I noticed that this Target had been undergoing remodeling over the summer, so having the store a bit disheveled seemed excusable at the time. I do not know what continues to plage this location, but it is an absolute mess all the time. I have seen messy stores during the holiday season, and it is understandable with the influx of foot traffic. This Target location looks like it has been looted post earthquake! There are piles of merchandise scattered all over the store and displays that look half completed. I realize retailers may still be struggling with hiring and staffing levels, but this location feels like they have given up. I have seen plenty of associates roaming throughout the store without much interaction. I am not sure what has happened here, but none of the other locations in Columbus look like this.

A few days b4 Christmas, I placed an order online for a gift. I was able to pay for the order and was told I would be notified when I can pick up the order. It was probably 1 or 2 hours before I got that notice so I went to the store. I was able to walk up to the counter. Unfortunately, I didn't have my order # on me but was looking for it on my phone. As this occured, the rep/emp asked my husband for my information so she could find the order. She was able to do so and had my order within moments. Everything was done with 5 minutes. It was fast and easy. My only small complaint was the employee was a bit curt but in no way rude. I believe it had more to do with how busy the store was and being a few days out from Christmas. Maybe it was because I didn't have the order # but despite that she helped me quickly and efficiently. Would I order online with pick up in store again? YES, I would. I could have even stayed in my car and had the order brought to my car but I wanted to shop the store because Target! :) And it was a few days from Christmas.

Stood in the electronics section for ten minutes, waiting to buy a camera. No employees around to unlock the glass case it was in, the only worker I spoke to asked another employee over the radio to help and kept walking. Found the same camera for $10 less online while waiting and left without buying anything.

I ordered an item on Nov 26 for pick up at my local Target. Next day was informed that item was no longer in stock and chose option for delivery to my home-estimated arrival Dec 1st. Still waiting on this Christmas present and today is Dec 18th. I have spent more than an hour on the phone with a ‘senior specialist’ and my cc has been charged. Frustrated, disappointed and angry. Beware of online ordering from Target. This was only my 3rd online order and now my last.

This Target is always so nice and clean. I love shopping here. As with most things in this area, there is no cell phone signal. Please help lobby Grove City to allow a cell tower to be built here!

This location used to be the absolute best Target. Now it’s one of the worst. What happened? Always out of everything I need and disorganized. The staff is lazy from what I see and unfriendly. Someone needs to turn this ship around and right quick.

Finally went back to this specific Target store. They definitely have all there current home trends and earthy tones and colors that I like. We went through just about every department and looked around. We were looking for a new comforter set for my daughter, unfortunately they were very limited on their selection of comforters at all. The ones they did have were just so expensive and I didn’t think they were worth that price at all. They sold lots of individual blankets but yet again the prices were definitely a shock. Unfortunately, prices on most everything everywhere has just shot through the roof at most stores. Ugh.

Everything was great except for the piece of luggage I purchase had an easily visible scratch mark the size of a quarter or larger. This was supposed to be a brand new product. At least I got my luggage in time to make my flight…

Target is really the perfect one stop shop for just about anything you need (and all the things you don't really need) I appreciate the store is always clean and has a wide variety of an item I'm looking for. I really love the quality of their clothing and overall prices of items. They have a great price matching/adjustment policy too. The front end could sometimes do a better job of directing customers at checkout since the registers are stacked and people aren't always looking past the front row but employees are usually very helpful

I always love going here! A great clothes selection and snack foods. The Starbucks is a nice bonus.If you’re looking for produce here, I would say it isn’t the greatest, they’re more of a relaxed department store anyway.But seriously, like I get all my graphic tees from here. I live in them. And I always get art supplies from here and snacks. Always going to keep coming back and nothing will stop me!Edit 12/19/23: Past 6 months the store has been messy unorganized and some stuff not in stock at all. I know yall just had construction but… please fix :)Also why aren’t there any hygiene products in the restrooms for women? Know your audience, going shopping here is a coping skill for women lolVisited the Target pharmacy for vaccinations, the pharmacist was very nice and didn’t even feel a thing. That is skill and experience right there.

I usually love Target. This one is so crowded. I couldn't get through the aisles. Signs didnt match merchandise. At one point I couldn't get to the fitting room due to a narrow aisle and an abandoned cart and the attendants just watched me and kept talking to each other. No one offered to help in any department. They were all in mini groups having not so private conversations. Checking out was the best part, my cashier was friendly, quick and efficient. Come on Target I want to love you again.

Its always clean and they seem to have an over abundance of products like sunscreen and chips but this line is giving Walmart vibes. It’s literally wrapping 3 lanes

I will definitely be coming back! Changed my two front tires Christmas eve at 9am, I had popped my tire the night before and needed to drive an hour away. They were the only place that picked up out of 10 calls, changed my valves for free and gave me a better pair for no extra charge since they couldn't find the tires I had asked for. Tyler, the manager of the Livingston location, set me up while he was working at Main St. and I'm really thankful for the whole crew. Super relaxed, kind, quick and no bs

I have been here 2x in the last 2 days, found the Xbox X in stock and able to be purchased online and picked up in 2 hours. The staff are busy but the store is clean and they have products on their shelves and when you approach the employees they are willing to assit or take you to the right location to find a product. While I was in the store an older customer was looking for a specific toy, and instead of the rep just saying go to aisle 5 or 6, they actually took the customer to the right spot and made sure that was what they were looking for.

If you want a pick up order on time don’t even bother with this target. I have had to cancel my pickup order 3 times because the wait time has exceeded 6 hours. I have sick kids in my car, I’m placing a pick up order for a reason. If you can’t have your orders ready in your 2 hour wait period like promised then maybe you should set up a time system like Walmart and Kroger. Not to mention this target never answers there freaking phones ever! They are majorly under staffed and will tell you so. And they never have anything in stock like freaking lettuce. They never have simple things that a grocery target should have. This target needs major work. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lancaster or literally any other target. I’m done with grove city

I love the drive up service at target. It's so easy and convenient especially when you have children with you or your in a hurry and don't want to go in and shop. I highly recommend.

Store manager expects me to have X-ray vision knowing what door is not blocked from the outside tried to give a suggestion of putting a empty palette or cone or a shopping cart in front of the door so we would not have to move the truck three or four times to figure out what door they want us in. PS there is no telephone number on the bills of lading to that store so we can call ahead and find out what door they would like as in the only reason the store manager wanted me to move doors is because she was too lazy to move the palette of empty pallets that was blocking the door

Always find good deals. Love red card can get 5% off! Great offers for veterans on veterans day, even birthdays can get 5% off! Also staff is great. Makayla(I believe her name in electronic) really helpful and friendly. Most definitely know i going find my items and items I did not know I needed.

This store was very clean and every associate I spoke to was more than helpful. Also love grabbing groceries here too along with my basics. Makes getting in/out for everything fast and simple. No long lines. Love Target.
