The first picture is the inpso that I sent them how I want my dog to be groomed. The second picture is how my dog turned out and the third one is his original appearance. Honestly, the result looks terrible. I wasn't happy at all with the result. If you cannot do the job, please tell us that you can't do it. His hair was not even trimmed evenly, some parta are longer than others and it literally doesn't look anything like the picture. They trimmed his hair way too short. I would never come back here!!! Terrible service!!!

I love this place! My mom and I have been bringing our dogs here for the last year or two and they always do an amazing job! I will say they are strict on their drop off times and picking up. But they always give at least a 20 minute heads up before the pet is done. But the staff is always nice and caring to the animals and you will leave with a nice fresh floofy pet!

Newer customer. Our Lab Mix loves this place. The ladies are all very friendly and are all dog lovers, you can just see it with each 1 that comes in. If you haven't been here, call them for an apptmt. I'm glad we did!

Love the girls up there! Bryanna did my Ellie girl and she looks fabulous! They handled her nervousness with no problem and Ellie was happy and at ease when I picked her up. Definitely will be back!

Ben Fur is amazing and truly cares about your pet! Our husky was very nervous and scared since it was her first appointment at a groomer. They took fabulous care of her and gave breaks in between her bath and style. Can’t say enough good things about our first appointment, we will be back!

The groomers are okay. They're very nice. The scissors cuts are choppy and uneven cuts. The price always changes at every visit.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Amy was our groomer for our Zeus’ first spa day. It was important to us that our baby felt safe. He was handled with so much care and was so happy to be there. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. You have a customer for life. Zeus can’t wait for his next spa day! Thank you Amy! Only place I trust to groom/trim both of my dog's nails. All of the groomers are lovely and do a great job. I recently moved but I will drive the 30 minutes just to take my dogs to them!

Ben Fur. They absolutely kill it every single time. The owners are a delight. It's a family owned business (not related to the other Ben Fur) and they are outstanding!I have been to soooo many other groomers, mobile, in-store, friends. And Laynee is the only one who does right by my boy. She handpicked her staff, and I know she trusts them all to do an impeccable job.Laynee is the one though. She is a master. And if you aren't satisfied, just talk to her, she is always willing to help you get what you need, but will never put your pup in harms way to do it. If my boy gets too stressed, they take a break, or if there's a problem, she won't continue. And, she's always honest about how he was (he's a huge baby!)Take your dog here, you won't regret it.

My sweet lab puppy has been such a handful when it comes to her nails, I've taken her other places and they couldn't handle her, they make her bleed or she comes home with uneven nails, she's not aggressive just scared...we stopped in at Ben Fur and the ladies were SO unbelievably wonderful with her...her nails are PERFECT!! I couldn't be happier!! At one point I heard the lady say "it's ok Emma, I'll never hurt you and we can always be friends" and somehow Emma calmed right down...this place couldn't be better!!

My Cooper was previously with another family and they abused him. Now that he’s my baby I’m very nervous about where I take him to get groomed. Petsmart would yank cooper around and that upset me so I had trouble finding a groomer. Ben Fur in Millville was the perfect place for cooper! Not once did he feel scared or nervous. Their professional made him feel very comfortable. Usually cooper is ready to leave immediately when we leave groomers but at Ben Fur it was like he was ready to stay and play for a while!!!I HIGHLY recommend Ben Fur, it’s a non stressful environment (ceilings aren’t too high and the lighting is perfect, very comfortable.)

I take my dog in for nail trimming. I love that I can see her while she is getting it done. She is much calmer and more relaxed than when I used to go to Petsmart. The Saturday hours are very convenient for me and I always get fast service.

Best in Show is very affordable but more importantly to me, they take great care of my girl. They are compassionate and loving with Holly, a standard poodle, and in addition, she looks beautiful when they've finished. You can easily tell that they are passionate about their work and love of dogs.

Never again will we be taking our dog here. This is the 2nd time we have gotten her back and not happy at all. First time I asked for her to be cut a certain way and ended up with a pup with WAY too short of hair. Let it go. This time we got her home and her ears are uneven and there is a HUGE bald spot behind one of her ears that we were not informed of. This is ridiculous and we will never be back to this establishment, or any with this name ever again.

The people and atmoshphere here are great. Just a minute or two after walking in I really noticed how much the groomers care for the pets and enjoy their work. My dog always looks adorable and they make a point to make sure I get exactly what I want.
