The manager guy IDK his name . BUT he was very rude over some pants because I did not have a tag to return my pants I just wanted to return to get my correct size he says she's not the manager around here I am. Real loud horrible customer service as a manger maybe need find new management and do something about this man because that is sad and your an old man getting smart with 26 year old. maybe don't like your job find a new one .

I came here yesterday with my Mother. This place has one of the best selection of clothing that I have seen in any thrift store. Unfortunately they are much pricer. The thing that disappointed me the most was there was no tags of the day on the floor. The tags were Black,blue and green I believe. My mother and I looked all around the woman's section and couldn't find any of the discounted tags. Only tags I seen on the floor were white, brown,orange,grey and pink. When my mother checked out, I asked the older woman at the register why there weren't any discounted tags on the floor. She said there was and that we needed to look harder. I've worked for a thrift store and whatever tags were discounted, they always made sure to take those off the racks. Why have discount and percentage off tags but take most them off the floor? I was there for over an hour and didn't find any color discounted tags. I did see a candle that was almost empty for 5 bucks. Also seen a knick knack from dollar tree(had tag still on it) and it priced at your store for over 3 bucks.

Place is clean, neat and organized and staff are very friendly and helpful, only thing I didn't like is some items are not priced fairly like some stuff at the kitchen section, like the cupcake carrier (red color), the same exact brand from dollar tree which you can buy for $1, they price it for $2.99 - I was shocked coz its already been used, and the collapsible storage container (used, brown color) exact item from dollar tree for $1 and they priced it for $1.99, and some dresses too like calvin klein dress, I have one 2 years ago I bought one for sale for $15 (50% off) and I saw one in this place for $14... it is a nice place I hope they consider lowering the price of some stuff there but the blazers and sweaters I like the pricing.I will be coming back to this place for sure.

Used to be one of the best thrift stores in the area, prices are absolutely insane the last 2 years. Tried to give it so many chances but it's become unaffordable at this point 😭 More like a Marshall's than a thrift

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. My husband ans I make a whole day of thrifting a couple times a month and hit all the near by stores especially this one and the one on mcdowell. We typically find good stuff at this location. I only gave it 3 stars because some times the stuff is a little over priced.

My husband and I stopped in tonight on our way home from antiquing in Dayton. We had thirty minutes to shop before closing time. When came into the store we noticed a couple really cool ghost hanging decorations. An older lady associate with red hair spoke to us about them. We chit-chatted for a bit and then went to use the restroom. Once we came out of the restroom the same associate immediately started following us around the store treating us as if we were shop lifting. She jumped into my conversation when I told my husband "We were on a mission and needed to hurry." She asked what we were on a mission for and I told her we just came in to look for a printed canvas to do the ghost painting tiktok trend. I didnt find any prints I liked, but I did end up purchasing the cool ghost decoration instead.. The store associate following us around constantly talking to us made our shopping experience not very pleasant.

Love this place..Can always find a good deal on new and used stuff. Scored a beautiful new Liz Claiborne pajama set for $11.00!! Can't beat these deals.

This place stinks like a skunk. I can't shop there. I've tried a handful of times. The prices are way too high, and a lot of it isn't even 2nd hand. Charity thrift stores charge a fraction of the price.

The owner over prices everything! I found a punch jar and the retail price from the store was $19 and he put $25 on it ! When asked to lower the price he refused. Smh wow

3 stars because do have some nice things ..But when I went to the cashier to pay for my Items at pick. understand ma$20 but marking a(( ONE DOLLAR ) )bill to see if it's fake..am talking about 2 different colors,I'm Brown ,he white ..Did he do this to the other customers No he didn't..

This is by far my favorite local thrift store to the Grove City / Southwest Columbus area. You can tell that the prices are a bit higher than you might expect from a thrift, but I never see similar quality in such quantity anywhere else. Makes it worth it to me. I recently decided I would only buy clothes at thrift stores from now on and this has been the best one to find my size and quality of clothing I need for my job. On top of all this, if you can snatch one of their big discount buys you know you’re walking out with a win.

Cashier named Moises was very rude for no reason literally had no other people in line we were the only customers up there and the store was close to closing time probably about 15 mins left so you would think he would be relieved that we were already up front and had no questions was simple normal transaction I found somethings and just wanted to pay for them didn't Quite get were the attitude was coming from but definitely won't be back stay blessed🙏🏾

I think what people fail to realize is that the store doesn't choose the price we have to follow rules and price them. They have a categorized system. New items they get in are scanned by its regular price and they are shown what discounted price is and it gets Marked and put out. Donated items are sorted through tagged and priced based on condition and there is a pricing sheet they have to follow. No they don't check if donated merchandise work because they get so many its why they have outlets. For customers to test it out

Meh..Its all right. Prices are a bit steep for used merchandise. Decent selection. Clean and well lit. Employees nice and helpful. Clothes are arranged on the racks by size which is helpful.On a side note, this is a For Profit thrift store, not non profit like Goodwill or Salvation Army.

This isn't really a thrift sore. It's a store. The prices on may items are the same as they would be at the family dollar next door. The notion of "thrift" seams to be lost in this place. Don't believe me? Just pick up an old pack of AA batteries, blink a few times, and look again.

The prices on everything are fantastic for the most part. I understand it's a thrift store but their are items that are just gonna be shelf queens. A lot of the inventory is super aged and not in a desirable condition. As a whole not bad and not horrible. Will be back. Their are definitely some neat finds though. Just gotta look.

Ohio thrift is probably one of the worst thrift stores in Columbus. I would say half the store are buyouts from stores going out of business and they mark it up extremely high because it’s new. Yes it’s new but it’s junk. They will have repeats of the same shirts and pants over and over and over. Rarely will they change inventory. You will see the same stuff for months. If it’s a decent item don’t worry they will charge triple from what any other thrift store would charge you. Do your self a favor and avoid this store.

Great cheap place to shop. Had 3 different color tags on sale: 25%, 50%, & 75% off. Name brand clothes, fitting rooms, open til 9pm & quick check out. They also have a frequent shopper program. 2 thumbs up.

This store has a little bit of everything and decent priced. Been to few thrift stores and I was surprised when I entered this one. Some clothes were brand new name brand, still had store tags on them saying $29.99 and I paid $5.00...my daughter loves going there. Sandals for $2.00 got 50% off 'cuz it had the days colored tag on it, every day different colored tags get different % off. Was at JC Penny and saw these exact sandals for $35. And I paid $2.00 My daughter has since asked me if she could do the dishes or laundry to get money to go back and buy these shoes she liked...

Use to be a great affordable place to shop but has gotten so expensive. Single curtain panels were $14.99 each for instance. Thats about the price for brand new ones n higher then pairs at some places.

Best thrift store I've ever been too. New and used items. Prices are great, they match the quality of the item. I'd make sure to stop by this thrift store if I was ever in the are. I can't walk into another one without thinking about this one. Also they offer a selection on new and used items to look through.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This is theee most overpriced chain of thrift stores I have ever been to, they have alot of nerve to even call themselves a thrift. They scam people, they call you saying they are national kidney service needing household donations, then they drop it off at this location and charge retail prices to the community for their own items. On top of that they do not honor their prices. They priced a North face shirt at $3.99, I brought it to the register and the manager refused to sell me the item, even though that's how they priced it and put it out on the floor. She said they had some special way of looking at the item, To realize that they have mispriced it. They need to own their mistakes and put the customer first. Unfortunately, I've spent thousands at this store, and can't even get simple customer credibility. Im known at every thrift in Columbus as a top notch buyer. Also there is a fat guy with white hair and white beard, Who walks around this facility staring at people as if they're trying to steal, actinglike hes organizing something. circling around customers like a hawk Circles its prey. I. HATE this location, and the scam artists who run/operate this business. Straight scumbags.

Had a really bad experience. I walked in with my purse that is a back pack and they said it wasn't allowed. So they said it would be in the back office. When I went to check out I saw that it was just on the floor not even under a register. It really unsafe. My wallet and phone we here both in there. Not to mention there food items were broken. They had crackers completely smashed for sale. They also had Mason jars without the lids for 2 dollars. At Michaels there only a dollar and with the lids.

2nd only to Out of the Closet, this is a stellar thrift store. Clean. Well lit. TONS of household items. Great selections and SUPER prices. I go WAY out of my way to make this my go-to thrift store and I almost didn't want to write this review because I feel like this his a hidden gem and if everyone finds out about it, I fear they'll hike the prices. I LOVE love this place. Good customer service. Clean. Great prices on a consistent basis.
