If you’re into video gaming then you have to check this place out! They’ve got a nice selection of retro systems and games, accessories, hard to find collectibles. Additionally, they offer game systems Repairs, Upgrades, and Recaps!What initially brought me into the store was I bought a Sega Master at Auction that wouldn’t power up. Not only did they quickly get me up and running, they recapped my entire system.Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Some of the retro gaming systems are turning 50 and it’s getting harder and harder to find people to work on them. I’m glad this place is within driving distance and I plan on getting a few more systems recapped.Oh yeah, they are super dog friendly, though they didn’t have any treats behind the counter, for this the sore only get 4 out of 5 paws!

Brought my switch here for some repairs after reading the positive reviews. The folks here were super friendly and were very quick with the repairs - I was expecting a couple days' worth of work, but they finished in a couple hours! It was also very affordable; my fix was not major but my wallet won't complain. The repair itself was clean and has held up very well. I'll definitely come by again if I ever decide to fix up some of the old gaming systems I have laying around. Also a very cool space for retro gaming gear!!

So I'm a bit gamer from the past and I had a PlayStation 3. Stop working. It needed the lens to be replaced as I discovered, but I thought it was dead. It was over, it could not be fixed and they reassured me when I brought it to him and told him what was happening that it could be fixed. It could be replaced. It wasn't a problem, and they said it could be, you know. I don't know 3 to 7 days, but they got it done in a day and a 1/2. And they also fixed the joystick too and discounted the services. Since I had multiple things being the great service. Great customer service clean store. Nice friendly staff, great workmanship. Great place to be great place to purchase new games and old games seeing a lot of games in it. And I'm gonna get even needed some replacement chords for my regular Nintendo. And they said they should have those as well. Very resourceful for olda new gamers. One of the best stores ever, I'm gonna go to them for all my needs going forward in the future was my first time there. Awesome place.Thanks guys for fixing my system

Great experience! They took really good care of my 11 yr old that saved all his money for a 3ds. We made a mistake buying a game that was not compatible and they went out of their way to make his day when they did not need to. All future video game purchases will be done here, they really earned our business.

I took my 3DS in for a repair as it stopped charging last year. Gave me a great price for the repair and provided an OG Nintendo charger as a replacement. Super friendly and very reasonable and an amazing collection of retro systems. Love this place!

My daughter's Nintendo Switch stopped working. I brought it into Tech N Gamer to see if they could fix it. I can't say enough good! I dropped it off at 1:05 and was told it could take 2 to 3 days. We thought the problem might be the port causing it to not charge but it was actually a chip that had gone bad. By 4:00 he texted me to let me know it was done!My daughter doesn't even play her switch everyday but was really upset because it's one of the ways she stays connected to her older sister's who have moved out. When I brought it home she was thrilled! And they saved me $250 and provided a 2-month warranty! Thank you Tech N Gamer!!

Came in to repair my PS2. It was done same day and saved us a return trip. The staff were very nice and helpful! Even walked out with a few extra game! Best gaming store I've been to in awhile!

Sorry that I'm just now posting but called this place back in Sept then drove over a hour to get there to get a port replaced in my grandsons PS5. EVERYONE WAS GREAT really took the time to inform me about the PS5 and also fixed it within a hour since I was so far away. I had called other places that seemed really shady and were gonna charge double what these guys charged me. I would definitely recommend Tech and Gamer to anyone it's worth the drive.

Brought my ps5 in not staying on/hdmi wouldn’t work. Originally took it to ubreak-i flx for hdmi fix they charged me 125 they messed it up worse didn’t fix anything game wouldn’t stay on no picture after they told me not even Sony could fix. Took it here they were great owner is fabulous helped me with price. Mike fixed everything like new n 3hours and another guy showed me around I even bought a ps5 pro controller for a great price. They bundled it together and gave me best service in Ohio by far. Much appreciated and would highly recommend for any one with any device that won’t work they do it all. Buy sell everything.

Took a controller with broken bumpers to be repaired and since I live a few hours away they fixed it in 15 minutes. Incredible speed and the customer service was great! They also had a wide range of retro systems and games that I browsed when I was there.

WOW, just wow!!! First time going to Tech N Gamers and let me tell you, they’re good at what they do. I went to change my HDMI port and I’m thinking, “this is going to take awhile” but they” but they only took 1hr, like WHAT!!!!!! The atmosphere in there is great, the employees phenomenal. If I could add more stars I would.

I have taken two items in for repair and when I received them back it has been several months and they both are still working perfectly. They were very reasonable on the repair and well worth it. Had it not been for tech n gamer my equipment would have been thrown out. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I found the only shop in Ohio to my knowledge that works on guitar hero and rock band controllers and pretty much any video game console. They do repairs and all the stuff they sell is cleaned and tested fully before sold out. Unlike other used video game stores they just put in on the shelf not these guys. They fix clean and make sure everything is working like new. I’ve met the owner George he’s a very friendly guy he always gives good deals on trade in’s and treats his customers with tons of respect. I travel from north Columbus about 40 minutes to come to this shop when there’s plenty other ones closer but like I said they sell the best quality used consoles, games and accessories. I mean some of the stuff has been fully cleaned inside and out and even shrink rapped to look even nicer. If you’re in grove city definitely check these guys out bring your old controllers consoles in they will fix them for a fair price. The back of house guy working on this stuff is 100% best repair guy in Ohio, I went to ubreakifix and they were clueless compared to him. And the front of house guy Josh cleans my electronics and games very well. My stuff all looks new the way he cleaned it. I’m very satisfied with Tech N Gamer and will continue to provide my buisness as long as I play video games. Thank you guys for being an awesome team and taking care of the gaming community in Ohio. 5 stars 10 out of 10!

Went there today around 2pm to get my Switch repaired they called around 7pm the same day and said it was finished! They also are amazing on their repair prices. I highly recommend this place and they have such nice friendly staff!

This place repaired my Game boy while I shopped and found Sonic3 for Sega Genises, a very hard to find game. I bought a nice Nintendo switch case also. Now I am just hook on phonics about this place. Still looking for Zen the intergalactic Ninja.

My ps5 had a bad hdmi port and I called around and got crazy prices and wait times I went to these guys and they had told me a 3 to 5 day window for the repair and called me a couple hours later to pic up my console and all was right with the world again I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I took my playstation 5 console in to have hdmi port repaired. Every other company wanted 175 to 200, they were way lower and they said it would take 2 to 3 days to complete job, when i dropped off my console, George called me 5 hours after i dropped it off and said its all done, and they fixed and reinstalled my liquid metal thermal paste (for free) that had dripped to bottom of console because i had it standing up for a year and a half. Now i keep it laying on side. Thank you George for excellent service and going over and above.
