Big thank you to Top Notch Vapor! I’ve been a cigarette smoker of at least 10+ years (my girlfriend too) and when we were finally ready to stop, this shop was highly recommended by a friend. The guys there were very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They aren't afraid to give you their honest opinion either, but they also won’t push you into a huge sale if that’s not what you’re looking for. Very friendly and professional. The store itself is also very clean and neat.They sold both my girlfriend and I new vape kits and all the accessories, and unfortunately when one of ours was seemingly defective, I brought it back in for them to take a look at. The manager gave me lots of tips and advice on what to do for it, we did some troubleshooting, and when he figured out it was mechanical issue, he replaced the atomizer at no extra charge. I felt very respected as a customer and they more than did the right thing to make up for the inconvenience. (Which wasn’t even their fault to begin with) These guys are awesome.

Don't buy devices from this place they don't offer exchanges for defective devices just 10 percent discount towards another item, huge disappointment....I should not have to purchase another device because it's defective and not my fault, any other place will offer a replacement device free of charge to replace the defective device , I do not plan on shopping here again for any devices I will go elsewhere.0 OUT OF 5 STARS - DISSAPOINTED

I went there today and was referred by another vape shop, they were very polite and very knowledgeable about my ADV liquid. They knew exactly what I wanted and gave me there comparison to what I was looking for, and yes it was a GREAT COMPARISON & yes I would buy it again!! Extra plus I got 3,750 points on Fetch!! This shop is amazing. The selection of e-liquids are off the chart! They carry local manufacturer's products which is a huge bonus for me, they support local business. The hardware selection is vast, they carry everything from starter kits to high end devices. The service is always amazing, there's this really cute guy that works there named Jamie, he is dreamy! He always gives me the best service.

Guys were very arrogant. Talked to me like I was a kid. I've been vaping for 10 years. I think I know what I'm doing by now. I know how to build, I know how to wick. The two guys working act like they know everything and talk to everyone that walks in the door like they have never vaped before. I can't stand when someone talks down to me. I'm 42 not 5. I will not do business at this store ever again.

Excellence in every way! Stopped in tonight and bought a new Aegis mod, as my old one was getting pretty beat up, it was several years old. These guys showed me what I'd been missing with the advancements in technology. I'm blown away with what they recommended to buy, and how much better my vaping experience is now. I've been getting my vape supplies here pretty much since they've opened. I've had a few little things I let slide but most recently bought a bottle of Silver Back nic salt Booboo. It's purple and like battery acid. I can't believe they don't back what they sell. No exchange no refund. That is no way to treat customers.

Good group of people. The guys behind the counter were helpful and patient as I weighed my options. They have everything from mech mods and rebuildable atomizers to pod systems. Didn't buy any juice, but they had a nice selection.They even exchanged an unused mod a couple hours later because they accidentally sold me the wrong model.I do wish they carried more single coil rebuildables with slightly restrictive airflow (but not as tight as most MTLs). But I also understand that my preferences are a bit niche.Overall great experience.

This use to be my #1 vape supply store!! I was a big spender when I visited as I like to try new juices, mods, sub ohm tanks, RDA and RTA etc. Yesterday I purchased dotmtl RTA and went home to throw a 28ga 1.2 ohm build in it but apparently there was a defect either with machineing or the clamp and it would not clamp fully on the right side so It took it back Top-notch and explained my issue and then asked what the can do about it. I was told they could not take the device back or even refund nor was I offered a exchange. The clerk did however put a 26ga build in to demonstrate the clamp was fine but I did not want 26 ga I wanted my 28ga go-to flavor build which I could have done myself if the clamp would tighten down properly on 28ga. I would not recommend buying any mods, tanks or RDA, RTA etc because even with a receipt it will not be excepted as a return or exchange so if it's a lemon your stuck with it. I even asked for the manager and was denied. I also informed them they were going to loose my business if they could not resolve the situation again was told they could not help me. So I left the defective device on their counter and walked out. So unless the manager contacts me to resolve this matter this establishment has lost all of my business. I will also be filing a claim with the better business bureau if not resolved.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, attractive guys. I mean you know you are in good hands when you are greeted by a big smile inside a well groomed, not scraggly, well cared for healthy beard. Helped me understand and decide without it being overwhelming and made great recommendations. Store is clean, neat, organized but still has a super chill/comfy feel to it. Love the juice bar and all of the seats and the couch and TV set up really completes the whole -vape shop-meets-specialty retail- meets-visiting that one friend (who grows and knows every strain and variation by smell and who's house is THE chill spot).

This place is awesome. Customer service is obviously a priority at Top Notch and they have a huge selection of juice and hardware. The guys and gals behind the counter have seen everything in their store out-of-box and in use. GM/Owner, Jamie, is on the floor helping his team. Always clean, always friendly, and always a quick and easy trip. I encourage anyone to stop by and see how truly well-kept this store is. Nice displays, visible pricing, 100+ flavors, and a sizable customer lounging area with Samsung TV and sound system keep the quality at a high standard. Amazing how comfortable you can make a vape shop. Other stores can’t keep up.

after getting a very generic vape kit @ buckeye vapor, i figured i'd come here, check out everything, and was thoroughly impressed.place is clean, which is a big thing with meevery juice can be tried for free before purchase.they have actual name brands on their kits, tanks, and mods. they also have name brand all in ones, mechanicals, batteriesm, and things you'd expect from an upright store.they even have great customer service and are willing to teach anyone about the hobby and smoking replacement.only problems i have are their hardware is pretty expensive compared to online stores, and the location is a bit of a hike for me, but otherwise great place

I love the variety and selection that they have! Even some on sale for $10 like the milkman Line! DELICOUS! Johnny , the red head 😍 and the skinny guy with gage's are the true gurus of the store! Very knowledgeable! It's one of 3 places that I go! Where they are helpful! Even if you private message them on social media they respond promptly! Large selection of tanks and mods! Its funny how my 1 star review talking about how much of a rip off this store is got removed. They charged me $80+ for just a voopoo drag 2 (that just the mod, and no they didnt even offer the starter kit, along with "guiding" me to buy a seperate tank that was $60+) you can go almost anywhere else and get the starter kit, that includes the tank for $70+. Not to mention how they over charge for a good amount of the juice they carry. No, the service is not worth the price, especially when the employees want to rush back to there conversation with their friends who are just hanging out for hours, more than they want to inform you on what they sell

Best vape store I’ve ever been to. All the other ones are super intimidating and I don’t feel that way in there. They have the prices listed which is awesome because I hate having to constantly ask “how much is this?” The guys are super nice, willing to help but not up ur butt about buying stuff.

Great place to go to. I have been going to this place for over a year now. They helped set me up the day I decided to quit smoking cigarettes. Even now that I have been vaping for over a year, I still love going here. They have alot of high quality mods, and vape juices to choose from. Plus the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
