Salty was sprayed in the face by a skunk on our walk this morning. I did some DIY odor-removal and then popped by here on whim to get an expert opinion.The ladies here not only recommended shampoos, but took him immediately, gave him the spa treatment, and they had him happy, pretty, and much less smelly for me a few hours later. Remarkable service. Very affordable too. Hats off to Lisa, Mia, and the rest of their team.

My rescue ShiPoo had bitten three groomers in the past year. Each one of the groomers wanted him to be even more medicated and advised me to get him groomed at my vet. My vet doesn't do groomer and we had maxed out his meds. The vet suggested I start dog training with him before we do doggie prozac. I explained this all to Lisa. She shared with me that she grooms cats and was up for the challenge.She booked him on a day when she only had two clients in the morning. (Less noise and commotion to make him comfortable). She had him for about 2 hours. When I went to pick him up, he was happy to see me and was cut very nice. Even his face!! She shared with me the steps she had to go through to get him groomed and his trigger points. She had two muzzles on him and she wore leather gloves. He still managed to get to one of her knuckles. It wasn't that bad. No stiches required. She said she would be open to taking him on as a client. I am grateful for how much time she took to work on him and to help make his environment less stressful. He looked GREAT when he got home. Even his face was cut short. That doesn't normally happen, Lisa educates you about your breed and she's great at sharing information. This woman is very patient with animals.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The owner is very rude. And the employees work under the table and are very inexperienced and very unprofessional. They groom animals while under the influence of alcohol and God knows what else mess up hair cuts very frequently and not to mention when they bathe the animals they do not wash them thoroughly. They have also been involved in many scams. That is well known throughout the state of Ohio. Why Grove City continues to allow them to stay open is beyond me. They must have connections with a political party. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE

Wow, Scruffy To Fluffy goes above and beyond to care for my cat. Even when my cat gives her a hard time,because I am getting her nails trim she still finds a way to cut her nails and be patient.

Amazing place to get your fur baby groomed! Set up a same-day appointment on a Saturday, worked with me being a bit late due to work, took GREAT care of my guy to the point he loved getting a bath (something he never lets us do at home!). Very understanding of him being anxious and nervous and asked us to bring him back to get to know him better.They take care of every dog and cat that comes in as if they're their own pet, great grooming, great people, quick, and affordable. I'll never go to another groomer again!

I have been using Scruffy to fluffy for years now. Lisa takes great care of my animals while they are in her care. Her prices are fair and a great value for what you get. Very trustworthy and my animals do not fear going to the groomers. They are everything I would ever hope for in a groomer.

Scruffy to Fluffy provides dogs with attention and care on a personal level. Plus, they never complain when my husky jumps in the tub for a bath and gets them wet or his crying howl when he is brushed out. He loves going there to get groomed and looks great when finished.

Lisa and the team always do a fantastic job! I have a sheepadoodle that loves being outdoors swimming and playing in mud and has a high maintenance coat that I try to brush regularly and have tried to shave for upkeep but scruffy to fluffy always does an amazing job with him. I’ve had horrible grooming experiences at every place I’ve taken him UNTIL scruffy to fluffy. They do amazing work. Even when he gets shaven down (which I am fully aware of and understand bc I fail on brushing regularly at times) he looks so handsome and feels so much better! The team treats him so well and educate me and have wonderful customer service. Idk what I would do without Lisa and the team. I will take ralphie here every time and any dog I get in the future. I always refer friends and coworkers here. If you need a new groomer or want to try something new GO TO SCRUFFY TO FLUFFY! Oh and not to mention, the price is amazing for the quality of work. I love it here.

I have a pug and he HATES getting his nails cut. I have tried so many different ways and places but decided to try here today. It was amazing. I was in and out so quickly and my pups nails are trimmed and we are beyond happy. Will definitely be a regular customer!

Took my golden retriever here today. We Will not be returning. They told us 4 hours (which is a long time in the first place for having an appointment) then took over 6 hours. I asked for him to be trimmed all over. My boyfriend picked him up So when I got home, I was expecting to see a nice trimmed dog. We basically paid $70 for a nail trim. The cuts under his neck are awful and noticeable with no blending done. Other than that….I’m not sure what they were doing with my dog for 6 hours. Take my advice and go somewhere else!

Took my 8months old labradoodle here for the first time, it was quick and easy. They even got done in 2hrs! They are the first place to actually trim up her tail and clean up her face properly. Only $65 for a full bath, hair cut, nail trim and ears. I’ve paid $125 at a pet smart for them to take 5hrs and not do a great job. Very pleased!

I had a situation in which I needed my long-haired cat to see a groomer ASAP. I called several places and the wait was a couple to get a cat appointment. I called Scruffy to Fluffy and spoke with Lisa she had me bring my cat right down to get the situation solved and my little guy feeling better. She was very prepared and knew how to handle my cat that was very frustrated and irritable (never been to the groomer). She was quick and professional and kept me at ease. She also gave me a recommendation for further services based on my cat’s individual needs and temperament. I would recommend taking your fluffy friend here and will be returning for future grooming services.

Hi, I’m extremely disappointed. I saw my dogs ears after I picked him up after his haircut appointment, and his ears were bleeding. I believe they didn’t use the scissors the right way. Cut twice per ear. One could be an accident but not twice!!!

I wish I could give more stars! I have 2 smaller (20 to 30 pound) dogs and could not have been happier with my experience at Scruffy to Fluffy...they absolutely delivered on their name! From a business standpoint, I really appreciated the staff. They are informative, helpful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. They happily answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The service was performed in the specified timeframe and prices are very reasonable. From a dog mom standpoint, I will never take my fur babies anywhere else for their grooming needs! I was incredibly impressed with the final outcome...my puppies have never looked better or been happier about it! Trust your fur babies with these awesome people, they really care for your pets and treat them accordingly 😊 thanks again and we all can't wait to come back again!!

My little dog was very traumatized. When she was picked up her breathing was rapid and shallow. Her tongue was blue. They said she started acting that way earlier but they never called my daughter to come and get her. I called my veterinarian and they had me rush her there. She had to be given a sedative and oxygen and stabilized before we could bring her home. That $40 grooming (I won't even comment on that) cost me another $700 at the vet. Needless to say. they don't even deserve 1 star.

Took my long haired cat for her first ever grooming appointment. She just turned one. She was badly matted on her belly but the ladies at Scruffy To Fluffy fixed her right up.This is the groomer that I'll be using for my cat Nellie. Hands down. I was absolutely impressed with the groomers. . . They know what they're doing and they do a great job.

I have recently moved to the Columbus area, and needed a groomer for my dog. I really like my old groomer, but driving 90 minutes one way to get the dog groomed seemed crazy. I asked everyone I would see at the dog park where they had their dog groomed. A different place was recommended several times, then someone suggested Scruffy to Fluffy. I called got an appointment and cancelled the appointment I had with the other place. I'm so glad I did!!! The groomer reminded me of the person who has groomed my dog for the past 7 years. I definitely will be going back, hopefully for the next 7 years!!!

They were excellent with both of our dogs. The little timid always nervous Chihuahua did great with their calming demeanor. Our 85lb German/Chow mix is a little slow getting around, their walk in tub and raise up tables were great for his old bones so he did not have to climb. They did a great job on his deshead treatment!

Great prices but the staff has changed since I started bringing my dog and the groomer has nicked the quick in my dog's nails the last 2 times we've been, which has made her understandably anxious and fearful about nail trims. She also nearly fell off the grooming table because she was scared and they weren't holding her so I don't think we'll be back.
