Consistent out of stock issues. Really a bad situation at this store.Produce fair at best.Revolving door with managers.Curbside staff is all over the store they move their carts way too fast, and block the isles.Don’t even think of getting deli items. Staff is rude and the deli salads are spoiled. Meat department counter staff are also rude.I have changed my to Meijer down the street. Glad I did.

10 minutes until they close and I need 1 thing, the night before Easter. Man meets us at the door and tells us they're closed. I asked him why. He answered, "because we're really busy, registers close at 11." Said he was sorry but I told him he wasn't. I don't get to close my job when I get really busy. Nor did Kruger when I worked there 2 decades ago. There's truly NO customer service anymore. And we're perpetuating it by tolerating it. Wonder if Kroger corporate/ union is aware. I'll find that out. What if they were "really busy" before covid when they DIDN'T/ COULDN'T close?!?! Well, we are new to this side of town and this place and Meijer are equidistant, so we've been going to both. Guess Meijer just got our business.

Always shop at this Kroger when I'm in the area! Everything about this Kroger is great! Wide variety of anything you would want or need.

Understaffed and items are always out of stock. Employees seem miserable and checkout takes a long time because there’s never anyone to bag the groceries. Makes me miss living near a Publix.

665/Hoover Rd location - This review is for only for our Deli tray order experience. We ordered an almost $400 order for their trays of sandwiches, baked and fried chicken, vegetables and desserts. Kathy/Cathy who took our order and also facilitated putting it together was amazing. She was super friendly, informative and knew what she was doing. It was nice to deal with a person who knew the ropes and I had confidence in. As far as the food itself, the majority of it was good, especially the chicken.

Went to drive through at 5:47, got told drive through closed at 5:45. Sign and website states open until 6. Lousy service, rude and unprofessional staff.

I gave a 3 because on the busiest day “Sunday “ only half of the checkouts was open, and also the soup I got wasn’t cheap. We came home to find it was expired by 4 months.

I guess Kroger decided to not be so WOKE. Installed security gate to stop thieves. How about give the honest customers a discount for checking ourselves out.

If staff are going to stock during the day they have to expect shoppers will be in the way.... complaining about them in the open is very unprofessional of staff!!!

My review is not unique to this store, but issues with Kroger in general. I give it 2 stars because their fresh food is better than the other stores, but the shopping experience is dated and horrendous.I don't know where to start. When customers are in the store, there should not be pallets sitting everywhere. The employees will block products when they park them next to shelves, or the already tight aisle way becomes impassable. Sure if they were actively unloading, but they park them everywhere and go away. This is in every aisle. The self checkout is not new. The system has been around since what? The '90s at least, maybe longer. This issue is that this system has never been updated. At this point they should expect that people know how to use them, and they are not slowly using them anymore. Well it's been the primary form of checkout for at least 10 years now. The whole system is outdated and archaic. The system is so slow. It has to weigh every item, barcodes are not in a standard place on all items. (and since they sell it they can tell their suppliers they need to be here on a product or we won't carry it)With groceries being ordered online now, and the store employee having to "shop" you see they know what needs to be updated, yet they won't for their customers. The online order pickers get real carts, not baskets in wheels. I would rather a cart, not a basket that forces me to crush my items, or force me through the store is a pattern to not crush my items. They see it's a problem, but won't fix it for you.Another gripe with online orders is they get a different bag. They see the bags are no good so when they have to "shop" they get a lower, wider, stronger bag. Why don't I as an in-store shopper? You saw it's a problem, but only you deserve the fix? This kind of practice deserves to be looked at. As consumers we need to speak up, and if they won't update, we start speaking with our wallet by going elsewhere.Don't get me wrong, it's the same at every store. I don't understand how the business only makes changes when they have to use their own business. It's a true sign that the people who run the business don't even use their own business.

Great store for grocery’s and finding g past minute snacks. The staff is very friendly and also willing to help. Only reason for 3 stars is the past 3x we have bought close there the employee has not token security tags off. Wouldn’t be so bad if. We didn’t buy the clothes for vacation and now can’t use them because of the tags. Called the store and customer service made it seem as if we stole the items even though receipt and number for transactions are in hand. Needless to say we will not be going to this place again due to several bad experiences.

Really clean and easy to navigate. Self checkout was pretty slow moving, but they can't control how fast customers move. I did notice that there were only 6 self checkout with one down. 3 out of 5 had the blinking light at one point saying they needed assistance. Was a quick in and out, other than the wait for checkout.

Jess at the customer service desk is one of the rudest people I have met that works for Krogers. I have been over charged everytime I visit there I tell the cashier he doesn't care just goes on with ringing stuff up. She wants to say it's a digital coupon. Ok well I have the app and I did the digital coupon still getting over charged. Then found out they had charged me full price for a conditioner I got on clearance. The clearance sticker was on the item had nothing to do with digital pricing. She had bad attitude told her to keepthe groceries and give me my money back. Bait and switch pricing catch them and give me an attitude don't think so! Pay someone to give me money back and someone else to put food back. Don't know who she thinks she was talking to but my patronage is a privilege I don't have to shop there like Meyers better anyway!!!!!

What a horrible shopping experience. Unfriendly employees, one cashier with six people in line and self checkouts backed up, can barely get through the store for all the curb side pick-up shoppers, prices constantly rising, AND on top of all of that, they are once AGAIN doing some rearranging/remodeling. This store underwent a significant expansion and remodel not even five years ago. This will be my last trip to Kroger.

Supervisor named Paige was extremely rude! Ask for help and she rolled her eyes as if she couldn't be bothered then was rude when I had to return an item. Won't be back!

Customer service has gone downhill over the past year at Kroger. Management could work on training and consistently retraining their staff. Also, would Kroger consider hiring a staff to bring shopping carts and baskets to the store so customers have access to one without getting it outside far into the parking lot?

Pet in a cart, its against health code and was disgusting. Brought it up to 4 different employees while manager was not in building. You would think the employees would know their own policy

Worst customer service the last few months then I experienced in the last 18 years that I lived in the area. Employees are on edge and can't make common sense decisions such as selling adult beverages to someone they know for 18 years that had a driver license expire and is 68. Even after I showed my temporary license a week later they made me go to my car and show it again. Seniors should not be treated like this. But Kroger doesn't care.

My Kroger experience would be greatly improved if I did not have to run the gauntlet of forceful Spectrum salespeople. Just before xmas, a Spectrum representative screamed "have a nice day" in a clearly mean-spirited manner after I told her I was miserable after she got in my way and asked, "how are you doing." I was truly miserable and showing clearly I did not want to encounter her or her cohort. Can these people not be trained to avoid people who are clearly indicating they do not want to be encountered.I've been going to Meijer because of this, but need to use the Liquor store only located in Kroger.

Stopped here this evening to do grocery shopping and they had zero shopping cart......I mean literally ZERO shopping carts. I even checked both entrances. There were some out in the parking lot, but it had been raining all day so of course they were soaked. I left and went to Meijer across the street instead. Don't bother going here if you need to buy more than you can carry in your arms

There are some negative reviews out there about this Kroger. Cut them some slack!I personally think they’re an awesome store. Their clothes selection is surprisingly good, and their produce is always fresh. I love coming here!

Before the Holiday's I did my Christmas Shopping here. Really enjoyed coming to this Kroger. However, after an interaction with Jon & Joshua (supposedly a supervisor) at register 7, I don't know if I will ever return to this Kroger again. As for now, they have Lost my Business. The reason for this is all because of Jon (who doesn't even look old enough to sell alcohol) told me he needed to scan my ID to sell my purchase. Well, I don't allow for my ID to be scanned, & I informed him of this. I told him that "it is not Ohio Law to due so, will he please sell me my items." He refused. I told him that he was more than welcome to touch, & look at my ID to verify that it was in fact, a real ID. He again, refused. My first concern is that if you have someone working behind a register, they should be fully capable of reading an ID to determine whether it is fake or not. If they can't do something as simple as that, then they really shouldn't be working behind a register. Period! At this point, I asked to speak with a Supervisor (Joshua) who upon coming over to register 7, already seemed to be having a bad day. Everyone knows the look I'm talking about. He came over & told me that it was Kroger "policy" that they scan my ID. FIRST of all, that is incorrect. Kroger has no such policy. I even asked him where it was posted so I could see, & he said that they had no written policy or a policy on the website. ?!? How can you say it is policy but not provide one? They both still refused to sell me my items. I sincerely hope that the regional manager/corporate see's this to ensure that in the future, your staff is properly trained to know that a customer CAN indeed, refuse to scan their ID & you simply check it manually.
