I got a betta from there, it lived and is still living for weeks now. They allow pets, they have cats, fish, snakes, birds etc.There is dead fish in the tanks though, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I would recommend you use somewhere else for a restroom, its like they don't clean at all.

I stood in line on Saturday, March 30 waiting to check out. The cashier was telling a customer about a video game she plays and the characters she creates in the game. Since three people, including me, were waiting to pay, it was not really an appropriate time to be talking about a viseo game and it was unprofessional, at a minimum. Finally, another employee opened a second line. As I left, she was still talking about creating triplets in her game!This location is usually pretty good and the managers are very nice. I will come back unless this continues to happen.

The only time I have issues with PetSmart is when it comes to their grooming department and if you’ve ever encountered the infamous Allison! She definitely in general an unhappy person who must truly be so miserable in her own life she brings it to work and spews it upon everyone else. The last two years anytime my family or I have a customer service issue, guess who the problem is- Good ‘ol Allison! She’s rude, her face even looks rude and I’m not sure I’ve ever once seen her smile. She likes to try and speak down to you and belittle you; just stand up to her and talk right back. My oldest daughter actually had such a horrid experience with an encounter with her (Allison) she refuses to even step foot inside PetSmart and now only goes to Pet Supply Plus in Grove City. The really sad part is she’s never even been (Thank God,) our groomer or bather! Unfortunately her small part she plays in “customer service,” we’ve had to deal with her and if you’re not careful she can piss you off for your entire day. No wonder she works with animals because she most certainly doesn’t belong in *any* type of customer service job. It really is terrible when *one* person can make such a terrible experience for not just one person but a whole family. Overall, the store is always clean, I’ve never met any other rude or unhappy employees and Bailey H is the way to go for grooming! She’s so good at what she does and has great customer experience.

Bought 2 mice from them. The woman who got them out was very nice. Although I do not stand for the practices of pet stores when it comes to animals, I didn't have many other options. My friend loves the mice, and I hope they will live a while. The black ones name is bean, and she only gets along with the one she was bought with, apparently. 💕

The absolute worst bathrooms I’ve been in for a major company, I’m talking go to the Waffle House down the street instead bad. Also dead fish in most of the tanks and loose crickets everywhere, the staff is so nice but they need to hire a cleaning crew ASAP!!

I signed up for puppy training classes beginning Nov 28. The very first class was pushed back to the first Tuesday in December, which wasn't a big deal because my boyfriend and I both got COVID over Thanksgiving and we thought we'd be better by the new date. We weren't so I called to see if we could get into the next training session, which I figured would start some time in mid January 2024. I waited for her to return my call (I was told she was at lunch so would call me when she came off lunch which she failed to follow through on) but she didn't. When I finally spoke with her, Brittany said that we'd have to do a makeup session the following week, prior to the class start time. So we got there for the makeup session and things went well. We left and instead of going home we did some shopping at the nearby Walmart. Get back to PetSmart for the class only to be informed that the trainer had a medical emergency so the class was cancelled.I have waited all WEEK to hear from Brittany regarding whether or not she was doing another makeup session or how she was going to handle this. I called just before noon, was told she would call me when she gets in. I have not heard from her yet. The follow up from this trainer is horrible.The class and instruction received - at least during the makeup session - were top notch. Our puppy was really excited about being there and learning basic commands.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE Banfield veterinarian's!!!! Took my puppy there to get fixed and picked her up in extreme pain and they gave me 2 meds to take home for her. She was going down hill bad and I ended up taking her in 3 x that day and all they did was more meds. She was a ZOMBIE and getting worse. Took her too another ver who took her off all the meds except 1 and we went home. Came back from work 6 hrs later and I had my puppy back. They're just trying to generate $$$$. Also, nurse ended up being an owner but told me the "owners " were not in the building. Liar!!!!

You aren't allowed to hold the cats unless you plan on purchasing one, but because there weren't many customers, an employee let my daughter hold a couple. Very appreciative. On a side note, the display at the entrance had leather couches for hamsters 😆

I took my dog here to get groomed. A simple bath, ear cleaning and nail trim. I picked him up it seemed fine. 4 days later he is shaking his head, I open his ears and they are FILLED with blood. I have had my boy for 27 months and he has never had a single ear infection. Not a coincidence that this happened. I then take him to he vet and the vet said "it was most likely from them drenching his ears and not drying them properly. As groomers they should know to use a drying agent. Or they were very invasive" either way all I can think about is how rough they were and how uncomfortable be was. I spent $35 on a grooming then $267 at the vet. Worse part is my boy was in pain and being done wrong by people I truated with his care. NEVER AGAIN! Then I was looking online and there are hundreds of horror stories about their grooming from all over the world. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I learned a few things today from Cierra. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to fish and aquariums. She helped me make a good decision on which fish to purchase for my aquarium size and type of fish that are currently in my aquarium. I would highly recommend seeing Cierra if you plan to visit and shop for fish and/or accessories.

The only concern I had was when I asked the cashier about a product I was looking for she immediately said "we don't carry that." I informed her I seen in online at this location only. Then she directs me to someone else who may know. If I would have trusted her word, I would have left empty handed. Thankfully I didnt.

I drive out of my way to go to this Petsmart. The staff is outstanding especially Britany who teaches dog training. I got a new puppy and didn't know where to start. Now after 6 weeks she knows so many tricks! Highly recommend this store for purchases, returns, and training.

Get these cats out of those tiny spaces, they all looked so sad and miserable, I couldn’t even shop here. I want to get my credit card out and adopt them all, but I can’t. Make a cat room that’s interactive. Beyond gross; Im sure it’s fun for them to watch dogs roam freely and have kids tapping on the glass.

They didn't have what I was looking for but found something equally as good as the thing I wanted originally. The lady who helped me out today was nice but kept insisting that I buy something that I didn't want. That was a little annoying. ..but overall it was still a good experience.

We got to meet a girl working in the aquarium area that was just a huge regret. I regret that we started a conversation. I regret that we asked her anything. She had an attitude that began when she asked if we needed help with anything. We were deciding what aquarium would be appropriate for the fish that my daughter liked. We asked if the aquarium that we had in the cart was big enough for guppies. She bit my head off. We were told that we would NOT be buying fish today and she spoke to us like we were idiots. Like it was a struggle for her to move her lips and we were just there to make her job hard. We asked a question. Did not ask her to do anything. I have about 30 years on this little girl and have had several aquariums in my lifetime. Her advice was correct but her attitude was absolutely uncalled for. I feel so sorry for employers that have to employ these kids with absolutely zero manners or social skills.
