Probably the worst Starbucks I've been too.... The service is slow and customer service was poor. Extremely dirty, counters are full of clutter, refrigerated ingredients left out, floor has grime built up and trash, equipment looks dirty, and doesn't appear they do much cleaning.Asking myself now why I didn't just leave and skip the coffee, didn't sit well.

This was inside a Kroger store. Fast and everything was in stock. The employee was very quiet and not overly friendly but she did get the job done! She was by herself and kept the line moving and made 2 separate orders at once!

Went here after work and wanted to get one of my favorites before my 2nd job and they had the audacity to tell me there were closed when I had already googled what time they closed. They had the sign out front and it was a server in behind the counter. With a bad attitude. If you don't want to be in customer service find a new job.

Must try the pumpkin cold brew. If you like sweet, tell them add classic syrup. Sooo good!!
