I have a 13 year old bulldog in a wagon and they were super accommodating and nice even moving some stuff so I could maneuver around the store with my dogs. I called for assistance with an e collar for a dog. Being a foster I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money. Sara gave me some ideas to try. It worked! So far. Animal Crossing tube sock stuffed with stuffed animal stuffing. Thank you so much for helping ma figure out a way to help this little girl.

My husband and I and our pup George love this place! The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store itself is well-stocked and very clean. Jeff is awesome and doing a great job of managing there. Plus, it's a great place to bring our dog for a bath, thus sparing us the mess of bathing him at home!

I love this place for my anxious dog! It’s smaller than petsmart so my dog feels more welcome to explore. The employees are very friendly as well which is a plus!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I took my pup in for a bath and couldn't have had a better experience. $15 for everything is a great deal.The employees were super friendly and informative. There are tons of yummy treats for the pups.We will be back.

I absolutely LOVE Mutts & Co., and the Grove City location is my favorite by far. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store is always clean and well stocked, and the store mascot Riley is ADORABLE!!! Geoff is always able to answer our petcare questions, and goes the extra mile! Best customer service ever!

I went for the self serve dog wash and it was amazing! It was a complete world of difference washing my dog and way easier than at home. The staff was great and they provided plenty of towels and an apron as well. I will definitely be washing my dog here from now on. Also they have plenty of items in the store and I got 15% off of dog treats since I bought a dog wash. I would definitely recommend!

Always love visiting here! The staff is so nice and helpful and are very open to giving you recommendations/sampling new supplies. Prices aren't too off the wall, but can add up quickly. Anything natural and healthy I need for my dog, I get it here. My german shepherd is obsessed with their duck hearts and of course toys!

Always come here when I travel back home to Pennsylvania from Cincinnati, and it’s always such a fun experience. Now they have a cat named Riley there, and it makes the experience 12/10 now!!! Love it!

mutt and co was a great place to bring my dog gizmo, he is half blind and deaf and actually enjoyed being inside of the place. Anna helped us pick him out a treat that was the best choice for shiz tzu dogs (as she mentioned she has one herself) i recommend to everyone!

This is our third trip to Mutts & Co in Grove City! We love how welcoming the staff are, super helpful- they let us know about their adoption program-lots of freebies and own new pup Winston felt right at home!!

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but really disappointed with the experience I just had. Pulled up in the drive thru to buy pet food. Took store representative a while to come to the window. I asked about a certain type of dog food which seem to irritate the representative. She then told me that I had to park outside as the drive thru is pick up orders only. As well there was no one anywhere close to pulling in the driveway...First time I have ever been told this at this location. Needless to I drove out of the drive thru and kept on driving. There are other places i can spend my money

We have been loyal fans of Mutts & Co. and we were thrilled when we heard they were opening this location in Grove City! We recently moved to GC from Hilliard and missed having close access to support this local business.The staff is so friendly and helpful and the dogs are always excited to stop by. The drive thru is especially convenient for those who foster or have pets that are unable to go in the store for various reasons. I was able to drive thru and pick up a comfy cone and bones for our foster, Cedric, right after his surgery. He enjoyed the love and attention. :)

Great place to take your dog, especially big dogs, to do a self serve bath. None of the fuss and muss when you do it at home.Also a great supply of different foods and treats. Also lots of toys, all natural chewies, collars, clothes, etc.Highly recommend.

Wow what a nice place , I had adopted a new rottweiler, from the pound , just went by the place. And you can wash your dog there they have everything you need, and wonderful staff, and price isn't bad if you adopt they give you first one free, such a nice thing to do, I will for sure go back and buy dog treats and food there she got a free cookie

Our shepard retriever mix is a full on water dog and so that means mud puddles and creeks are his second home. It's so easy to pop in get him washed up good and blow dried. Treats galore and the employees are so helpful friendly and engaging. I absolutely can't suggest this location enough if you have a big dog to wash!!!!
