First time paintball player over this past weekend (28Apr24). We booked a private game with a group of 8 friends and all of us were first timers. To be honest, I didn't expect to like it very much but it was one of our birthdays so we all came in with good attitudes and hoping to do our best.Aiden and Luke did an amazing job hosting us for our games! They explained all the fields we could choose from, gave us some game options and made sure nothing was too long of a game (which we all appreciated). They gave us a break after each field we tried and really made the experience excellent! I personally had way more fun than I was expecting and am confident I'll be playing again in the future. I would recommend booking a private session for any large groups where a majority are first timers.I want to add that most of us are not particularly active folks but we were all still comfortably able to play 15-20 minute games. My favorite one was capture the flag on the castle field!

We looked for a Paintball Party location for my sons 14th Birthday Party and could not have picked a better place. Easy to book, super accommodating. Answers questions very quickly over email after booking. Equipment was in great shape, clean goggles and guns. The day of Party was amazing Seth our ref, keep things moving so we had maximum fun with group of 12 teenagers and some parents. We will be back for sure. Thanks Lvl Up!

We had a group of 11-12 year olds here to celebrate my son’s birthday last month. The overwhelming sentiment from the boys was that it was the best birthday party they’ve been to (my husband, who joined in, agreed). Our guide/host was great with the kids, even the one cryer we had and the few that kept forgetting to keep their masks down between maps. We would definitely return with a group. Highly recommend the low impact paintballs if your group is new to the activity.

This is a great place to spend your day playing paintball. They have nice staff, a great shop and fun fields to play on. Their membership is worth it. It was a great location to get me back into the sport after 20 years.

Amazing park ! Amazing staff ! Very well priced. We had matt for my little cousins birthday party and he was outstanding. Very attentive to our needs and helping us with tips and tricks on how to play the game. Wide variety of courses , awsome staging area , well organized 👌. Again I would like to thank all the staff at lvl up for allowing us to reserve a party for the evening ! 10/10 would recommend for bday parties , bachelor or Bachelorette parties or if you just want to come out and have some fun with some friends !

Our guide was very nice, and let us take the lead on what maps we wanted to play. He even let us make up game modes! There were lots of cool maps that were realistic and well thought out. I would recommend playing double shot on Woods or Mounds

It's a cool place!! lots of different courses, and they team you up if you don't have alot of people with you. Or you can do your own private thing!. I shot all four of my boys so I was Happy 🤣

It was our first time at lvlup yesterday for my bachelor party. They are amazing!Very friendly staff at check-in explaining and answering any questions we had. While getting my air refilled one of the staff members found a small leak in my marker and without hesitation turned around and traded me his professional marker for the rest of the day! (He didn’t even know it was my bachelor party!)For the few times a year I play- this will now be my default place to go! I am definitely considering a membership here for next year and looking at their online store- they are extremely competitive on quality and price on all of their equipment, too.They are destroying the competition of every other field I’ve played on. Good work 🙌🏼

Lvl up was a great way to start my bachelor party. The staff was very friendly and the rental equipment was clean. We had fun on all the maps they offered but the castle field was the best!

We had a great time! We had a private party of 16, most of us were firs timers and children. We therefore used the smaller paintballs which were perfect for us. Trevor was our referee and guide for the day. He filled the guns with paintballs at a reasonable pace and level to ensure that we would have enough ammunition for most of our 3-hour time slot. We had access to multiple fields with different challenges and obstacles. It was a blast for kids and adults and we will definitely do it again! LVL UP is awesome! Last but not least, our birthday boy received a free smoke bomb. If I had to do it again, I would either throw it in one of the buses or use it to create a screen when trying to gather the flag in front of the castle.

Staff is great, paintball guns actually work too! The maps are absolutely amazing, while still looking cool (try woods). Even more fun when just playing with a group of friends. 10/10

I visited LVL UP this weekend for a bachelor party and had an awesome experience. The rental equipment was top notch and our ref Lilly was great. She made sure we had a great time and stayed safe. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area or passing through. We drove down from Cleveland and it was well worth the trip.

Jayden helped us and was super helpful a d amazing. He was patient was all the kids. He was very personable. My kids had an amazing time!! Definitely was worth the money! My kids was girls and boys, ages from 12 to 15!!!

***COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY ***-My wife surprised me for my birthday by booking a session here. It was 3 of my friends and myself. We show up there ahead of our shceduled time, as recommended for paperwork, formalities etc, and we get to meet our "ref". Very chill guy, but stern when it comes to safety and the "culture" they have cultivated at this place. <- much appreciated!!! Safety is obviously important, but it is the culture that he explained caught my attention. To put it simple..... dont be a jerk! Simple as that! In the refill area, while playing, etc. It is a very simple thing but can be overlooked while experiencing such a high intensity activity/sport!-This was all of our first time going here/paintballing! If you go for the full caliber, expect it to hurt more than a rubber band snap as described on their website. BUT it isnt so bad that you will fall to the ground and need medical attention (atleast our experience!) Younger kids or people with low pain tolerance have the option to go with the lower caliber paintballs and lower pressure tanks!!! We did NOT have those, but they were explained to us and we were not interested. THERE ARE OPTIONA, THOUGH!- When you book a party, you get the whole map to yourself/your party. And you rotate around the various maps while the REF determines which maps are free and which you would prefer to go on. All the while giving advice about each map you are about to play on! (AGAIN, this is our only experience with only 1 Ref, so keep that in mind!)-Overall, well worth it!!!!!!!! And you dont have to commit to buying any permanent things to enjoy! Even the brusing/ welts are temporary!!!!! But the memories of shooting your best friends with paintballs... timeless!!!!!! 👊

I went out last weekend with a group that hadn't been paint balling in years (some never had). We had a blast! The staff kicked off the experience right by being incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.The packages were reasonably priced, the rental guns were solid and worked well. and the course's were fun and exciting!This was a nice change of pace if you're looking for something fun to do. For the price of a round of golf you can go out with your friends or coworkers and have 4 hours of good times. 10/10 would recommend.

The zombie experience was fun. Not too scary for the group of 10 yo boys we took. Very close action and the actors / staff were in to it! Lasted about 10-15 minutes. Def a fun way to spend an evening!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. First time out and my goodness, awesome job guys!! Field was in great shape to play. X-ball was amazing. Referee Kelvin made sure I felt safe while I was out playing!!

Really fun time with coworkers! Got so many bruises and sore muscles. Recommend wearing layers to avoid major bruising.
