I am beyond pleased with Dog-Gon Gorgeous and their grooming services. Today I took my dog Sadie to be groomed by them. She has anxiety and tends to struggle at times with new people. The groomers were very understanding, they handled her with care, gave her breaks as she needed them, and made her look better then she ever has! We will be back! Thank you so much! ❤️Milo and Sadie

I took my dog Rascal to this place. I’m not santisfied with the service. I paid $50.00 for the grooming and it doesn’t even look like he had been groomed.. Not goin back not happy The girl was supposed to clip my dogs nails give bath and groom him. She gave him a bath but she didn’t clip his nails or groom him like I asked.. I don’t recommend this groomer

Have taken my dog here for awhile. The cuts were beyond awesome until this last cut. It didn’t even look like they cut him it was choppy all over. Left a VM regarding how horrible it looked yes I may have been rude because I paid $75 for a horrible cut in my fur baby. Called the next day. The lady which I am sure was the owner. Kept telling me first off u don’t have to be rude I was like actually I do because it looks horrible. I asked for a refund so I can take him to get it fixed which she said no cause that’s not in there policy.I was like fine I will bring him back up for u to fix him and k won’t be returning. She was like that’s fine plus I wasn’t going to reschedule you anymore anyways.mind u first time I have ever complained. My mom takes him back up there the lady came walking up to the counter with her hands on her hips and a big smile and said we aren’t going to fix him because your daughter was rude. Yeah great customer service. So I advice don’t take your fur baby here because the cuts will be different every single time!

Took my dog here a few times, first few haircuts were GREAT. Took him this last time. His cut was horrible.. it was choppy and didn’t even looked like it was cute. Called the salon asking them to fix . They agreed but then advised me that there is no need to be rude. I advised them there is because they made my fur baby look horrible. Asked for a refund they said no. Mind $75 dollars. I said fine u guys can fix him and I will not bring him back. Lady said actually with u being rude I won’t be rescheduling. I am sorry my pet is like my child and I only want the best for him. I advise don’t take your pet here. U won’t get the same cut on each visit.

The lady who did it ask if she ever had her nails done before like yeah. My dog never been there since petsmart was busy I came here instead. 20 for nail clip n filed down not bad. Besides that comment they been quick and good pricing.

I have been going here for two years with my male cockapoo. They are fantastic, friendly, and my dog has always had a quality grooming. They offer many other services too! Very satisfied with this place definitely a 5 star in my book! Although their time may be limited, it is worth finding time to book with them.

Several times my two dogs came home with multiple (some still bleeding) cuts from being groomed. Also, some of the staff could be very rude at times. I gave them the benefit of a doubt that it wouldn't happen again but it did!! I started looking for a new groomer but had not selected one. Then the dogs were scheduled to be groomed in early March 2022. I had an emergency that I had to leave town for and the grooming appointment slipped my mind. When I called to explain and reschedule they said they couldn't reschedule because they were booked out so far & I had the broken appointment. That's funny because the March 2022 appointment was made in November 2021....that's pretty far out. They also were able to reschedule my dogs when they called me to cancel an appointment about a year ago. My neighbors have already stopped taking their dogs there & if they keep treating clients this way then they may run themselves out of business!BTW, I'm now taking my dogs elsewhere based on a recommendation from my neighbors about their new groomer!

First off…my dog is a small Shitzu. 6 lbs. very calm, lovable, laidback and easygoing. The girl ask what I wanted to have done.I asked for the hair in his pads to be removed and I didn’t want any hair on his feet. I asked for his face to be clean cut short and he only needed to be trimmed every where else. I already had his nails cut a couple of weeks ago, so that didn’t need done.I went back almost 2 hours later when they called and said he was ready. They didn’t clean his feet like I asked, they didn’t cut his face short like I asked and his hair is uneven. And he still has hair in his ears.So the charge for them to bathe him and to do nothing I asked for was $65.And the thing that irritated me worse than not having done what I asked was…they only take cash. So I had to leave, go get cash and come back. 😡This was my first time there and definitely will be my last!!

I have been taking my 7 year old morkie to this groomer since she was a puppy. My dog is only 4 pounds so she always been super small, and is very nervous and they’ve made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about having her groomed, plus my baby has never freaked out when I drop her off to them. I moved out of the area but I still take her here because how wonderful they are!!!

By far the best groomer I have be to in a couple years. My pit was not timid when I picked her up also my maltese who usually acts very traumatized after a groom was very happy when I picked him up. Also not to mention looked amazing with there services. Thank you and will defiantly be back.

I have been bringing my dog here for a couple years and it has always been a nice experience. BUT this last time will be my last experience here. Yes my dog was not being very good but that is no excuse for what I got. They literally shaved the middle of his back and it is so uneven and weird. So I got 25% of a haircut for $65! I went up there today to discuss what happened and they just brushed it off as the dogs fault They didn't even give me at least half my money back. So I have a quarter of a haircut on my dog he looks ridiculous for $65. I will never go back their customer service has hit an all time low. Feel very robbed right now.

Andrea at Doggone Gorgeoud was SO beyond kind to me and my wild puppy. She was sensitive to my dog’s shyness and was so patient. Although my scared pup didn’t want anything to do with a bath, Andrea was so helpful in trimming her nails and remaining calm. She even invited us to come back and keep trying to get my dog more used to the groomer. They were very COVID conscious and the space was neat as a pin. We will definitely try again and are thankful to have such kind groomers!

Just picked up my Molly, she is a sheltie. Wonderful job !! Husband dropped her off not knowing what to tell groomer, she said, I know what your wife wants!! Molly looks great and she got the works, nails, bath,cut, brushed ears and sanitary cut. I'm more that happy plus, I know she is always in very good, safe hands !!

I called to see how much it was and their hours to have my dogs nails trimmed. They never mentioned it was CASH only. I didn't have cash on me, as I never carry cash unless I need it. Maybe let customers know that on the phone before they come so they can be prepared.

Horrible customer service. Do not do good work uneven haircut. My dog has shorter shaved hair in places than others. Blames the dog for the half haircut Will not return. Caesar Milan always says its never the dog its the human.
