This business takes zero accountability! I had them come twice. When you spend $125 out the door, you should be able to call if you have questions or concerns!The first time, I was very happy with everything. My senior dog is my ESA. Buster has separation anxiety, and even tho he only has one tooth, he will snap at people he doesn't know. I was able to get in the van with the groomer to comfort him. Buster had a seizer when the dryer came on. It was scary but he did get calmed down and was still doing great. He got a bowtie and looked nice. $105 and a $20 tip is a lot of money for some of us. However, the second appointment was not great. Uneven cut, face not done right, paws very choppy. Also, Buster was handed back to me soaking wet in a wet towel. No bowtie. He was rushed through.I tried reaching out to Roger, the owner. He was so very rude to me, and talked to me like a child! He told me that he has 50 dogs on a waiting list, and didn't need my business! Then the groomer, Lisa, called. She actually called me in the middle of one of her appointments grooming. She was very defensive and very rude. I could hardly hear her as she was still using the nail grinders! She said, What are you trying to accomplish by calling, a refund? I told her I wasn't seeking a refund, I simply wanted to have a conversation! Both Roger and Lisa kept interrupting me. Neither one was open enough to ask questions.They are not perfect, none of us are. They sure do NOT take ANY accountability for ANYTHING! I didn't want Buster to suffer from not being groomed, so I was trying to figure out what to do moving forward.After some thought and research, I found a great groomer, Zoomies, that was very accommodating and extremely happy to have my business. Shame on you, Roger and Lisa, for treating me so badly!!! The conversations were more upsetting than the actual second grooming. You should NEVER speak to ANYONE the way you spoke to me! I understand being "direct" but a customer should always feel like they can call and have a conversation about their service or concerns without taking a verbal lashing!!

From the secretary that took my call & booked my appointment to the spectacular grooming mobile & Groomer. Five star service. I love these people and their business! My two Yorkies were so happy when I retrieved them, they were not stressed out or traumatized at all! These people are professionals & I’m so grateful for the work they did for me. Great customer service that is willing to work with your schedule when possible. Professional and friendly groomers that take their time with your pet and meet my expectations. I have been using Its a Dog World mobile grooming for my elderly goldendoodle for about a year. Always on time and text you ahead of time if running late or to say they are on the way. Teddy always feels at ease with the groomers and willingly is led to the van to be groomer. He is not stressed when they are finished. I love the service and so does Teddy. Highly recommend Its a Dog World Mobile Grooming!!

After my previous mobile dog groomer cancelled the day of our scheduled appt for the second time, I started calling around to find another. Roger called me back immediately and was able to squeeze me in the next day with Lisa. Lisa arrived on time and communicated through text. She was efficient and gave my little Ida a wonderful grooming! Lisa was also very friendly. We will plan to stick with It's a Dog's World. Wonderful customer service and Ida looks fantastic!

This is without a doubt the BEST dog grooming service in Columbus. We have had dogs for decades and have used many different grooming options. It's a Dog's World Mobile Grooming is efficient and caring in every regard, from appt. management to ease of use, this business does it absolutely right. The people involved take care to make sure that you (and your doggie) are happy and well taken care of. We have never had an experience that wasn't excellent. I Love dogs World mobile grooming!!! The girl that does my doggy is really great. She cuts him just the way I Like. She’s very gentle with my little Maltese. I was in Ohio visiting family with my husband and we had our dogs with us. We had been there for a few weeks and decided to have our dogs groomed. I called It’s a Dog’s World Mobile Grooming and the owner answered the phone promptly. He was courteous and very professional. We booked our fur babies with him and he got our fur babies in with him as soon as he had an opening. They were pretty well booked up but we were able to have the fur babies groomed in an acceptable amount of time. The groomer was amazing and very gentle with our 50 lb Labradoodle puppy, Aida, who is slightly hyper, and our 30 lb Terrier, Mr. Milo. The groomer drove right up the drive way and came to the door to get each dog. They were wonderful!! I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. It’s a Dog’s World Mobile Grooming was top notch! I wish we had such professionalism in the state I reside in! Great Job! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone! We thank you and Aida and Mr. Milo thank you for such a great experience!

Erica was awesome with our two dogs. One is a little anxious but he loved her. In setting up the appointment, everyone was very transparent about pricing, timing, etc. Overall, very good value and very convenient. She spent a lot of time with them and we got our money’s worth.

Five star service from start to finish! I completed the on line registration and received a phone call within an hour. We had been using the same groomer for 13 years and was concerned about adding a new person. The friendliness and professionalism of the groomer had a huge impact with us and our pet.This was the first time using It's a Dog's World and the beginning of a long term relationship. I set up an appointment for my puppy precious. At first I was hesitant about using a mobile groomer because of horror stories I heard about them. I gave this groomer a chance though. They are extremely reliable and they took really good care of my baby. It's well worth the money and trust me, I wont be going anywhere else to get my Prcious Girl groomed. The lady was extremely friendly and very communicative as well. She did ask alot of details about what I wanted and did an excellent job.

They did a wonderful job grooming our very hairy dog and doing exactly everything we had asked them to do. She looked amazing and smelled wonderful too long after they were done. I have a senior mini poodle and he has never looked better! I absolutely LOVED Erica she listened to my concerns about my dogs skin issues - allergies with hair loss - and took all that into consideration she used a certain shampoo that didn’t irritate his skin at all! She got his hair all evened out and just made him look amazing. His fur was so soft and just poofy I was honestly in shock and awe of how great he looked! In the past with other groomers we always left unsatisfied he would be constantly itching and running around as if in distress. It hasn’t happened with this company! He had the perfect cut even around his face where I’ve noticed other companies seem to struggle with that! He was so happy with his experience he even did a happy run back into the house - he has heart failure so for him to even do that was so uplifting and reassuring that ITs a dog world cares and takes care of the dogs while grooming them! This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and I’ve been extremely happy both times. The first time my dog had matted hair and they handled that with ease and he looked amazing after that experience as well. The 2nd time with Erica was just an amazing experience! I will def be requesting Erica every time. I will never go to another groomer and would 1000000% recommend this company to anyone needed a groomer.

I definitely recommend It's a Dog's World Mobile Grooming. Our cocker, Molly, looks so good after Lisa grooms her. Also, Molly is excited to see Lisa and is not stressed. Molly smells wonderful and I love the little bows on her ears! Having a mobile groomer is very convenient.

My Australian Terrier is 17 years old & I always bathed her. It got to the point where I could not bath her. I contacted "It's a Dog's World". I worried about how my little girl would react to a stranger taking her from her house to bathing her. 1st time she did great & the groomer did perfect. The 2nd time she was groomed Bullet was ready to get her bath. I'm extremely happy with the service I'm getting & so is Bullet. Bullet feels better, smells better. 🙂

Before scheduling an appointment, I explained to them that my dog was anxious, uncooperative and extremely matted due to his fear of haircuts. Though I explained all of this, they were still willing to take a deposit. Upon arrival she looked at his hair and was still willing to begin, 5 minutes later I get a call saying he’s too aggressive and too matted, “we are gonna have to take a pass on him” is what they told me. They gave him back to me with half his hair cut off looking even worse. They said he would need to go to a veterinarian groomer to be put to sleep and have his hair surgically removed. I took him to another groomer four days later who needed no sedation, did an amazing job and told me he wasn’t as bad as previous groomers portrayed him to be. If you have an anxious pet who’s afraid of haircuts, don’t bring them here.

My dogs just had their hair and nails cut by these people. Only to have them cut my puppy’s nail way too short and not say anything. So my puppy got blood all over my carpet (it’s white) and by the time I noticed they already took off with a $30 tip.(not to mention service was $200 for 2 dogs) Seriously won’t be doing business with this company ever again, and I strongly recommend choosing another grooming company.
