tethered leash, water, towels, and dryer! Even some dog treats!..Makes it fun and simple and VERY COST EFFECTIVE ! Even when I had to do it on all three dogs!

Neber had an issue here. Always greeted when entering, have what I'm looking for 66% of the time and the staff are nice and polite. I buy crickets for my leopard geckos and 34% of the time they are out. Its not their fault since they sell quickly and the supply companies somtimes just dont send product.Also, prices are higher than what I think they should be. I feel like I can find better deals at meijer or walmart but I like the convenient location so I deal with it.

Like the primal dog food they carry. My dog does great on it, happy, no stomach upsets, or skin issues. Pet Valu runs good sales and their employees are very helpful.

Little pricey, but the staff is great (store). Stephanie, the groomer is fantastic!!! She actually cares about your dog and she does an excellent job.

Pet Valu has been bought out by another Pet store company and selling off as much inventory as possible (lately 70% discounts as of Dec 23, 2020). Employee told me they close the 29th of December as of now information she has been informed. We bought pet treats at half off weeks ago and then at 60% and then 70% off our last visit. We purchased pet bowls, puppy booties, and sweaters for our maltese. Things are much more limited now and that's to be expected but they still have things you can use. Enjoy.

They have a do it yourself pet wash station. 10:00 and they supply everything except a brush. That's a good deal, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of food selections and everything else you need,ck them out.

Tried to go in a buy a collar, but get this, theres only 2 people allowed in the store so when I go in I'm asked to leave, so because there are 2 employees in the store I'm not allowed in, even after I was asked to come inside. So I was told we have to stay in the tape area, which I was and so I said okay I am, then they tell me theres only 2 people allowed in the store, this includes customers which was what I asked next and they said yes, so I wasnt able to get a cone for my cats, thank you very much for being unprofessional.

Nope! We took our two standard poodles there and talk about a botched job on a trim! My poor girl got cut on her underarm and the job was terrible and not even finished. The other one didn’t get trimmed at all. Both of my girls know how bad they look and now I have to take them someplace to finish this horrible job.

Cute store with great dog accesories but the lady working instantly started following us as soon as we walked in. She watched us til we caught her, it was extremely creepy!
