Our experience at La-z-boy was exceptional. They offer such a wide selection of high quality custom furniture. We love all the fabric options. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful....we were impressed with the professional help we received during our initial visit, our home visit and our final selection/purchase. Kudos to Michelle, the interior designer, who worked with us from start to finish! She patiently worked with us through the whole process. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to us and offered great suggestions while not rushing us to make a decision! We can't wait to relax in our new recliners. We will definitely be returning as we have already picked out the fabric for our next furniture purchase. We highly recommend La-z-boy and will continue to be loyal customers.

I was looking for a good manual rocker recliner. After trying out a few, I was greeted by sales associate Christin Adkins. She was very kind and helpful to assist me in finding what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions & went over everything in detail during checkout. I am very satisfied with her service and the rocker recliner I have received. The chair is just what I was looking for! Very comfortable & big. I highly recommend the store and Christin!

Of course, we'll have to wait for delivery of the products for a full review, but we can say our experience at the Grove City store was fantastic. We were assisted by both Liv and Elijah, and they were both superb. They provided every bit of info we needed and gave us the room to browse and discuss without hovering or being pushy. The store itself had everything on display and the website was amazing -- the tools for placing the furniture in our home environment were intuitive and effective. Overall, the Grove City La-Z-Boy is outstanding.

Elijah Berry was very knowledgeable about the products he sold and very kind. He helped me figure out what best fit my needs. I appreciated his help in all matters. He’s a very capable young man.I also had a great experience with the delivery. The two men were on time, and did a great job in all ways. They kept me updated about my delivery time, and I could track them through their link. A wonderful purchasing experience and I love my couch.

My last couch and recliner were La-Z-Boy and they lasted 25 years - - - through three kids and two pets. I knew I would have La-Z-Boy again. We came in to the store after doing a bunch of research online to know what we liked and what we wanted. We were met shortly after we came into the store by Matt. Matt was friendly, patient, curious, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, and went above and beyond, showing me multiple fabrics and styles. We decided what we liked, and came home to measure. Matt reached out via email to let us know what the cost would be. AND he let us spend some time marinating on our choices. He didn’t rush us. We came in a few days later, and he made the purchasing experience, quick and easy. One of the things I appreciated most, is he double and triple checked what we had ordered and the colors! And went over thoroughly the purchase agreement. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy furniture in Grove city. Ask for Matt!

Store itself is bright, clean, and nice to walk through. Elijah is certainly very knowledgeable about his products and knows where to find them in the store. I took off 1 star because there was a miscommunication about our delivery timeframe which came to light the day before our scheduled delivery. Elijah took this opportunity to argue semantics with me (he claims he said that this is "typically" when describing when things were to delivered; he did not use the work "typically"), rather than owning the error. The overall experience was still positive, but I wish the issue with my delivery would have been handled better and not in such an argumentative way.

Went looking for a new recliner Tuesday at La-Z-Boy in Grove City, OH. Beautiful store run by a wonderful manager named Eli. Got a terrific deal on a Greyson Power Recliner for a truly fantastic price. I highly recommend paying this store a visit and checking out the great deals.

Large showroom. Good selections of different styles. Eli the manager was very helpful while very busy. Purchase was easy and delivery quickly scheduled.Delivery charge of $199.99 I think is a bit excessive.Delivery drivers showed up, with notice, actually at 710AM, 20 minutes before the scheduled window of 730AM to 1030AM.He was helpful with basic information on the chairs as well.

Christin was fantastic to work with! We went in looking for a new recliner after the foot rest stopped working on ours (get dogs they said) and we ended up with a sofa and a recliner pair because of the great floor model deal we found. Christin even provided the documents for us to call in and get our current recliner fixed. We will definitely work with La-Z-Boy again in the future! (Note, if you have kids or pets, get the extra service warranty!)
