Mickie and her team are always so gracious and patient, ready to work hard to make sure my precious pup feels safe and gets the time and space he needs to feel safe while going through the grooming process. (He hates getting groomed). I can not praise them enough. We have been with them for over a decade.

This is the worst my dog has EVER looked after being groomed. If you can’t tell from the pic he is a mini golden doodle who now looks like a rat. They completely shaved him, even his tail. He is very choppy all over and his ears are chopped off and uneven. Looks like something my 3 year old could have done. I’ve never seen anything this bad! I’ve been here twice. I didn’t like my first visit because they did a puppy visit and pretty much did nothing. So I went elsewhere for awhile. I recently moved closer to this groomer so I thought I’d try them again and this is what I got. Needless to say I will not be returning. And before anyone goes and says it’s because he was knotted, he was not. I bathed him 3 days prior and brushed him out so that was not the issue. Just trying to save someone from possibly having a similar experience.

Has a lobby selling Christian signs, lotions, some antiques, pretty tea cups & saucers, cookies for doggies, dog clothing, like rain coats and jackets & several other dog items either for them to wear, or shampoos for them with different scents, Plus much more that I could not even take it all in. Owner is very friendly woman, does a super job is so lovable with your pooch, takes cash checks and credit cards but prefers cash if you have it. My puppy looks great!!! Professional job done well for a reasonable price and could not be friendlier. My puppy even went to the bathroom on their door mat and they said oh that's okay we could get that for you & added that it does not matter to them. Just so friendly this is what people are put on Earth to do is help people by being good business owners who give good service for the money

So friendly and the dog loves her so much. Always can get our dog in for emergency when she rolls in bad stuff really easily. More than reason price and so many lovely crafts and antiques in store to treat myself to! We will Never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love our groomer. She really works to meet the needs of families caring for their dogs. My dog is so well-mannered during bathtime at home now because of the time taken to teach her positive behavior while at the groomer. I highly recommend Ben Fur in Shandon!

Ben Fur is amazing!!! They work with you on scheduling and making sure your puppy is comfortable and not scared as they are adjusting to visiting a groomer! I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences here!
