Love that they have cats for adoption from the shelter. I went for fish supplies and there were a lot of options. Animals seem well taken care of. The employees were nice. You can have your dog groomed there, there was a dog being washed while I was shopping and the worker did a great job, the dog looked content. My first time visiting and I really enjoyed this pet store. It’s not as large as the big chain pet stores. I liked the smaller cozy atmosphere.

Ok, so I had to bring my dogs there for a bath because my shower is currently unusable for this purpose due to remodeling. It is so gross and I couldn't get any help or guidance because all the employees were hiding somewhere. There is a ton of water and hair by the window, which is not even inside the washing area and so gross. The water does not maintain temperature. We spent more time trying to make it hotter then colder then hotter again because it changed every minute or so. The shampoo I wanted to use was broken and wouldn't come out. Then, whenever you turn on the dryers, giant chunks of hair start flying into your face from the top of the washing station, clearly indicating that cleaning up is not important to this store. And for this, I paid $20 for my own labor. Not gonna happen again.

Denise greeted me when I walked through the door and instead of pointing me in the right direction she walked me to the products I needed and took them down to show me. As it turns out I actually had to return the product to her as it didn’t quite fit the needs of my puppy. She was on point both visits. Nonetheless, I do have a new puppy and will be back! Great customer service Denise! Thank you!

Met two amazing people this new years while I was in town, I don’t have a pet supplies in my home city so while visiting and seeing this place I decided to check it out . I didn’t catch their names but the two black people that were running the store the day of new years were AMAZING . Super friendly and upbeat answered every question I had with a smile . Really madeMe feel at home with how attentive they were and bless their heart !! Working on New Year’s Day I hope they have a good year . Will be returning every time im in state

Cool place- employees were helpful and nice until the multiple experiences I had with the "assistant manager". Nobody can make this a race or prejudice thing as people always try to ( I dare you) but this young man should NOT EVER deal with people. First was extremely inappropriate and rude to a new girl in training right in front of everyone. (teenager with me was like "I wanted to work here until now- never will I with that guy"), then I came in a few days later with questions about sales and some fish. He very loudly said "MA'AM IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO BUY THE FISH"...... I didn't even hear the rest. Nice, options, get food stamps- don't know- but it didn't matter. RUDE delivery. Then I called today to talk to an actual Manager and this same kid answered the phone. UGH. I asked for the Manager and he rudely said "I am the assistant manager" I said I wanted the manager and he even nastier said "I AM THE ASSISTANT MANAGER" I said "you are the one I'm complaining about so give me someone above you" and he put a "manager" on the phone. She was ok, not rude, but didn't seem to interested in my concern. I have 4 cats, 2 dogs and 2 fish tanks. LOST A CUSTOMER and all of her friends/neighbors today. As long as he is there- I will NOT shop there.

Love the store. My main problem was with the groomer who almost cut off my dogs dew claw and didn't say anything. I found out because she couldn't stop the bleeding as she bled all over the store a blanket in my car and our home. We had to keep her in the kitchen and make up some cornstarch to a paste and have it on there a while to get it to stop and was charged more than I was told, which I don't think I should have been charged at all . Now I can't bring her or my other dog there. But do come there for other things. Like the store not confident in the new groomer.

I love this place! They are so friendly and helpful. One of the girls there is a real sweet heart! One of the bearded dragons was out of water and standing at its water bowl waiting for water. We told her about it and she stopped what she was doing to care for it. She filled up the water bowl immediately. I wish I caught her name. When I go back I will get her name and do an update. Buy besides her, all the staff was amazing! We go there to get crickets for our gecko. Definitely check them out!

I took my 3 dogs there to be groomed I told the girls Exactly what I wanted, I only wanted their behinds trimmed & their pads because it's winter. I was so mad, they trimmed them like it was summer out. 2 out of 3 dogs ended up getting Bronchitis and cost me over $250 to get them well!!! Are they going to Reimburse me now? UGH

the employee's were very pleasant and offered help finding anything we needed. the manager was there and there wasnt any of the big bags of pro plan dog food we needed and he said let me go check truck that just came in. he came back with the bag we needed. now thats great customer service.and sign up for the emails for great deals

Easy to get in and out of the store. We found the Vital Freshpet dog food which has been out of stock every place we've checked. The store was clean and the team members were very nice and helpful. There is a large variety of items in this store at a reasonable price so it's worth giving them a look!

We had our dog bathed and deshedded a couple weeks ago. Gracie loved her spa day with Emma, the groomer! Here she is doing a little advertising at Home Depot afterwards 🐾

Kayla (Hamilton store) did a wonderful job grooming my Lucy. Very polite and professional. Would have given 5 stars, but a bit pricey. Okay. Just check the website for price of a full groom and it has increased from $48 to $53. What is up with that? How does the price match policy work?

Super friendly! I was worried about prices considering it's a smaller, higher quality type pet store but it's pretty reasonable in terms of cost. If my dog ever needs a bath I love their bathing area -$10 and you have a good space to use, soap and conditioner, and a blow dryer.

Always get thr dirty dog card for our dogs. Love how easy it is to bath and dry the pups. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. It feels more personable than going to Pets Supplies

I had an excellent experience at Pet Supplies Plus, when purchasing a male Koi-Betta fish and an Amazon Sword for my fish tank. Sadie, the team member assisting me, was very courteous and well informed; her attentiveness compels me to come back to and support the establishment. The only unfavorable memory from this event, was when I was informed that they did not carry aquarium substrate. I find this unfortunate because it's preferred for aquatic plants; which they do sell. Due to my lack of expertise and knowledge, I cannot speak on behalf of their grooming or their aquatic commodities, but I can endorse their astonishing customer service.

Awesome staff! Very knowledgeable about various breeds and what is best for them - best food, training, treats, the correct collars and leashes, and how to properly use all. They are nice and very attentive. They really listened to our needs and concerns regarding our puppies! Thank you! We will be patronizing this store and online OFTEN!!! Great place!

The staff is very helpful. The shoppers card is actually useful and you get nice coupons in the mail and the emails come in at a decent pace. If they don't have a preferred product in stock they are quick to offer a comparable substitute. They tell you about any sorts of product rewards by any brands that might be current. They host cats and kittens for adoption. Store is always clean. They have even called me before when an item has come in that I was looking for. They always offer to help in anyway they can!

The store has a huge variety of pet care items. The prices are outrageous for the products they offer. The staff is friendly and helpful. One puppy sweater cost 20 plus dollars which is outrageous. I bought three grooming items for my dog and it cost me $70! PetSmart is worth the drive

I love this store! I have 3 dogs, 2 of which have allergies. This store always has food they are able to eat and love. Today the manager helped us pick a new food and gave us details regarding the product and company. She was incredibly helpful. We will always shop here!

No wonder this store is always empty. There were 3 employees working and 1 other customer in the store. I asked for some help but the girl with the long hair and glasses was too busy dancing. She was kind enough to tell another employee who was already busy with the other customer that I needed help. Hope the dancing was worth the $50 I was going to spend.

I really enjoy shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. They are a full-service store offering dog washing stations and groomers. They also have a variety of small animals for sale. My (2) dogs and (1) cat are very finicky eaters, and they carry many brands not available in grocery stores. They also stock a wide variety of toys, clothes and every other product our pets may need. While some associates are more knowledgeable than others, there is usually one team member available to answer questions. I didn't give five stars because many times products I need are sold out or low in stock. I enjoy the friendly associates who always say hello when a customer comes in and the overall atmosphere in the store.

I can’t say enough good things. The owner saw me clearly struggling over what food to get. She took the time to make some really educated recommendations based on her own dogs allergies. She then made sure I got a shampoo that would also help the issue I’m having. Just absolutely wonderful service. I’m a lifelong customer.

Super friendly and helpful staff. It was my first visit and I left knowing more about the store than when I came in (ie dog wash option and on site grooming). I was even directed to the samples as I almost missed them. I brought my puppy in with me...she was welcome... and nobody batted an eye when she literally dove into the toys. Of course we left with some and we will definitely be back.
