Extremely satisfied!Alison provided excellent customer service since the moment she picked up the phone!!They do business mostly online. I saw few pictures and assumed they have a retail store (like hallmark) so i just walked in tho their showroom which is mostly the front office of their manufacturing shop. Yet you can walk in if you want to "old school " fell in love with what you are purchasing.Alison, did and excellent work at taking care of my business UNANNOUNCED, UNEXPECTED AND VERY RUSH!Loved the final product too!

I ordered a keepsake box as a gift when my father died. There was a slight delay in production, which meant that the item would not get to me before I left to travel to the funeral. I reached out to the company and they were very accommodating and arranged to have the item shipped directly to the recipient. It arrived to her on the same day as the funeral and she absolutely loved it. I appreciate the great customer service I received and would recommend this company to anyone.

I have ordered approximately 25 sets of wind-chimes from 'Remember Me Gifts' for wedding gifts and remembrance gifts for friends who have lost loved ones. The wind-chimes are high-quality and always, always have been very well received and appreciated. This company does a fantastic job and their customer support is fantastic. I have recommended them to many friends who are looking for a gift over and above the norm. Will not disappoint.

I wanted to get a memorial pet gift for a friend. Picked a gift and sent an image. Site says they will reach out with questions. They did not. The image of the dog had her head cut into and the name was across her face. I asked for it to be redone and they refused. Now I lost my $and will have to get another gift from a better company as I can not give a sub par memorial gift to a friend. DONOT use this company. Thry do NOT care about customer service!!

I have ordered several items, the most recent being a joint gift for my aunt and uncle who passed away within a day of eachother. RMG was able to put both names and dates on the candle I purchased, which is not the norm. The quality is exceptional and the turnaround time cannot be beat. I ordered a photo heart for my friend after her husband passed away. The quality of this is not professional at all. I have contacted the company they said it meets their quality. I stated twice to the owner Gina Spring that if the photo doesn't work to please let me know and I would send another one. Gina stated to me that the photo looks bad because I cropped it too much and they did what they could to make it look better. I told her I would have just sent another picture. They will not return it because of covid, that is a easy out ! They have made it and sent it to my house during covid! Now all of my comments have disappeared, they call it filtered so only the positive comments show

Poor!! I have placed my order literally months ago, and I still haven't received my items for my Son's passing. I have been in contact with the company on multiple occasions and they refuse to reimburse or replace the items, as I would of preferred.
