Our realtor suggested we use The Glass Guru to replace windows that had the seal broken and therefore, had a milky appearance. We are so happy with the results! Scott replaced 8 glass windows throughout our home with the interior frames inside. We were afraid that it wouldn't match exactly but it does and the whole house looks refreshed. We would highly recommend this company for your glass needs.

I have used The Glass Guru for several years and I have always been very satisfied. The office staff is most helpful and responsive, the technicians arrive on time, are professional, and the finished product they provide is excellent. If I had to guess, I have used The Glass Guru at least 30 times (probably more) to replace glass on various properties. In a time when customer service seems to have fallen/slipped, The Glass Guru maintains a high bar of excellence in providing effective results.I would highly recommend them to any of my associates, friends, or family.

Frustrated...can not get any one to respond about location etc. Invoice has Grove City location. Called that GC # and spoke with gentleman who said they closed at 4:30 but he was leaving at 4:15. Told him where I was coming from...and got to that office at 4:05...door locked no one there!Called the number on the door..and was told I needed to go to Gahanna location..but they close in 5 min. (4:15)Called again and spoke to someone from Masadonia (?) OH..who had no clue where I should go. Called 3rd time and was told Billing office was in Newark, OH?This all after the estimate was supposed to be given 2 days after he came out to look..and I had to call twice to get them to them say “we don’t think we can do it..for fear the roof might not hold” 3 days later.I had to then call the Condo Management company to confirm there was no issue with weight on roof. Then when I called Glass Guru back..they wanted a written statement from the Management Co. that they would not be responsible for damage etc. I explained that was not reasonable to ask for.So, the “owner” was contacted and agreed to do the repair/replacement. Now, I need to drop off payment to get glass ordered but....Crickets!!!If I wasn’t selling the condo and was being forced to replace these skylights, I would never deal with this company.

This place is a joke. Not sure how they're even in business with the poor customer servic they provide. I dropped off a mirror two months ago to get a quote and never received a call back. I called week after week and no one could even return my call as to why I haven't received a quote. I finally decided just to pick up the mirror and showed up 40 minutes after the Grove City store was suppose to be open and the store is locked. When I called customer service about this the woman told me that they should be open but that she couldn't reach anyone. She asked if I'd like to leave a message and I said no I just drove 20 minutes to get here for nothing and the customer service lady just hung up. Don't waste your time with this place!

Please note that this location charges for their estimates, I was quoted $75 just to come out and provide an estimate for general window repairs (broken seals, locks, etc.). While the customer rep was pleasant, I discourage the use of businesses that charge for estimates when possible.

Gave 1 star because there wasn't a 0, worst company I've ever dealt with, waited a month still no delivery, wanted my money back was told by DAVE in a rude voice you will get your money back...we didn't, the rudest person you could ever deal with...

I would not do business with this location. Called the store to schedule an appointment, arrived on time waited 4 minutes, called the office number which rolled over to an answering service, who told me to wait while they paged someone. Waited another 20 minutes, no one showed up. Waste of my time. I would not seek to do business with this franchise location.

Had Glass Guru from Grove City replace a large arch window glass and four other window glass and could not be happier, they arrived on time and was both very professional and did a fantastic job and will use them again do do the other glass where the seals have broken soon .
