Purchased our Thanksgiving meal online for pick up in the store. The website double charged us for our meal, and when we contacted customer support, we were told we would be refunded at the store. The inexperienced staff at the store deleted our entire prepaid order and wanted to charge us a third time with no refund given. I declined this option. In the end, they gave us the food we had paid for, saying we would receive a refund for the double payment in 5-10 business days. No refund has been received.

Purchased a $60.00 bone in ham Thanksgiving Eve, was very very dry. Returned it the day after Thanksgiving. The mgr. on duty was very unconcerned, unsympathetic, unapologetic and down right stoic. We had been to the String town location on various occasions and NEVER experienced anything of the sort. I stated to her that we would like to purchase another ham, it didn't seem to matter to her either way, after returning my money she walked away from the register without a apology or thought. She definitely is in the wrong line of business!Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenient .

Very poor customer service. Came into the store to purchase the $79.00 meal I was unable to get it do to they were out of the quarter size hams I asked the girl if I purchased a larger ham for $89.00 could we still get the sides that came with the $79 meal she without hesitation said "No" she didn't even try to compromise or apologize for the inconvenience. I politely walked out called another store and I'm on my way to get my Sunday dinner. So much for good customer service. I won't be back!

This evening I visited the Stringtown Rd store. Ordered my sandwiches from Miss Braxton (lovely young lady). Went to pay. And the cash register went down. John tried fixing it, restarted system 3 times. Well long story short... John made my day with free sandwiches. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. stop in and see them sometime. It won't be my last stop in thats for sure.

My only experience with a Honey Baked Ham store occurred the morning of Christmas eve and I was one of those crazy people waiting in line waiting for the store to open. Not sure why i signed up for that, but I did. However, the staff was super nice and when they opened the doors we were greeted with tons of holiday cheer and everything went smoothly. They were finding people's orders and checking out ad-hoc requests without a hitch. I was very impressed at how fast they were able to make sure everyone had what they needed.

I will never go back again. I paid 113 dollars for a whole dinner that is supposed to feed 10 people. The ham looks excellent but the side will likely not even accommodate my family of 5. They give you the sides in little frozen dinner box's. In the words of John Stossel " Gimme a break!!! " When you go I reccomend only getting the ham but the sides for dinner are not worth the price.

I've always loved honey baked ham. So it's nice being able to get a sandwich a side dish and a beverage quick and easily. My meal came out correctly. However the friends I came with it did not come out correctly. However they did fix their mistake.

You certainly get what you pay for- it's pretty expensive, but the food is great. Unless you hate sweet or smoky food. In which case, this is gonna be a hard pass. (And a second note, they really went overboard on their opening day. So many people...)

You go to order online and a system is down this is happened to me twice you go to get an item in the store they charged you the highest price saying you should have ordered online this was Easter weekend this system seems to break down every holiday when you want to play some online order causing you to spend more When you go into the storm pickup then they label the price of the hams to be 12 pounds when they weigh only 9 Pounds yes I wait my ham The taste is great but the consistent Is sad if this is how you have to make your money

UPDATE ON REVIEW AT THE END WITH MY 2ND EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE So if you never tried the baby back ribs you should they are delicious the bbq sauce on them is delicious ..but I also want to mention the store was clean and the customer service was extremely excellent Thank you HBHSo just a update the Hams are extremely overpriced and they did not except my hoilday coupon my job gave me VERY VERY disappointed in this place for that

Went there last week, got in line, picked out what I wanted only to be told "cash or check" only. There were a lot of us turned away, no sorry, no explanation ... it's a big profitable company, they probably didnt care.

Paid $60 for a 7.5 lb ham this Easter to try to make it as much of a holiday as it could be. And I’d say 5 out of the 7.5 lbs is pure fat. Extremely disappointing.
