I got fast and efficient service here. They have outdoor and indoor seating (a good amount).Staff are friendly. The only tree hung I found strand about this location is that you essentially have to walk through the drive through line to enter the store from the main parking area. Not a deal breaker, just an odd design choice on the part of this location’s planners/architects.

First Starbucks ever that took my order and didn't make my black coffee immediately. Literally left me waiting and made mixed drinks for others who ordered after me. Worst customer service so far at any Starbucks. Sucks because most of the rest of the staff was great, but if you put one spec of poop in a bowl of ice cream it's all a bowl of poop.

Drinks were great 🤗 Went through the drive-thru and it took such a long time. I do think that they were training someone, but did take us awhile. Even after we paid at the window, we waited about 7 minutes and would have taken longer if I had a waited for my whipped cream as they had to make it. But the lady was crazy friendly and the drink still tasted good!

About what you would expect from a well-run Starbucks, and a little more spacious than many, other locations.The staff is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drinks and food are standard, Starbucks fare (coffees, refreshers, hot sandwiches, pastries, and various, prepacked foods).This location has a drive through, a moderately sized patio, and plenty of indoor seating. If you need coffee and are passing by, it's definitely worth stopping in.

This is a huge Starbucks location with tons of seating for groups or just a quiet place to get some work done. The staff is very friendly and were helpful. There is a drive-through and this part of town is newer and developing rapidly. Great Starbucks!

At what point did you decide you could save labor by not mixing your drinks? Because this is a problem at every Starbucks I go to. This is after trying to shake it myself for 10 min now and still have this much left. Coffee has no flavor because it's all at the bottom. You have raised your prices more than a dollar over the last couple years yet quality just gets worse and worse.

Staff was super busy with a snooty attitude. Took entirely too long to get two cups of coffee, regular with extra cream and did not get extra cream. E we should have gone through the drive through even though it was twenty cars long because we ended up waiting for them to service all those cars to get our coffee inside. Definitely needs improvement on inside customer service

I have been to this location twice and my drink has been wrong both times. The first time there was no brown sugar syrup or cinnamon in my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The second time I asked for 2 extra pumps of mocha in my hot chocolate, they only put 2 pumps of mocha total in my hot chocolate instead of the extra I asked for. I'm a former partner, so I understand mistakes happen, but two wrong drinks in a row? I'll drive the extra few minutes to a different starbucks.

First time in Columbus, Ohio. Super nice girl took my order at 10:37am. There are 12 people working behind the counter. 11:14 I ask the nice girl if perhaps my order got skipped. Checked twice to see if a drink was mine but the drink runners said no. Lots of folks just standing around, looked like they were having fun, eating, sprinkles all over:). I didn’t even get offered a free drink or a cup of coffee to make up for the coffee I didn’t get. Happy Thanksgiving.

The lady handling mobile orders inside was very polite. Even though they were ridiculously busy, she made sure I didn't wait very long for my order. Rather than just making orders as they came in, she made the ones for those of us already there first. I really appreciated that. Other locations have lines of drinks for people not even there yet while other people stand around waiting for their drink to finally be made. Thanks for that extra touch that made a better experience!

Hands down best Starbucks location I have visited! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and quality customer service! The staff gets to know you by name and what you like when ordering. They will ask “how are you doing?” or say “Hi” in a sincere way. They take the time to acknowledge someone when they enter the store even when they are extremely busy. A person is treated more like a friend here rather than a customer. Even new staff members joining the team get to know the customers. Great team doing a great job!

The woman working the drive thru is very nice. I understand that it's hard for her to hear orders as the microphone is facing 665 and it's loud. But inside the girls like to talk to each other, make weird orders while you wait for them to take yours, and you receive your drink melted. I don't think they can work well when things are busy.

Dont waste your time with this location. I have never actually been able to get a coffee here. Fourth time the following issue has occurred. Signs are up either saying closed or drive through only and no one answers drive through screen. Sign on door even says drive through only, no one answers drive-through when you sit there. 2 people inside today and won't answer door, during drive through order, even pulled up to drive through window and the 2 women would not answer. 6 cars passed through while I attempted to order my coffee. I ended up having to go to walk in location at Kroger down the street.
