I usually get a 12 pack of diet coke for $12.99. I went today. They only had 12 packs. I took 2 12 packs which equals the case. A picture of the price for them to adjust. The manager said we can't do that. It's priced by the manufacturer. I then went to Kroger on 665. Same situation they did it with a smile.

Always stand up for yourself when you're treated badly by big corporations. I purchased a DVD set from this Walmart. It was the last set. I got it out to the car and I heard the box was jingling. I thought that was weird. DVD sets shouldn't jingle. I opened it. The cases were all screwed up (see photos). I went right back in and showed customer service. They said they couldn't exchange it (it was the last one) and told me to go to another Walmart to exchange it. I asked if I could just have a discount. The DVDs would still work. But the clerk/manager said he could not. So, basically my options were (1) return the DVD set for a full refund, (2) drive and exchange it myself at another Walmart, or (3) just take the broken set for full price. I'm an idiot. I kept the set because I was too lazy to go and make the exchange myself, and I was afraid other Walmarts would also be sold out. Anyway, this Walmart let me down. They had a chance to be cool and blew it. How easy would it have been for that manager to just take 10% or 15% off? The set was broken, they had faulty wares on their shelf, I was willing to buy faulty wares. All I wanted was a good faith/token discount gesture from them. Anyway, this is why large box stores like Walmart are always disappointing: their inhumanity and lack of compassion. But where else are you going to find the complete series of the 1984 Transformers?

One of the cleanest and best stocked Walmarts in the Columbus Metro Area. I live in Bexley but drive to Stringtown Rd to do my shopping here. Love the self scan checkouts, the clean environment and friendly cashiers at this location! Nice smooth large parking lot. Just 💙 this store in general. Employee's are courteous, friendly, and very helpful, unlike the store in my area!

I had a grocery pick up order today and a man with shaggy red hair loaded the groceries into the trunk of my SUV. Four loaves of bread and 2 aluminum pans were totally annihilated. He set a case of beer on top of my pans and they look like cookie sheets now and my bread looks like pancakes. This place sucks, they want me to return the items to the store for a refund.

I win in cause my insurance.What's one of the places I could use it on my vision plan The eye exam doctor was great. The associates not so much.I had to ask.They were not very thorough and explaining. I had to ask if I was getting buy focals.And transitional lenses.Which is what What I wanted.I would just say ask more questions.I realize the One lady.Was Leaving but please explain to your customers.It will help you on a long run.

Walmart name says a lot, stopped in here because I had an doctors ⚕️ 🏥🚑👨🏼‍⚕️ appointment. Which this isn't my location but never hurt to see what they have different or on sale😁😊😂😂😂😂. This was set up like my location Walmart. I did some school supplies 🏫🎒🚸👩🏾‍🏫📒📚📕📘shopping 🛒🛍️ for my granddaughter👩🏿. I found some good items for Great prices !

The worst I could imagine I am in a nursing home so I always depended on delivery,but my last 5 orders were awful. This last order I ordered air freshener and grocery and 2 cases of coke. Well it then went to them saying they were out of coke and I placed the order a day early that was my last I have dealt with Walmart. But on my other issues items were missing so you have to go through customer service and that takes forever knowing they can see your receipt on their computer. Further more they would change my times I requested for delivery with our contact right away then they switched it to the next day. So I am done I get it things happen but for me it was to much. They will automatically charge you for a tip at what they think you should pay I am fortunate to give a tip but there is people who can't so it's very distasteful. Corporate needs to step in and fix issues people have. I know longer will pay for the delivery or inhome delivery it just didn't work for me. I do wish the others a different experience then I had. So, I called for an oil change. Made an appointment and asked if they needed the car over the phone. The lady said no, they would get that info when I got there. I had someone help me take the car and when I got home they canceled my appointment. No call/explanation why. I called them and they told me they didn’t vary the filter. Just seems like something they could have told me over the phone if I the car’s information.

Was here getting my eyes checked out the eye Dr is amazing and the staff but the cheaper glasses colors theirs not many color choices to choose from sadly and I don't want to spend 60 on eye exam and turn around and spend 50 or 30 on glasses to just wish thay had better color choices for the cheaper glasses.

I am in complete shock and in total Disbelief that my neighborhood, Walmart in the city I’m supposed to have pride in treats people the way they do.How is somebody supposed to have pride in their city or their neighborhood grocery stores with Managers like grove city’s Walmart. I witnessed a man being totally Humiliated by the manager.The things that she said, I would have fired any of my employees for saying who knows if she was really the manager because if she’s gonna speak to customers like that, she’s gonna be a liar as well.This manager position should be given to somebody that deserves it not somebody that was going to totally disgrace the store in the city

Shelves were stocked. Found everything I needed. The only problem I have is why if no one managing the lines? The self check out on top of the 5 lanes are open and it’s so backed up every in all of them and no one is managing it so you can’t even move across the main track due to it. Additionally, people are allowing people to cut in front of people who have been waiting for 20 min.

Had brand new tires installed on my wife's car today. She had a 10am appointment, but they didn't take her car in until 11:40am. Then she came home, and not one tire had the same air pressure in it. They varied from 25 psi to 33 psi. Even though the check sheet they gave her verified, all tires were filled to recommend psi (35 psi). Guess I better check the lug nuts next. It's just pitiful.

I bought laundry soap 2 milks and candy and hygiene products I went to the self checkout there were 4 cashier's were maintaining the check out one clerk offered to scan my laundry soap and milk I told her I was just getting to it she watched me scan them no big deal I left and forgot my receipt I headed towards the door they followed me wanted to see my receipt I forgot to print they then took me back to the self checkout were the people there new nothing about me scanning my items that they offered to help with and they watched me scan I was then detained at customer service until they could find my receipt I felt like I was going to be arrested for forgetting to print my receipt point is they all watched me pay for my items and I just wanted to purchase my items and go home I had to pick up my daughter and was in a hurry I felt like I was being treated like a thief next time I'll just go to target

I have literally waited 30 mins for someone to open the vacuum case yet no one seems to have a key? No manager is able to figure it out. Like why have a store that is meant for people to BUY THINGS then you make it so ppl CANNOT buy what they came in for? It makes no sense how no one knows how to do anything

I had been waiting for 30 minutes for someone to bring the key to unlock the lightbulb showcase, i had asked the employees in automotive and they said they would bring the key, they didnt, then i asked two other employees, they had no idea where the key was, at my wit ends i asked two girls coming from the back and the one girl replied that she had the key and that she was just sitting in the back. I understand that employees need breaks however do better people and ensure that another employee can assist if the other isnt available.

The older lady at the self checkout this morning was as unpleasant as they come. She complained about helping people and when I asked for help she acted like I was trying to steal when I obviously asked for help. Such an unpleasant woman, ruined my morning.

One of the cleanest and quietest Walmarts I have ever been in only downfall is is they don't take tap pay and I have for some reason I have a credit card that only allows me to tap to pay so that was the only downside but really nice area and plenty to see and do and store was extremely clean the folks that work there were friendly and everything my heart desired was available so it was a good it was a good thing good thing I wish every Walmart look like this and ran like this it would be a blessing

What's there to say? It's fairly clean and well run for a Wal-Mart. It's a fairly big one. It's easily accessible from the highway with a ton of parking. It's got the down sides of a WalMart, they should all pay their workers more.

Like every walmart, they are constantly understaffed, but the lines at the self-checkout can be 10-15 people long.. I've never understood how a business that is that busy would want to operate understaffed if staffing properly would get more people through the door....

The way Walmart especially GROVE CITY treats their elderly employees is absolutely DISGUSTING! also they way your management acts when confronted about it is even worse!!!!!! Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. You treat your elderly employees that has been loyal to you for over 20 years like you should be treating your teenage punk employees that don't want to work. WALMART IS PATHETIC
