I have had a very traumatic experience leaving my dog in someone else's care but Pinnacle Pets has been the BEST experience for me as a doggie mom and my senior dog Kenu. They have cameras, daily updates (with pictures), and responds quickly to emails. I am confident in leaving my dog in their care when I go on vacations that aren't dog friendly. I am so greatful for Pinnacle Pets professionalism, kindness, care, and loving on my senior doggie baby.

I have never had to board my dogs when away on vacation or business i was lucky to have friends who stayed at the house with them. That was when I have easy going, friendly to outsiders, dogs. My recent pups are rescues with traumatic pasts and especially Loki, not very friendly to strangers. I brought them to Pinnacle Pets and Stay for orientation before boarding them. The staff was WONDERFUL. They were patient and loving with my Loki, the troubled pup. I feel so at ease that he and his sister Pixie will be in loving, safe hands. They took the time to calm and reassure Loki while giving Pixie lots of play time and cuddles.the staff took time to orient me to the policies and went out of their way to accommodate a last minute change.

Really love bringing Shadow there for training. The staff is always friendly and fuss all over him, which he loves. So accommodating as I brought him in for training and he really needed his nails trimmed. The groomer was able to squeeze him in. So grateful for the way they not only treat us when we come but also how they treat my boy Shadow.

Pinnacle Pets took such amazing care of my sweet dogs! They were taken care of so well the whole time and I even got pictures and a report card of how they are doing every evening. The staff is super responsive as well when you reach out to them. I will never board my dogs anywhere else!

We recently had our two dogs, stay at Pinnacle Pets in Grove City, and it was amazing! The communication was top notch, and they treated our dogs like family!! I especially liked having a 24hr access camera app, with our dogs particular room. I cant say enough great things about the staff, and company in whole. We will be using them again in the future, and I highly recommend you do to!!!!

I love pinnacle pets! They treat my dog like royalty. Every time he is there and I feel like royalty every time I call and ask questions. They take very good care of your pet while you were away. We always joke that our dog is going on vacation while we are on vacation. We think he likes it there better than he likes it at our own house!! We love the attention, and the Daily report cards are absolutely epic. I love their description of his mood and what he did and what music they listened to today it’s just an awesome place!

I booked am 11 night stay for my 2 golden retrievers.I loved the daily update and pictures. I included the training and they sone fantastic. if you need a place for your pet while away definitely check them out.

Although Pinnacle Pets did not have kitty condo availability for the time I needed, I do very much like their facility and what they have to offer. The tour was extensive and the staff had answers for all my questions. What I like most is they are located just 5min from home and have the highest review ratings. Though the kitty condos are on smaller side, the separate cat area is cozy and limits unnecessary stimulation. They even have a 'cat whisperer' expert manager 😊. Another attractive aspect is Pinnacle Pets has an overnight staff member so there is always an employee 24/7 unlike most pet boarding facilities.I could tell the staff are extremely passionate and love working here.Their dog trainings, daycare and boarding options make me look forward to getting a puppy in the near future.

If I could give out 10 stars I would. My previous veterinary clinic recommended them to our clients, now I know why. I had the pleasure of using the boarding facility for my Princess "Leela". This was our first time apart, the daily pupdates and pictures were amazing, I saw how well she was taken care of and she made many human friends. We will definitely be back.

Luna loves Alyx. My girl is very timid and nervous but Alyx was able to groom her when other groomers failed! Luna even sat by her side when she came out. Thank you for being so compassionate Alyx 😊

I used Pinnacle pets for the first time on Monday for a day stay while I had to go out of town. My boy is a senior (16 years old) and it was his first time being boarded since I adopted him almost 3 years ago. I came back at the end of the day to get Fred and he was doing great! I got a report card later that night and several pictures of him going outside. It put my mind at ease and I appreciate the extra care that he was given (he had an accident in his room and they cleaned him and the room up). They obviously care about these furkids and that's what all good pet parents want! Thanks again!

My dog loves Pinnacle Pets! He goes to daycare, gets groomed and has stayed overnight there. He gets so excited when we pull in the driveway there. He knows where he is and that he is going to have some fun! The attendants take really good care of him. I have been a customer of their’s since they opened.

I started to bring my pup here when he was about 4 months old for puppy daycare, I love that they have this option as most places don’t separate puppies from adult dogs. They send you pictures everyday of daycare and a report card of how the dog did. I really love that they communicate well with pet parents. Recently my puppy had to board here due to a family emergency I had and I felt very happy knowing he was in good hands.

Pinnacle Pets is the only place I would ever board my dog! We’ve boarded our 80 pound Staffy there for 5-9 days during vacations multiple times and they always go above and beyond. She became ill last visit (anxiety/diarrhea) and they even contacted our vet and picked up meds for her across town (❤️). Damon and Hannah always took our calls and texted updates until we could get her picked up. I can’t recommend them enough!

Everyone here is amazing, I've known about the place for a while but never had a reason to try then out. I went in for a tour and they took care of our 2 dogs while we were out of town. Amazing people everywhere, and I could tell they love dogs as much as our family. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have a German Shepherd/Black Lab mix and he LOVES going to Pinnacle 2x a week. We started him slowly with day boarding as a puppy to get used to the staff and facility. As he has gotten older Jackson has been going to play group for 2hrs a day. He comes home exhausted and happy every time. We love the daily report card and pictures we get every day as well. The staff is great and accommodating.

I took my 4m old Husky in today for his first grooming appointment ever and They did an absolutely amazing job! They were so kind to me despite me having a million questions and concerns this being a First time experience for both me and puppy.They definitely helped put my mind at ease and didn’t disappoint! I watched my Brady and Bruno often during their week long stay and I was never once concerned about them. They were always content and having a great time!I have and will continue to recommend Pinnacle Pets to all of my family and friends. My dogs stayed here back in August and I was so impressed!! I always hate leaving my dogs but having the ability to see them on camera anytime I wanted was wonderful. I got daily pictures and report cards too. When the dogs wouldn’t eat, we discussed adding toppers for them. It truly felt like they cared for them as much as I do. It sure made being out of state a lot easier on me. Their prices are competitive, they allowed for my husband and I to tour the facility (to give us extra peace of mind) and truly were wonderful to deal with. I cannot thank the staff enough for caring for my fur babies and keeping them safe until we returned!! Thank you!!

Our dog, Pogo, loves coming to Pinnacle Pets for boarding. Their facility is always so clean and each time we bring him, I’m amazed that their lobby has no hint of “dog” smell. The employees are true dog lovers and greet Pogo with excitement and care when we drop him off. This care is extended throughout the length of his stay, as we are sent nightly pupdates that include the sweetest write ups about Pogo’s day, as well as many pictures.During Pogo’s last stay, he developed a cough. Pinnacle Pets moved Pogo into a room with its own air filtration in the event he had kennel cough. Despite his “isolation”, the staff at Pinnacle Pets went above and beyond to make Pogo feel comfortable. They also provided me with text updates on Pogo’s condition until I was able to pick him up the next day.Make sure to book as soon as you plan a trip, as they fill up quickly. Some may say their pricing is a little higher than other kennels, but you get what you pay for. Many other kennels do not provide nightly updates or employ staff who are as passionate about the sweet pups they work with.Thank you Pinnacle Pets for your excellent service, staff, and facility. Pogo loves his home away from home!

We have been very pleased with our experiences at Pinnacle pets. I have one fur baby that goes to Doggie Daycare twice a week, and one fur baby that is now attending their puppy play care program and they both seem to love going. All staff members seem very friendly and attentive. Nikki and Kristy are usually there when we check in and always make sure that they feel special and welcomed upon arrival. I love this place and my pups do too! It’s the only place in the Columbus area that I will board my pups. You can upgrade to a private room with camera so you can peek in on your babes 24/7. They send report cards with photos every night! Also groomers are on site so spa days can be added. It’s great to have peace of mind when I’m traveling.

Pinnacle Pets is a great place to board or groom your pet. Our dog has been there twice and he loves it so much when they come to take him to the back he races with them and barely gives us a second look! 🤣
