I called that store properly and on time to make an appointment for my dogs, I requested it for Friday, they told me if it was okay Friday at 9 am, I called today and they told me that the appoitment did not exist, that I did want in 8 10 days.To begin with, it is not charity, it is a service that is paid, then they treat you as if they are doing you the favor of serving you, the deference, when for the money that you pay they receive their salaries, they forget that without customers their store It doesn't exist, they have the worst staff and they are irresponsible, they play with people's time, as for me, I will no longer be their client.

Winter the groomer is very good at what she does and is kind and loving with animals my fur baby jewlz looked great and was very happy when I picked her up so I know winter took great care of her and she is definitely my groomer from here on. Great job Winter thank you so much you rock.🤘🏼

When you walk into this store you immediately know you aren’t at one of the larger chains such as Petsmart. They have a vet there most nights. We’ve ran our dog over a few times, had him groomed there exclusively and buy all of his products there as they carry much healthier food options at better prices than other food stores!! We love this store!

The vet inside this place is very reasonable and is willing to work with you to help your fur-babies. Them ladies was very helpful and very kind. I think I found my pets the vet care that they need. I highly recommend this place for your lovely babies

Groomers are friendly and if a shave down was what I wanted this experience would have been perfect, but this was in fact not what I had requested . I had expressed to keep her fluffy and they kept speaking of a shave. If she was a neglected, matted puppy, I would understand. But I’m sure even the groomers could tell there was no matts. She’s combed daily from head to toe. When they showed me an attachment which I was believing would keep her fluffy as this is what the groomer said. This was not the case. On top of this my shihtzu has an eye that after a day is still not fully opening. I took pictures for proof as well and brought her in when I received my refund. The manager did an excellent job handling the situation, and I have no hard feeling for the groomer as she did her best overall. I would consider taking her back if they just avoid putting this “eye cream” on her as well as keeping her longer next time. I felt awful having to say these things because I know the groomer was pleased with her work when I walked in and she showed me my puppy. It isn’t a bad cut, just isn’t my preference overall.

They were able to get me into a grooming appointment on such short notice which was AMAZING. Our groomer was Molly, who did a fantastic job grooming my milo. Definitely recommend

Our German short-haired pointer was attacked by two chows at the dog park in Grove city they check his wounds and clean them and assured us he didn't need stitches they were very nice and understanding the veterinarian was alsome!!!

Very clean store. The employees were very helpful and kind. Only reason I give it a 4 is because an owner had his big pit bull in the store and it started barking at my 15 year old daughter when we stood in line and the owner did nothing to stop it neither did the employees.

I went to Pet Supplies Plus in December to buy some colorful painted fish for my aquarium. But they had signs up saying that their fish are sick, and because of that they can't sell them. So I went elsewhere. I decided to go back there the other day to buy some fish again. And again, them same signs are on the aquariums. Have they been sick the whole 9 months since my last visit? Or did they all get better, and now they're all sick again? Obviously, they don't know how to deal with live fish or they wouldn't be sick all the time. And if they're that careless with their own pets that are supposed to be for profitable sale, I won't trust them with mine. I'll buy my pet supplies elsewhere. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!

Took my dog 🐕 there to get a "pawdicure" for his birthday 🎂 Store was very clean and organized. Grooming section was clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Compared to their competitors across the street, Pet Supplies Plus Grove City's pet wash lacks quality. The dryer is subpar and takes far too long to fully dry a dog. The few perks offered here do not justify the minimal price difference. Despite my love for the store itself, I cannot recommend their pet wash. The groomers here are friendly, but they failed to meet my specific requests. Despite expressing my desire to keep my dog fluffy, they insisted on a shave. Overall, my experience was disappointing and didn't meet my preferences.

Bought a cat here and it had an absolute pig tail and squirted tears every time my grandma sings :)So glad the glow in the dark fish actually glow because I lost my cat in the dark when our power went out and the fish helped me see in the dark and find my catThe dogs smile so big it helps me forget my sadness I love all their cute and hairy critters and will definitely be back :)

Pet wash review only - compared to competitors pet wash across the street- not worth the 1$ difference. The dryer is low grade and would take entirely too long to fully dry my dog. I definitely prefer the hoses where the shampoos are included - minimal perks to do the wash here vs competition. I wanted to lie it because I love the store itself.

This store employees every time I go there always greet you and someone always asking can I help you find something, no just looking and if you have a few items that are heavey they always ask do you need help out to your car. I am 84 and I buy a lot of gravel also so that is a big plus for me. This tme I had quite a few coupons and also a few things that they matched from another vendor. They put a lot of effort into my order this time. Usually just a regular order. I will keep going to them cause there help are great employees and always helpful.

How and when did the price for a dog wash card DOUBLE in price? I paid for 5 washes for $40 when it use to be $25 and the soap is different- no longer have the different options. It seems like they kept the same different bottle but all the same soap. After these washes, we are not sure we will be able to continue to wash our dogs here. We also will have to look for another store with more affordable dog food prices too.
