Some of the worst employees ever. I was accused of not scanning an item when it was the first item I scanned. Mind you, I have a coupon loaded to use of 10$ off.I ask the rude worker to redo everything so I can rescan everything....what did she do, finalized my transaction. I specifically asked her to let me rescan everything. I can't get that coupon back now. I told her, she didn't have to be so rude, she replied I should have scanned all my items, which I did. Best worker they have works at customer service.Horrible Horrible Horrible trip.Last time I was there I informed them that the Great People of Hamilton were stealing their trading cards and sports cards. They could have cared less!! UnbelievableGet a better class of employees

What a great experience I had today. Not sure why, but it has literally been YEARS since I shopped at Meijer, but after today Meijer will be my grocery go-to in Hamilton!! If I never set foot in the other huge conglomerate again that we have numerous locations of locally, I will be VERY happy!!! Compared to the first grocery store I tried to spend money at today, Meijer was very clean, well stocked, and everyone was VERY friendly. Granted, they also only had one or two "real" registers open, but the gentleman working the self check out area was by far the most friendly and helpful person. A huge bonus was every single item rang up exactly as the shelf price stated. I didn't have to, but I highly suspect that if I had discovered a discrepancy in prices and asked the man working the area, he would not have simply told me it must be correct if it rang that price!! Meijer, based on my experience today is far and away a much better company to work for then their national competition here in Hamilton! You sense the difference walking in the door!!! I am very pleased to have a new to me go-to grocery store, especially one I don't feel as a customer is trying to take advantage of me through store card, then digital coupon, then incorrect prices on shelf tags..... Thanks for a great experience Meijer West Hamilton OH!!!

Love the deli/produce area. Lots of selections. The Frederick name brand deli meats are great tasting at usually a less price then the name brands. Also love the pre-made salad selection they have. Plus I like how you can do all your shopping at one place. And the stores always feel clean and bright.

Haven't been here in many years... Long before the pandemic. Pleasantly surprised by the variety of departments and products. Massive board/card game section. Huge store with lots of fancy stuff and great floral/plant dept. with lots of gorgeous plants at a reasonable, even cheap, price. Gorgeous cakes. Their donuts are OUTSTANDING. I will be back, for sure.

The new remodel looks nice. Our kids love these little hard hats they have right now and they love Sandy the horse for 1¢! Meijer has adorable baby outfits and Easter dresses right now. They did away with their fish for a while, which I was happy about because their tanks looked awful. But since the new remodel the tanks look nice and the fish look a lot better! I appreciate that they have grass fed beef and pasture raised chicken. As well as Violife cheese. It’s my favorite dairy free cheese brand.

Don't go shopping late at night. Most of the produce was gone and looked kind of sad. They also move things around quite a lot, which is disorienting to me as I've been going to that location for more than ten years. They have been reducing what they carry lately, for example the dvd section is a very small half-aisle now, and the electronics section in general is smaller and sadder than before and not clearly labeled. Used to be better.

The service is fantastic. I love the staff here. There's a great variety in quality products and produce. I really like shopping here. We're Australian so I'm truly blown away by the experience overall. Wish we had this particular store back home. The people are very friendly as are the customers.

Found the absolute best product for some sore muscles while we were shopping tonight! Also found the best gummie bears! I like this Meijer location It stays open until midnight and they have a large selection of various items.. The store is easy to navigate and to locate items the employees are kind and helpful.. the store and parking lot are often clean.

guy at fast check out was rude, clearly didn’t know what he was doing because he was scanning the wrong bar code and when it didn’t work he told us to go to the regular self check out. also just walked away when the receipt paper was out and we had to go to a new scanner.

The store is great, particularly the pharmacy. I moved every single prescription I had from Walgreens to Meijer yesterday. I can not begin to say how much better they are now.

While getting a case of Ice Mountain water, the display collapsed. One case landed on my foot, breaking my toe and tripping me. I fell into my basket and other cases of water. I declined any assistance from one of the employees, not realizing the nature of my injuries (hand, foot, and knee). I didn't want medical care nor do I seek compensation.

I'm leaving a review because they did not even make my grandson's birthday cake. I ordered it 3 days in advance. I even talked to them the day before and there was no mention of it being cancelled. They call the day of to say it hasn't been made and they had no cake decorator. I just want to let you know that you broke my grandson's heart he picked out his dinosaur cake and was looking forward to picking it up today. Very disrespectful🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is the Meijer in Hamilton Ohio. Here I am again yet not even 2 months ago I ordered another cake trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and was disappointed again. Went in the store yesterday to pick up my granddaughter's 8th birthday cake I specifically told them no chocolate vanilla only They do half and half They didn't even write happy birthday like I asked. I do appreciate the guy that was working in the bakery because he only charged me a dollar for the cake but once we got it home the cake wasn't even edible because it was so so stale. I have complained twice to the managing department at Meijer so hopefully they will hold the people in the bakery accountable for this. I will never order from the bakery again this is the third strike 😡😡😡

It was great, We got many things from there, The only real problem that i had was that we picked up some slippers and they had no price tag so i had to get one, thats all. We got a fuzzy pink blanket, Blue memory foam slippers and two book bags.
