Came in to the store just now to return two parts to an automatic door closer on a residential unit. Assistant manager said he could not help me unless I had the online account number. Both parts together was just over $10. I know times are hard, but to keep the two parts that I paid for and not give me the part that I need is ridiculous. Shopping at Menards moving forward.

this is the most amazing cashier !!! she is soooo friendly and helpful ! if you get in her line you are in for a treat ! makayla is truly and angel on EARTH.Makayla once lept onto a grenade, using only her body to protect my cousin and his entire platoon while fighting in Iraq. She is truly a hero. When asked why she did it, Makayla simply said, "It was my Americanduty". Thank you Makayla.

I went to return an online order at the Grove City store. The return person or girl made my experience a total waste of over an hour waiting for some fictional computer story. Then after waiting over an hour, nothing got done. She literally told me that I have to come back in 2 exact days because the computer will not allow anyone else to return it now. She claimed it was froze. Therefore, come back on her schedule. Some of us need our work finished because we may have ordered something wrong by mistake in size. Like I did. I don't care to wait for an employee to take 2 days off, then finish my transaction. I went to the Reynoldsburg store. It's kind of funny. They had no issue, and it was returned in under 5 minutes. I thought I had to wait 2 days? Was this some kind of game at the Grove City location? Or is that return person just dumb as rocks with no social skills or regard for a paying customer. What the heck was that all about? It's stupid and a waste of gas and time. It really was.

The associates that work at this store are a joke and lazy and harass people on a daily basis. You're thinking what does management do? Ha good ? NOTHING! The management is an even bigger joke than the people they employ. I would avoid this store at all costs. Go to Lowe's!

The staff is always rude when I have to ask any questions so I generally avoid going to the depot and today was no exception. I went and looking for pocket hole screws and got a smart remark from one of the staff. If I had the time to go to another store I would have just left without buying anything.

The customer service lady was very friendly and helpful but the cashier lady unfortunately was rude at the you scan she took the item from my husband and scanned it, and stood next to him with her arms crossed as if we were going to steal the item. It made me very uncomfortable. It makes me not want to shop in there. I’m not a thief my husband‘s not a thief, you don’t have to stand next to somebody with your arms crossed as close as you can like we’re gonna run out with some stupid markers If we was going to steal something it sure as the hell wouldn’t be Home Depot and it sure wouldn’t be some stupid markers

Bought a new kitchen set,fridge, stove , dishwasher. Very happy with the person who assisted us. She helped us make the right choice and saved us from making bad choices and saved us a great deal of money.

The Mysterious aisle 62! I was shopping for a garage in a box online and it conveniently told me where the product was located in the store and that it was 9 in stock. Great! Awesome let me grab my buddy and go grab one. once i get to the store which is 20 mins away from where i was, i started looking for aisle 62 cause the website sent me a text to tell me where it was located. We went out the garden center door and the numbers started going down from 58 we were confused and thoughy maybe aisle 62 is in another part of the store. When we walked back in we asked an employee and they instructed us to go to the complete other side of the store by the lumber that kind of stuff is down there, so we assumed the employee knew what she was talking about and nope, no where to be found 400 steps and 300 calories burned later. We walked back towards the garden center and asked another employee and she said oh its out side in the garden center somewhere. wow so we looked all over and found 61 and no 62. while walking away we searched through all this mess and actually found what we went there for. It was such a mess, we had to move stuff out of the way just to get out the product. I probably wouldn't shop at home depot again as it always seems to be something while shopping there in my opinion.

I tried having some common board cut for a project, something I have had done regularly at the store, but tonight a clearly disgruntled employee had the audacity to not only butcher the sizes I asked for but then tried to act like he was doing me a favor and that I should just take what he clearly put no effort into doing, or simply did not understand how to cut a board or what the meaning of "square" is. After requesting another person cut the wood I proceeded to go grab two more pieces. He saw me in the aisle and tried to stand in my way when moving toward the saw area then proceeded to try and intimidate me by walking around the area after I told him I did not want to speak to him, asking me if I had a problem. Unprofessional is putting this lightly. To top the whole experience off the person who cut my new pieces also did not cut even sizes with a couple off by roughly a centimeter. I just left the store I couldn't believe the utter waste of time and horrendous attitude of the employee at the Grove city store.

I LOVE this home depot. i asked a woman to direct me to the shipping boxes, and she was so kind and engaging! i wish i could remember her name. she had long silver hair in a pony tail, beautiful blue eyes and she looked about my height 5’2”. great service, the best i’ve been to.

I had a very big order that I needed to place but needed assistance. I went into homedepot and came across a few ladies that were interested in helping me at all. That's when I encountered Katelyn, she works at the front customer service desk. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had to catch a flight the following morning and wasn't able to go back in to the home depot. We started the order at about 9:10pm and finished after the store was closed at 10:15pm. Even though she was under pressure due to the store closing up and having such a big and complicated order, she kept her cool, found solutions and walked me through the entire order process. Thanks to her assistance now we have our order placed and will be delivered to our contractor at our new home. Home Depot, please 🙏 offer more assistance to your customers, be kind to your customers, sometimes we just need assistance. Katelyn, if you read this, thank you for your help, we couldn't have done it without you.

I absolutely love this Home Depot! I was able to borrow the carpet sample board they have which really helped me decide on my carpet and I also love the Vinyl plank flooring selection they have. I will definitely be coming back for my bathroom.

I really love this store. The employees are so nice and very helpful. Patricia is amazing and helped my mother and I with bathroom items: Vanity top, Base, faucets and a new toilet. She really knows it all. Also a shout out to Gabe who helped us with flooring. Very nice and knowledgeable. They both went beyond a 10. Thank you!!!

Everyone is required to wear a mask and all employees and guests were wearing them. 6' social distancing is being adhered to. Purchase shelves and fabric drawers for daughter's closet. All well made and shelves were so easy to assemble. It took about 5 minutes to put together 2 of them.

Your delivery rep yelled at me and hung up the phone on me. I had to drive back to the purchaing store to get my issues resolved. I was told someone would call in a few days after rescheduling new delivery date. That never happened.I only found out when products would be delivered by calling the delivery company myself. The delivery was over a week late. Which has cost me time and money.The products arrived and I was told they could not adjust the products to fit my needs. Now I have products in my property that I do not know if they work which will cost me more money to get setup properly.This easily has to be on a of the worst business experiences ever.I had two stoves amd two refrigerators and one dishwasher. Back to Lowes I go.

Update: Terry the GM avoided my calls completely the customer service would leave me on an internal hold or transfer me to Michelle, none of them are professional at all or care about the customers. I will never shop at this location again until they evaluate who is managing this place. I made a complaint to the BBB and someone from the corporate called me and is getting me a replacement freezer. It’s sad I had to go through great lengths to get this taken care of.Josh is about the most useless “manager” I have ever had to deal with. I bought a freezer from this place and it was delivered may 24th. June 26th it overheated or something an quit cooling I lost all my food. I wanted a replacement he refused. Josh “scheduled”services. I adjusted my schedule, just to find out he never sent my phone number to the servicer and it’s going to be several days before they can come out! He flat out refuses to help me in anyway! Josh has no compassion or problem solving skills. They need to evaluate his position. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. I’d give zero stars if I could.

1 star for truck rental. I went in 2 weeks prior to needing van to ask questions. They told me to go through Penske to reserve. I did. Penske even quoted a price. Went in to HD to also confirm reservation and he couldn't find me in system. Instead of helping me, he went on to next customer. Penske and home depot quoted two different prices. I understand they are used for pick up/drop off but the customer service but they explained things horribly. I was right to be concerned- my van wasn't there on pick up day!

Great selection & great staff! Employees were available, helpful & friendly. This is the only store that I've been able to find the plants I wanted, Silver Falls Dichondra. Not only did they have them in stock, I was able to find them immediately. Very nice location; clean & well organized. I'll definitely be back!
